I started seeing Dr. Lee in March 2026 after dealing with nearly a year of unexplained ear issues and multiple trips to urgent care. Truthfully, I should have seen an ENT much sooner. When I was in the middle of a severe ear infection, I called several ENT offices, and the earliest appointments were weeks or even months away. Dr. Lee's office was able to see me the very next day. I've been back a handful of times for issues that came up along the way. As I've learned to take better care of my ear health and take it more seriously, Dr. Lee has helped me get on a long term maintenance plan. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Lee and his entire staff. Dr. Lee is informative, concise, and gets straight to the point. One thing I really appreciate is the setup in the exam rooms. There's a large TV that lets you see exactly what's going on inside your ears during the exam. Fair warning, it can be pretty gross if you have as much going on as I did! Every procedure he's performed and every treatment plan he's prescribed has worked. I trust Dr. Lee and his team 100%. Thank you for being so kind to me when I was in so much pain, and most of all, thank you for being excellent at what you do. Rooms are on the smaller side, but are immaculate and sterile. I've seen some reviews claiming that "he's just in it for the money." Honestly, if you're frustrated about costs, that frustration should be directed at the insurance system. Insurance companies make it incredibly difficult for physicians to get fairly reimbursed for the care they provide. The system doctors have to work within is the problem, not Dr. Lee. For anyone wondering about insurance, Dr. Lee accepts multiple plans. I have Anthem Blue Shield, and my copay is $50. read more

The worst experience my wife has ever had, the Doctor told my wife "it's called Vertigo " Google it ". I can't believe that a doctor who signs an oath to help people actually speaks like this to a 1st time patient who is suffering with Dizziness and then asked her to leave. DOCTOR CARES MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN HIS PATIENTS! He refused to see me for my second appointment because I had an unpaid balance of $45 even though I had spoken to the billing department twice about billing my secondary insurance. New patient. I arrived early to fill out paperwork. I waited about an hour before I saw the Dr. Explained my symptoms and he only looked in my ears. I continued to tell him my issues. I had to ask him to check my throat and neck glands. He never even checked my nose. Told me age and genetics. Hmmm then I had to pay $5 for parking because I was too long at the office. After 4 appointments with another ENT group that was not capable of diagnosing and resolving my problem, I wa referred to Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee spent time going over my recent ear infection issues and the meds I had been prescribed by another doctor. It took the doctor less than a minute to " clean the wax" from my ear. a month later my regular doctor told me I had a lot of wax buildup and she spent over 15 minutes cleaning both ears. That's a Doctor Who cares about her patient. Early December I had an appointment and when I got a call late November to confirm it I was busy with personal matters so I could not confirm the appointment, however I got a bill for $50 for missing your appointment. I called and asked how could I miss it when I never confirmed it in the first place. Their response was the doctor is adamant collecting the $50. Had my deviated septum finally surgery after much procrastination and I feel 100% much better. I can finally breath through both nostrils freely. Felt little rough first week but got better as time went by. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable and this was all thanks to Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff at his Fullerton ENT office. I was referred to Dr. Lee for cancer of the tongue, He told me I was most likely not going to survive,. He is arrogant and when I asked him questions or to explain things he responded to many of them that he had 21 years of experience which really didn't answer the questions. He scheduled me for a biopsy more than a month away. If I had waited that long I would've been dead. The cancer had spread to lymph nodes and caused a large lump on my neck. They had to give me a double dose of chemo within two weeks to keep it from spreading. I went across the street to associated head and neck surgeons and Dr Moore. He got me into Saint Jude for a biopsy in two days. He also told me he felt my odds of survival we're better than 50% and he was gonna get me through it, and answered all my questions. Four years later I'm still here I thanks to Dr Moore and Saint Jude's. read more

I never forget he inserted Q-Tips in my nasal passages and said I will be right back and was gone for over 15 min, only needed to be there for a couple of min. He forgot about me and was chatting with another patient. I was very uncomfortable. Then he tells me I might have cancer. I had my surgery done with a Dr. who has since retired, but the difference is like two different worlds. When I told him Dr. Lee told me about the cancer, he asked why would he do that to you? What kind of a Dr. is that. There is 0 indication that you have cancer. He DOES not listen well. I highly DO NOT recommend him. read more

Dr. Lee did a great job for me. Performed surgery on me. Removed a gland and patched me back up. He took time to answer my questions. He cares. He is very serious and very professional. He wanted me to bring back painkillers so they are not abused or used if not needed. More doctors should also do that. Went back for deviated septum. We are working on home and over the counter remedies for 3 month trail before possible surgery/other. read more

WORST DOCTOR AND SERVICE EVER!! I came in with an ear plug stuck in my ear and in a lot of pain. Dr. Lee tried once and then was called out of the room while I sat there in pain. He came back one more time to try and sent me away with drops. I called later in so much pain with no returned phone call. My little sister needed to have ear surgery due to an infected piercing and our mom was the one who found us Dr. Lee's office. During her initial consultation, one of the staff had told us that her surgery would be completely covered by our insurance plan. However, on the day of the surgery, a different staff member had suddenly told us that the cost of the procedure would be unknown until only after it was performed. After being on the phone back and forth with our insurance company, we did find out that the surgery would be fully covered. The worst part is that Dr. Lee had literally decided to not perform the surgery anymore AFTER already injecting her with anesthesia because of the frustration with our insurance company! He just left in the middle of the whole encounter and we had to be notified by a nurse. Our whole experience here was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. We now have to look for a new ENT doctor for my sister to get her procedure and I would never want somebody to go through what she did. read more

Shockingly unprofessional. The doctor and his assistant entered the small exam room where I was waiting for them. The assistant had his mask down below his nose, I asked him to please pull it up. This somehow turned into Dr. Lee removing his mask completely while standing 2 feet away from me (I was in the exam chair at the time) and spent many minutes, unmasked, lecturing me about how, once you are immunized, masks are completely unnecessary. He proceeded to tell me he was "sterile" and "neutered" with regard to contracting or spreading COVID-19. He also admonished me to not get my information from social media but from the CDC website. Upon arrival home I did look at the CDC website, which contradicted what he told me. There are thousands of documented cases of fully vaccinated individuals contracting COVID-19, and to date hundreds of fully vaccinated people have died from COVID-19. This man caused me to feel extreme fear, to the point of crying, before he would finally put his mask back on. Whatever happened to the Hippocratic oath, "Do No Harm"? I have lost family members to Covid-19, have myself been very sick because of it, and have lost my livelihood Because of this pandemic. Now I have a doctor pull this stunt? Unbelievable. read more

The doctor saw my grandma this afternoon. He is very rude and he began to yell at me when I asked him to remove the wax from both her ears. He told his assistant/ nursing staff that their was very little. Clean her ears!!! She is deaf and the wax in her ears prevents her hearing aides from working effectively. I went for the office for Thyroid check up and he is all in for his money rather than patient's well being. Without proper explanation, he said I need to have surgery to remove it and most of the meeting was how he will charge for the surgery. After about $500 worth his first meeting, I went to see two more doctor for secound and third opinion. and both of the doctors said it's not neccessoary for my condition and I need to just to follow up every year.
