I attempted to place an order for a moon bounce on three separate days, and each time, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. One day, he promised to call me back before 8 pm, but he never did. I called the following day to inquire about the availability of a moon bounce, and he responded by saying yes, but he asked me to leave a voicemail with my name, address. He mentioned that he would be in West Roxbury between 1 and 6 pm that delivery could happen that day. Called again at 12pm no answer I left work early to ensure a smooth transition for him, and so that I wouldn't miss the possibility of delivery but when I called at 3 pm, because I didn't hear from him. I called and when he answered, he yelled at me and demanded to know what I wanted. He told me that yea he wasn't going to be able To deliver yet again to call back In The morning, Which was the day of the party I will never give this place my money again.

Moonwalk was in great shape, clean and working perfectly. We also rented 4 large tables and 24 chairs. With delivery we paid $300. I had called two other rental places and with two weeks notice, other companies had no tables or chairs to rent. Glad I called All Seasons! Happy customers!

Donnie from Blanchards in Hyannis handled all delivery, set up and pick up with us as the cape cod partner. The drinks were a HUGE hit. we had them for the wedding and sunday brunch and it was the most consumed item. we dressed up the tabled they provided with linens and florals to match the wedding and it was perfect. Can't recommend this enough. Really reasonably priced, loved by the guests and we were sad to see the machines picked at the end of the weekend.

As Steves notes on their website, their rental equipment is far newer than all other nearby rental locations. Having experienced starting issues with equipment rented elsewhere, Steves equipment is far superior. Likewise, their customer service from Steve and Stephen is second to none. Their equipment is not only new but well Maintained and they offer delivery service if you need larger equipment and don't have a larger truck to move it. If you need to rent anything I highly recommend them as your first and only rental center.
