At the end of the "super sonic cleaning" my teeth went from yellow to white - one of my friends told me that he "never knew I had such nice teeth!" When I came back to get my fillings she managed to do 3 of them in 30 minutes!! I only needed the topical anesthetic and there was no unnecessary drilling. She did such an incredible job! Needless to say, as long as I am living in this area, Dr. Etemadi will be taking care of my teeth. My mother, a dental assistant would be proud that I managed to find such an AMAZING dentist. We made appointments for both of us and went just about a month and a half, or so later, on account of, us wanting two appointments back to back. So glad she was accepting new clients ! Upon entering, the waiting room was open and welcoming, as we were greeted immediately by her sweet and attentive receptionist. My wife was seen by Dr. Whetstone first. ( the guinea pig .. lol ) Her experience was relaxing and pain free .. not really two words one usually hears to describe a dentist's visit. I went next and truthfully, it was the same!! She was sweet and engaging in her conversation .. not just the typical " small talk ". Additionally, she was gentle in her approach, and seemed to genuinely care about the experience, WHILE it was happening! The one thing that struck me immediately, was that it was SHE who showed me to the examination room and she did all the work !! She did not have any dental hygienists doing the x-rays and the prep work .. it was ALL her ! Wow! Personally, I have never seen that before in a dentist office. That is the reason for the fifth star !! Afterwards, she escorted us both back out to meet with the receptionist, while she instructed her to make us another appointment six months later. I asked whether these distinctions were documented anywhere in writing, and I was told they were not. During the exam, I was not informed that a set of x-rays would be taken that would void the advertised offer. When I questioned the charge afterward, I was told it was my responsibility as the patient to ask whether the promotion applied at the time the x-rays were taken, despite clear advertising with no disclosed exclusions. I was also told I was being aggressive for raising the question. Overall, the experience, particularly with the advertising and billing process, made me feel uncomfortable and taken advantage of. If you come here, get written confirmation of all costs and what any advertised promotions actually include before agreeing to treatment. EDIT IN REPLY TO THE BUSINESS: I want to clarify a few factual points in their response for accuracy. They state that "concerns regarding billing were first brought to our attention nearly two months after the appointment." This is incorrect.
