Be aware: any one of several offices can answer your call, thus apparently they have no impetus to be efficient or decent - you can never know to whom you are talking. There is pretty much consistently poor service on the phone. Then a week after paying a bill for spa services which included a tip, which they asked me at the checkout if I wanted to add - that was a first at a spa for me also - anyway, after paying in full, they sent me a bill for a $20 tip! So I called! Waited 10 minutes on hold before they came back and said it was removed from my account, no apology, just par for the course regarding their impersonal, cold service (though this one was not rude). I will have to drive over there to double-check in person before I believe they won't send me another bill for a $20 tip.

They do not pass messages along, they don't communicate with the pharmacy properly, they gave me incorrect information on the phone multiple times, and worst of all they rush you out of the office after talking for just a couple of minutes. The doctor kept interrupting me, stating outright that they had to leave after just a couple minutes. It is clear that we are just cash to them. They want you in and out in 30 seconds. They were incredibly insensitive and will charge a fortune for nothing. I am going to tell my primary care doctor not to refer any of her patients to them again.

It was my first time coming in, and i thought i couldnt be seen but when i called in Sidney got me scheduled for the same day "AMAZING SERVICE"! She reassured me of how everything would go and even went over some of the options the Dr. might have for me! I had a dent in my cheek from an acne scar that had started to get worse due to me personally doing everything possible to make it worse thinking im a dermatologist, but i explained that to her when i called in and she scheduled me right away! The visit went just as well! Gabby is also AMAZING and well informed and made me feel comfortable about the procedure before the Dr. came in. She is very friendly and made the visit much easier! Dr. Hickman is beyond professional and efficient! When i tell you i had zero pain during this procedure i am not lying.. i would not even give it a 1 on the pain scale. (Dr. Martha Hickmann) During the exam, she SCRATCHED my mother's irritated skin with her bare fingernails while examining the area. Not only was this incredibly uncomfortable, but it also felt completely unsanitary and unprofessional. There was no warning, no gentleness, and no respect for basic bedside manner. Her overall attitude throughout the appointment was shockingly condescending. Every question we asked was met with snarky, dismissive responses as if we were stupid for asking normal medical questions. When my mother asked about potential scarring from a procedure, the doctor sarcastically replied, "Every surgical procedure causes a scar," in a tone that was clearly meant to belittle rather than educate. Instead of offering reassurance or a thoughtful explanation, she acted irritated that she even had to answer. The entire appointment felt rushed and careless. Rather than explaining anything clearly or showing confidence and expertise, she seemed to just throw random possibilities around without much insight or certainty. It genuinely felt like guessing rather than informed medical care. What made the experience even worse was how physically invasive and disrespectful she was. She repeatedly put her hands on people without asking, handled irritated skin aggressively, and showed absolutely no awareness of patient comfort whatsoever. There is a massive difference between being direct and being rude, and this office crossed that line repeatedly.
