Markarian charges for the consultation, claims he can save the tooth with a root canal despite the cracks. Not knowing any better we agree to go forward which was another $1,070. The root canal lasted about a week, gets infected because of the cracks and so an oral surgeon had to pull the tooth anyway. Markarian claims he tried to persuade her not to get root canal which is bull. We have no experience in this. He graciously gives $250 back for $1,000 root canal that lasted a week. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

My 5 year old not so much, but now she's asking when she's getting her teeth cleaned again. She likes looking at all the old dental tools and the staff is very nice to her. My husband and I both also enjoy our visits. Our teeth are cleaned very well, the office manager is pleasant and very professional, and for me I need a retainer and I love that I don't have to go to an orthodontist. Clean, friendly, professional, and NOT trying to push work you don't need for an extra buck!

I drove from Festus MO to Shiloh IL and couldn't be happier that I did. First - they're initial consult fee is less than anywhere in Festus. Second - Dr. Diliberto successfully completed the root canal. No longer any pain, didn't crack my original crown, and the doctor and the staff are all fantastic! My dentist, who filled my crown, even complimented Dr. Diliberto's work!

She's warm and friendly. This is especially nice if you are nervous about seeing a dentist. My hygienist is Denise. Again she greets you like you have been friends forever. The x/ray process is easy and with the big screens in the room you are in the know of everything that is happening in your mouth. Finally you get to see Dr. Mark he's young and makes you feel like he's know you for years. His manner puts you at ease. As you can tell if I had to use one word to describe West End Dental it would relaxing.

Stay far away from the dentists in this Green Mount location. The dentist that worked on me botched a procedure and staff helping her continued to hold suction incorrectly in my mouth after several pleas that it was uncomfortable and painful. They don't listen to the patient and they need to get better training on their profession and patient customer service. Everyone beware! Highly NOT recommend this dentist office.
