Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They did thorough prep work, including power washing the entire house along with scraping and sanding where needed. They also applied primer where appropriate and finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint, which really shows in the final result. They even took care of replacing damaged shingles, which was a huge plus. The crew was punctual, very pleasant, and paid great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and they made sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing. Overall, a smooth and professional experience--I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior painting. The painting and caulking was extremely sloppy, paint dripped onto my custom tile floors, baseboards were cut with gaps between the floor and the wall and not flush with the joining pieces. I raised each item to the team and shared pictures. The work was partially remediated and then the team demanded payment. Their prices were not less than their competitors and I now regret not going with someone else, as I will have to hire a competitor to fix the sloppy work of J&K.

They were very patient with my wife and I as we took our time to choose the right colors and schedule the job around our unpredictable schedules. On top of that the team was very receptive to doing any and all small, detailed touchups that we requested. George even let us live with the room for a few days to make sure we were totally satisfied, and in that time, we realized that we wanted to redo the ceiling. He even finished a day earlier than the quoted turnaround so I can make my hard deadline. Lexington painting did not sacrifice quality even with the short turn. The painting was smooth and even, and covered up the dark grey accent walls left by the previous owner. Even though it took more coats that originally quoted, Spiro did not charge me extra. Finally, the communication was excellent. Karen provided COIs and multiple SOWs quickly, and Spiro either texted or called to explain everything to ensure I was comfortable with the job.
