They scheduled me in right away, for later that day! Friendly and helpful staff at the front. They took some x-rays, gently, as I was still recovering. We discussed some other issues I was having, and they recommended I see a gum specialist. That was great info, no one at my usual place had mentioned this. They also gave me a referral for a local place that seems perfect. Ultimately, I didn't receive any treatment on this visit, so I can't comment on that. But the info, referral, and careful handling I got was well worth the visit.

Poor practices regarding work, records-release, and general honesty…read more Rude staff makes it very evident that they don't want to provide requested records, when they do send them it is partial. When requested a second time to send complete records they do not comply and send piece by piece, resulting in unnecessary back and forth due to their incompetence and VERY evidently bad attitude. They make it difficult for the client to practice their lawful right of having access to healthcare records which have already been paid for via service requested in the first place. Dental work is very poor, my tooth was left sharp and jagged, and unable to be flossed. Upon 2nd correction the other dentist in the facility had terrible things to say about the work provided by their associate. After 3 times it was never fully corrected by them. Pricing changes based on the staffs mood, unlike other dentists that provide up-front pricing irrelevant of insurance and mood. The staff gets very defensive because they cannot provide legitimate answers, they are inconsistent and dishonest.

I should've looked at the reviews before hand, but unfortunately I had to come here last minute…read morebecause my employer changed insurance. anyways- i made an appointment for my son, he's 2 years old. no issues with doing that, on the phone they sounded really friendly. then i come in, and not so much. the dental assistant (who was actually nice and felt bad for us) took us back but wasn't able to do much because my son wasn't allowing her to. she went and got the doctor to "do the exam" and the doctor comes in, looks at my son and tells me she's going to refer me to a pediatric dentist. that's fine cause i prefer that. but then the dental assistant returns to tell me they are going to still have to charge me a 5$ copay. i asked why if the doctor did not do an exam, and she said it was now for the office visit. i say fine cause i just want to leave at this point since this was a waste of time. they could have rejected my appointment on the phone for his age and we wouldn't have had to do this today. OH and not to mention they literally had other patients information in 2 different areas of the room. the computer was open to a patients file, and the wall next to the door literally had names of everyone coming in that day and their full names, time of appointment, and duration of appointment. my sons full name was on there. i included pictures below and scratched off any identifiable information of everyone on there, but if you go here, just know anyone can see your name here at any time. i would not recommend this place, even for an adult like myself simply because of the way they handled all this today.

I went in for a deep cleaning as advised by this dentist. Dr Roytman assured my that this would be covered by insurance. Several months later, I get a phone call from the office explaining that the insurance claim was denied and I would need to pay $600 out of pocket. So I presume that is common business practice to throw their patients under the bus because they cannot file their insurance claims correctly? Why should the patient be responsible for payment because of the incompetence of the staff? This definitely cost them my trust and respect.

I personally had a bad mold taken at this office due to my very small mouth. The metal molding plate barely fit into my mouth, and there was not enough buffer material left around the front of the mouth guard to create stability. As a result, the night guard was excessively thin/ fragile at the front/ removal point (.75 mm walls). As a result my expensive, not covered by insurance, night guard cracked after 1.5 years of light use. Dr. Roessler did not ask to review the guard to asses the quality of the work. I imagine he could've asked his supplier to remold the piece due to this issue. Instead, a secretary called me let me know I was out of luck. So I am just out the money....
