I trust that my eyes are well cared for, even when she tells me things that disappoint me- like after 25 years of wearing contacts, I will likely not be satisfied with my vision unless I switch to glasses. The Doctors (Dr Sanborn) is great. Unfortunately, the practice manager is not. They failed to…read moreaccurately submit to the insurance for the 100% covered yearly preventative exam, thus causing a co payment to be needed. Called the insurance company and they said that the office didn't submit the correct coding, called the practice manager back and she said that is 'how they do it'. The practice also has a cool digital retinal mapping instead of dilation, but...the price increases every 2 years - same machine, so unclear of why the price is going up. In the end, the front end of this business has inept staff (their original office manager retired and she was great and I had no issues at all with my insurance being coded correctly). The new staff are arrogant, needless to say, I will be not continuing with care here.

That's not easy, and I really appreciate her time. Everyone I worked with at this location was patient, upbeat, and struck me as incredibly competent.
