Dr. Hafke's office is remarkable. I only waited maybe 15 minutes for my initial appointment for a cleaning. The hygienist, Denise Stepak, is a professional from the get-go. She addressed each and every question with thorough knowledge of the topic and patience with additional issues I asked about. I told her and I told the dentist who saw me (not Dr Hafke) that I could not ever remember having such a thorough dental exam, including full xrays, cleaning, tips on care of my teeth, etc. I was quite taken aback by the diligence Denise showed in handling my cleaning and how great my teeth looked afterward. The dentist spent several minutes with me addressing other questions I had and I felt I was not being rushed along in order to get the next patient into the chair. I do not like going to the dentist, never have, never will. The last two dentistsI had were dreadful experiences with the hygienist personnel - at the last minute I received a call to cancel my cleaning for the next day because the hygienist would not be in after all, they could not assign me to another hygienist and wanted me to wait another 4-6 weeks to have my teeth cleaned.
