Still, it was enough for me to be self conscious about my smile, so I would just 'smile' with my lips stretched and not a big, open, toothy smile. I don't make a ton of money, and my dental insurance won't help pay because they say it's cosmetic, but this place gave me a free consult and a manageable monthly, interest free payment plan!!! I am only about 90 days into the 22 months of treatment I need, and I can say I see a very nice change in my teeth (I took pictures of my teeth the day before, the day I got them put on, and present). Not because of the fancy office, the coffee, the fun questions of the day, the cool prizes or any of that- although those things are awesome and make him excited to go to the orthodontist! It was because of the time the doctor took with us. She sat with us for nearly 25 minutes, examining, talking, looking at his x-rays, weighing her options and making sure that she made the best plan tailored to my kiddo. I appreciate how dedicated she is to each patient. She didn't make us feel like just a number or a task to check off her to do list.
