    blueberries

Been going here ever since I was little with my grandma. We took a couples years off from picking blueberries. We came back this year and some things have changed but still how I remember it. They only do blueberry picking now and they have sheep that you can feed instead of goats. They have plenty of rows of blueberries that are always filled with fresh large multiple blueberries to pick from. Super cute, family friendly, something to do on the weekend. Jane was super helpful, telling us how things are now after they retired, and Covid. Even though this says they take cards they actually don't and only do cash.

We live nearby in Needham and wanted to find a small farm with awesome blueberries and boy did we hit the jackpot here. The berries were gigantic and easy for little kids to pick. Delicious and affordable! They aren't a farm with animals etc but that's exactly what we were looking for on a Sunday afternoon.

Goats, chickens, bunnies, pumpkins, apples + corn OH MY! This place has got a little bit of fall goodness for you. You can go apple picking, feed the animals, get lost in the corn maze + pick up some great fresh veggies. Pick out your pumpkin to take home or get some caramel apples stuck in your teeth. What ever you decide-- you can't go wrong. Apples were pretty fresh + tasty. Don't dare throw one though because you'll get yelled at... you can however feed one to the goat. awesome. Plenty of parking. Plenty of apples. Plenty of things to do. If you need a little farmen' in the country this fall, this is your kinda place.

I took my 2yrs old son last week for quick apple picking.. I think we went there on tuesday or wednesday. Based on the Yelp review, I expect the fresh fruits and animal farm..but in reality, many apples were rotten or unriped..also so many apples were on the ground so there were ton of flies and bees. Good thing that I bought a small apple bag for $18 so we picked some fresh looking apples. Overall, this farm seems very intimate and local farm so if anyone interesting to bring your kids for fall activities, don't expect the big animal farm nor apple based pastries or desserts..

I had attempted to call the farm a few times Thanksgiving morning which I new was a bit far fetched because everything is closed. I did however reach out on Facebook and it was a hit. Someone reached out to me within minutes. They sent out an alert to all Arcadian's in the area to see if someone could open up the farm and meet me for a pie pick up. It was amazing a few messages later I was in route to meet someone at the farm. I was kindly greeted by a fine young man at the door who greeted me with all my pies and a huge smile. I thanked him and offered a tip that he kindly declined. I can't say enough about how greatful I am to be from this little town and to have our town farm so close. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you again! Hope everyone had a safe and Happy Holiday! Ps..The farm is absolutly adorable! The Pies and produce are fresh and delicious! I can not recommend them enough!!

Granted, it's not peak time for pretty much anything (and their winter hours are shorter), so I didn't get to see check out any produce but they have a bunch of sauces, jams, and spices. They also have a variety of baked goods and cookies, some homemade pies and some local eggs, dairy and a small assortment of local cheeses. They also have a freezer with some local frozen yogurt (which, on this freezing day, I am not going to try). They had free hot mulled cider to sample as well and the lady working there was very friendly. While there wasn't a whole lot I needed there today, I will definitely be back in the spring and summer as I love to support local businesses.
