Best DR ever. Well loved and trusted. Great staff and nurses. So sorry he retired. He listened to what you said.

This my review of Dr Liu and his staff. My wife has been a patient here for about a year and I've…read morebeen meaning to write a good review but every time I forget. We've been coming here mainly because my wife speaks mandarin as her primary language and it's difficult to find any Dr's that speak the language. But, the main review on the Dr is his overwhelming "patience" with the patient as most doctors can't wait to get you in and out of the exam room as they have so many patients, Dr Liu takes the time to listen, review, and come up with a plan/recommendation for treatment even when the patient (my wife) keeps on talking and wanting more answers. Dr liu, is conservative as opposed to aggressive in his treatment including prescriptions, always giving possible side effects and reasons for recommending which one and why this is the best approach. I've been to plenty of Dr appts in my life where you're not only feeling rushed to get out of the office, you also are not confident in the treatment. Dr Liu also has a good sense of humor and also has good manor with female clients. Because of this, I'm probably making Dr Liu my primary doctor as well. But don't worry, I'm not as long winded as "some" patients might be

Absolutely horrible experience here. I went in to start PreP - a preventative prescription that is…read more100% covered (clinic visits, lab fees, and the prescription itself) by federal mandate. Before, during, and after being seen by the nurse practitioner I tried confirming literally countless times that they knew this visit was preventative, not diagnostic, and that there were specific Z (preventative) codes to use so I wouldn't be incorrectly billed as I have been before. They had literally no idea what I was talking about, but kept trying to dismiss me and talk about how I hadn't met my deductible. I was politely standing my ground against 4 of them to state that what they were telling me was not correct and asked them to please call my insurance on the back of my card to confirm, and they refused for over 30 minutes. Finally, the actual doctor told them there were preventative codes for PreP - exactly as I said. No apology at all and extremely unprofessional. Also, told me they would call me in a couple days when my prescription was ready and they never contacted me. Then, lo and behold, 3 days later I get an EOB saying I owe them for my clinic visit. Totally illegal, and exactly why I bent over backward to make sure they coded everything properly. After my insurance called them to try and inform them what they were doing was incorrect they said they would change it this ONE TIME, but not moving forward. My insurance told them that's literally not how it works, but they didn't care. Diane, the billing buffoon, said she's been doing it for 30 years her way and she knows what she's doing. Clearly not. This place is just a typical ill-informed, old-school style practice that can't get with the times. Who knows how out of date their processes are, they are probably incorrectly billing countless patients. Super, super disappointing and severely out of touch with the medical needs of people today, and they do not advocate for their patients' health and wellbeing. You want your doctor's office to be up to date, educated, and happy to give you care. Please, do not go here.

She was abrupt and unwelcoming. She let me know the doctor was retiring at the end of the year. It would be nice if they would just post that online and say that he isn't seeing new patients.

Dr Dabo began by prescribing me what I later found out to be children's doses of migraine medication. To no surprise they didn't work. He then prescribed me Valium and dilaudid. My pharmacist and I agreed these were not appropriate. So I requested alternate meds because I didn't want to take benzodiazepines or opioids to treat my migraines. His response was 3 more Valium prescriptions... He then gave me a referral to neurology. I called 2-3 times a week to check on my referral because I was still experiencing daily migraines. I ended up picking it up in person and dropping it off myself. On the paperwork I can see that they've been sending it to the wrong fax number after I tried to give them the correct one multiple times. 1 month of migraines later and my neurologist tells me I need an adults dose of my medication and to ask Dr Dabo to update the prescription. He refused and told me to ask her for anything I need. Not to mention he is impossible to get a hold of because the poor acupuncturist answers all of his phone calls and leaves messages for him that he doesn't respond to. Skip this "Doctor"

This review is at least a few years late, as it talks about what happened a few or more years ago,…read morebut is still relevant today. I went in for something I needed to get checked and inquired one of the doctors who was working there (not Dr. Anderson) about Viagra. Without even asking me why I needed it or about my symptoms, he rudely refused and said I was clearly too young for that. I was in my 20s or possibly 30s back then, which is not too young for Viagra. Since then, I haven't been back to this sorry excuse for a medical establishment. Fortunately for me, shortly after my horrendous experience with their doctor refusing to treat my medical problem because of an inaccurate reason he made up in his own head, I found Hims, the app and website, as well as GoodRX Pharmacy, the latter of which doesn't do prescriptions any more. I ended up getting prescriptions for Viagra from both of those much better establishments for exactly what I needed (and then had friends of mine get prescriptions from them too, so I could buy their Viagra pills from them!). In practice, I ended up getting 5 or 6 prescriptions-worth of Viagra each month and have been doing that ever since! I am, not only a Viagra-popping monster-of-sorts, but am also an adept drug consumer and connoisseur. I use dozens of drugs pretty much on a daily basis and love drugs more than any other non-human object (more so than even food and water). The reason I'm even writing this review now is because I considered going to this place again in case something bad happens to me when I add additional drugs to my current large mixture of drugs that permeate my entire body with zero downtime. I'm planning on adding supraphysiologic doses of a variety of testosterone esters and at least one synthetic testosterone derivative for massive muscle hypertrophy, as well as hCG and a SERM to prevent my testicles from atrophying and nipples from becoming sensitive due to the extremely high, un-natural doses of testosterone and its derivatives that I will probably be starting some time in the coming months (no prescription required as it's from "the streets"). Imagine if I start having a heart attack because of all the drugs I'm using (multiple stimulants, multiple steroids, nicotine, ethyl alcohol, and many other drugs every single day), and I go to the only place other than the emergency room that's open for business that I know of, where there are supposed to be doctors who prescribe drugs to people... And they're like, "Nope. You can't be having a heart attack. You're too young." (And then, because of them, I WOULDN'T die because I'm NEVER going back to this place for that exact reason). Cheers!
