I went in for a simple teeth cleaning, sat in the chair for over an hour while they did exams and took pictures (that I didn't ask for) and the next thing I know they were quoting me over $2000 for all these extra services. When I said I didn't want any of that, they had me leave, without even doing a cleaning, and said they would "call me tomorrow". Over a week later they called me back to get my address, assumably to send me a bill, I said I still haven't had the cleaning I waited over a month for, and the lady said they won't do it because I didn't want the extra add ons. COMPLETELY RUDE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO SPEND A TON OF $$$!!!

If I need an emergency appointment, i can get one most of the time within a couple of days. Only down side is the wait time. It all depends on the time of day, who your dentist is, how many people are ahead of you, and what those people are having performed.
