Next after having my vehicle for 43 days to bd exact the paint color is wrong and the painter is out for the wee. So I still do not have my vehicle fixed properly after 44 days and counting. This has been the most horrible experience I have ever had. Not only is my vehicle not the right color I have been now paying for a rental car for 13 days because it's past the 30 day mark of the insurance paying for the rental car. The provider was fast, efficient, friendly and the service call was free with the Subaru new car warranty coverage. So my cost was $0 plus the optional tip (which I was able to do seamlessly on Venmo). So, in total, this was an equal or better experience than any other service call I have previously utilized with other vehicles.

She popped both of her left side tires ( She just got these tires 2 days ago). We called multiple places and got turned down (mind you we are 19 year old girls stranded in Syracuse where we have never been). Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. He lined up the tow truck and the garage to get the tires changed. He also got us estimates, good prices, and drove us to the tire place. Tony was cracking jokes the whole entire time and made us feel more comfortable. If my friend ever pops the other two tires Tony would be our first call. #weloveTony
