I brought my dad here for his appointment. We parked in the visitor parking structure along Dawn Way. The structure was pretty tight and packed at 9:30 am. If you can, drive a small car. We were there for about 1.5 hours and it was $2 with validation. The whole process from checking in and the actual examination, it was not bad. There wasn't too much waiting. I saw Eva Larson, PA for roughly 15 minutes and revived a diagnosis of aural migraines. This was really ridiculous -- I had never had migraines in my life. It appears Larson is so enamored with new diagnosis that accurate one fall by the wayside. The "treatment" was to wait and see if it went away. I sought a second opinion and revived actual care for TMJ. This visit with Larson is costing me roughly $700 -- UCI's billing practices are deceitful, and they will charge exorbitant facility fees and charge as hospital, meaning your co pay might not apply. I would not visit a UCI facility again. read more

I can see why this place has horrible reviews because Andrea their office manager is extremely rude. I reached out to her in regards to Martha their office staff because she was being very unprofessional and Andrea kept making excuses for her. In addition Dr Eva L seems very incompetent and didn't couldn't help me at all. I really don't recommend them because they are unprofessional. read more

I saw one of the doctors in this practice for ear pain and was diagnosed with aural migraines. A couple years later I was having problems with my sinuses and called to make an appointment with another doctor in the same practice who specializes in sinus issues. They told me they absolutely refused to schedule me- they do not allow for second opinions (even though it was not for that!!). So whoever you start with, whether you like them or not, you can never switch, and you can NEVER see anyone else in the practice regardless of areas of expertise. RIDICULOUS read more

Doctors are decent but billing practices are deceitful. Expect to pay a facility fee (sometimes two!), a visit fee (your normal co-pay to see a specialist) and a diagnostic fee (for the doctor to actually examine you). Since when does a doctor looking in your ear with a light have its own fee separate from going to see the doctor in the first place?????? read more

I have been super blessed to have been referred to Dr. Bhandarkar in which he truly does specialize in Ent disorders. I recently had been diagnosed with something called a choanal atresia which in my case it was 100% blockage of bone/cartilages. I decided to have the operation and healed fantastically! Dr. Bhandarkar from the start was very confident of how he would fix this and and explained everything I needed to know for the journey. Also he had perfect and professional bedside manner, a very bright and knowledgeable doctor. His staff was also incredible, I may not have remembered all the names but they were all super sweet and friendly ...Merlyna was awesome as well. Even though everyone is wearing masks, they were still smiling with their eyes ! Love that! This whole experience has been life changing to the quality of my life beyond words really.... being 31 years old without ever really knowing what breathing in from your nose and out your mouth really felt like till now not to mention my smelling and tasting senses have been reborn! I haven't had an ENT for years, but I started experiencing hearing loss like I did when I was a kid. When I was a kid I had a lot of ear infections, ear tubes several times etc. My friend recommended me to Dr. Lin. He was the nicest guy, very personable, which was very important to me. Definitely treated me like a human being, which believe it or not is hard to find sometimes. I'm also really really freaky about my ears. I have an extremely high pain tolerance, I passed 3 kidney stones with no meds, but don't mess with my ears. I think it comes from years of infections and pain. You probably wouldn't believe this if you had seen me in the office today acting like a little baby and making the nurse hold my hand, but he was so gentle and extremely understanding telling me every step of what was happening. It honestly didn't hurt at all, it was my anxiety and anticipation. I would highly highly recommend him, and he will definitely be my ENT until one of us dies. I'll probably be a lot calmer next time. And the best part, I can hear! read more

I've been suffering from a rare form of migraines for 8 months, sometimes experiencing attacks for 12-16 hours a day. Truthfully...I was at the end of my rope, with hope fading fast and found myself in a very dark place on most days. But I had confidence in UCi and the quality of the Doctors. there. Truth be told from the parking lot attendant who gave me directions (is a massive complex) to the receptionist to my Dr. ,it's the kindest place I've ever visited. So I just kept staying positive ..in the hope that I would get treated by a Doctor with the skill set of Dr. Boisvert. Dr. Chantal Boisvert is the classiest, friendliest, most compassionate doctor I've ever been treated by....for patients who have her as a Dr. ; we are lucky; her sense of humor, preparedness, ability to explain my condition and to recommend treatment options has been unrivaled. Now my attitude has completely changed .. I have hope again; it's still going to take time to heal but that's ok..because now have a Doctor who listens and. who has this condition under control. read more

My parent is a patient here and our Dr has been nothing less than a miracle worker. When she was in the hospital for her surgery he visited her every day and his residents were just as good. In fact, everyone here is very professional, courteous, and just seems to genuinely care. There is parking in the structure and it's free with validation. They will validate it for you in the office. Also, there is a small coffee cart outside the building. For those who use Access to get around, there is a drop off right in front of the building. read more
