I've been seeing her now for the past 7 years , when my kids got too big to fit in their baby dentist chairs I turned them on to this spectacular dentist . They love her . She is a true treasure . When I walked in, Black Sabbath was playing on the waiting room radio. While I appreciate them, not sure that's what anyone wants to hear in a medical office. Dana was working the desk and snapped at me for being late. I filled out my paperwork and had some confusion on my end regarding my insurance, thanks to recent job changes. I attempted to rectify this by having my info faxed to the office. She snarled, "You don't even know your own damn information," at which point I decided to leave. She got belligerent and, when I slammed the cheap, lightweight office door she screamed, "Don't slam my fucking shit!" No wonder the waiting room was empty and Dana was sitting at the front desk instead of working. This is the worst health care "professional" I've encountered in my 47 years. I can't help but wonder how many people she's scared away from getting proper dental care. Yep, this is the person I want putting sharp objects in my mouth.

Worst dental experience I have ever gone through. They gave me numbing shots so I could have my…read morecavities filled. They proceeded to have me sit there for an hour after the numbing shots. I told them that it was wearing off. They did not listen to me. They started with my fillings and I told them it hurt, they then asked me if I had have dental work before... so condecending given they have my Xrays and know I have. After I stated it hurt again, they stopped and decided to refer me to an anestheisa center and had me leave. They said no dentist would able to work on me. I went to another dentist the same day, they were great and were able to do my fillings the same day. Why? Because they actually listened to their client... NEVER GO TO SMILE TEAM DENTAL!!!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recently changed to a different dentist because of difficulties getting an appointment with a hygienist. I am starting over as a new patient with a dentist across the River and will be seen a month earlier than if I stayed.
