Then they pressured into signing day of, for an $8k discount or so. Pressure under time - never buy into it. Then they started calling. "Can get you this deal if you agree to do the worth between x months." It literally went down to $28k by the time I had to tell them I went with someone else. They only do pavers. Any additional work would need a different contractor to complete the work. Something as simple as capping an exterior gas line, demo of existing structure etc. they just weren't a fit for our project and what we needed.

I asked them to add concrete steps for my front yard and also a bit more concrete to expand the parking space. They were also able to save me money by using some of the hollow blocks and bricks that I already had just laying around to use as a divider for my planters. My front yard and side yard was overgrown with weed and variety of plants that have grown wild also plants from previous owner that weren't really to my liking. They helped me plant over 20 new plants along with lavenders, santolina, society garlic and rosemary. The steps for my side yard that Isaias picked was so beautiful! It was perfect! The plants are in the ground now and very happy. The vase I got is so pretty. They have everything you need to make a stunning garden and they can suggest landscapers if you ask. I bought a lemon tree there some time ago and it is healthy and gives lots of lemons. I can't recall if I had it delivered or I had our truck with us, but I do think they will deliver the big trees. Parking is easy in their lot and the area is clean.

I've had service to get a truck load removed after several times of removing them myself and have freely given away many to neighbors as well. As I'm getting plumbing done soon, I've learned that some of these plants should not have been planted in certain areas, such as in front of the sewer cleanout and near the water main line as the roots could reach the pipes underground. Praying to get these plants downsized to a minimal amount and a cleaner landscape soon.
