After being diagnosed with PCOS by my OB and an unsuccessful Clomid cycle, I was referred to a fertility doctor of my choosing and picked Dr Frederick after reading reviews. At the first visit with Dr. Frederick she didn't seem interested at all in getting to know my medical history or even discussing my PCOS. She informed me that my only option would be IVF and she wasn't even willing to try something else with me as it wouldn't work. This instantly striked me as a cash crab. After feeling broken down my husband and I decided we would wait a few more months since IVF Is a huge financial burden and can typically take many rounds before success. After only one month of changing my diet to fit my PCOS needs I was able to conceive on my own after two years of trying. Please if you have PCOS, it's different for different people but please be sure to do what you can naturally because lots of people have success when they make changes to their diets. For me the difference was cutting out gluten and dairy completely. Don't give up hope! read more

At 42 years old, my husband and I are beyond grateful to Dr. Frederick for helping me get pregnant! Time was not on our side and Dr. Frederick created a clear and concise plan for us, and after my first transfer I'm happy to report I'm 8.5 weeks pregnant! My husband and I came to HRC after unsuccessful attempts at trying to conceive. Our primary care physician recommended Dr. Frederick and we have been patients of hers since July of 2019. I have to admit we were quite naive to the process when starting our journey at HRC and I can assure you it was a blessing to have a doctor so knowledgeable and kind as Dr. Frederick for this process. In our time at HRC we have had two egg retrievals and two FETs. This review is long overdue. First things first, I never thought I'd be writing a review about infertility in my early 30s, but if it can help someone else navigate through treatments and doctors, I'm happy to shed as much light as possible about my personal experience. My husband and I starting seeking fertility help in the spring of 2018 with Dr. Frederick. We did a consultation with her, in which she spoke to us about IVF and possibly securing a family through this process. Nothing is ever guaranteed and we knew that going in.  I did my first round of IVF with Dr. Frederick, in which everything was based on her schedule and not how my body was reacting to the medications. My retrieval and transfer procedures were planned out a month in advance, to be convenient only for Dr. Frederick. Being new to the IVF process, I didn't know that this advanced scheduling doesn't yield the best results. Also, during your office visits, you'll meet with your assigned Coordinator and a nurse; I only saw Dr. Frederick during the retrieval and transfer process.  In the end, 10 days after my embryo transfer, I got an e-mail from my Coordinator that my pregnancy test was negative and that they would be in touch with next steps. After all the emotional and financial investment with HRC, I didn't even get a phone call. My husband and I went in for a post-consult a few months later, and Dr Frederick encouraged us to do another round of IVF over the holidays. With a failed round under our belt, I asked her what she'd do differently? She really couldn't give us an appealing or clear answer.   My advice? Meet with other doctors. Do your homework. There are other nearby doctors who will customize your IVF treatment to yield the best results possible. :) read more

We had an initial consult in July of 2019. My wife and I have never been more turned off by or appalled by the manner in which Dr. Fredrick spoke to us . The callous Dr actually called my wife fat. My wife weighted less than 150 lbs at the time of the appointment. We got up and walked out of the appointment and told reception that we would never be back. Three weeks ago we got a bill from the doctor. 21 months later. First statement we have ever received from them and is says it was 31 to 60 days late already. How about you not take 21 months to send us a bill for the dr verbally abusing us. Amazing woman and doctor. I was really pleased with my experience and my results. Dr. Frederick is the best

I was a patient of Dr. Jane Frederick many years ago, and honestly cannot believe she is still practicing. My experience was so horrible, that to this day I still think about it. It was such a trying time. I remember that I felt like a second class citizen and felt she did not care for me too much. I also felt the staff was rude and made me feel as though I did not belong there. Prior to each of my IUI cycles, Dr. Frederick would encourage me that my chances of success were good just so I would be sure to pay, and after I paid and gone through everything and ready for insemination she would say " you know your chances of a pregnancy are less than 5% due to your advanced age". This happened three times. Of the three cycles, the first cycle failed completely, the second resulted as the pregnancy was not viable, and the third resulted in an early miscarriage. I wanted to keep trying with continued IUI cycles, however, Dr. Frederick was not willing to go that route any longer, and said she did not feel it was worth it to keep trying IUI because it would continue to fail. I did not agree and I inquired with the front office staff if insurance was an option to cover some of the treatment, they automatically said no that was not an option, and I had a good PPO plan at the time so I did not really understand their response. Dr. Frederick then had me take a test to see if my tubes were blocked. Per Dr. Frederick, the results of the test were that one of my tubes was blocked. Therefore, she said I required IVF, and was not willing to try anything else. The next thing I know I was sitting with a financial coordinator ready to sign my life away, as I was derermined, and so much wanted to have a second child, and she said this was my only option. I felt so alone and vulnerable, as my husband at the time was a hot head and could not always control his emotions with what was going on, so I had to go alone at times to avoid any confrontations with him and the Dr. or staff. At this point, I finally decided to seek care at another facility. My new physisian told me it was impossible that one of my tubes was blocked, as I had already been pregnant and given birth to my daughter, and said there was no way I required IVF. Luckily, I got pregnant on my second cycle with IUI under my new physician's care. In addition, it turned out my Insurance did in fact provide coverage for 50% of my treatment, thanks to the help and extraordinary customer service of the front office staff at the new facility, and HRC staff told me it would not. I just want to say I thank my lucky stars every day, as my son and second born is now 13 years old. It scares me to think I almost did not have him, if I would have continued to be taken with bad advice and poor quality service. I am so thankful each and every day for him. I am grateful I made the decision to leave that horrible place when I did before I allowed Dr. Frederick and HRC to scam me out of more money. I feel so fortunate the outcome was great for me, however, during that time I was going through so much turmoil with what HRC was putting me through. Never even got a chance to meet with the doctor because I was turned off by the way those who answer the phones and schedule the appointments speak to people. It's as if I ruined or disturbed them from filing their nails by making a phone call. Going through a fertility journey is hard enough,one would expect office staff of a fertility clinic to be a little more pleasant. It's interesting reading bad reviews about Dr. Fredericks and her staff as we had the opposite experience. There are a few things to take into consideration: 1) Yelp is a site that threatens to only put bad reviews up than positive unless compensated. 2) if someone is seeking fertility treatment then this is a hard time in life. When something doesn't work out naturally it only makes it worse when it medically doesn't happen either. Everyone has different experiences in how they handle medication/ doctors. If you're overweight you may need to loose weight. If you handle medicine poorly you're probably going to feel sick. IVF is hard but it can be rewarding. After 2 years of trying to conceive we had no choice but to go to a fertility specialist. We chose HRC for various reasons and found our experience to be professional and positive. Dr. Frederick was open and honest about the road ahead. Her team was professional and responsive when we had questions. Appointments were lengthy wait times, but again it is a doctor and this happens. In the end Dr. Frederick helped our dream become a reality. If she had not then she would still receive a positive review on our behalf. Fertility is playing with nature so it isn't a sure bet. We got lucky and I'm happy that we chose this business to help us do it. read more

My husband and I saw Dr. Jane Frederick in 2006, but the appointment was so scarring, I feel compelled to review it now to warn other women off. That meeting with her was probably one of the worst experiences during one of the most difficult times of my life. If you have a few extra pounds (I was about 40 pounds overweight at the time) do NOT seek this woman's help for Infertility. She made me feel terrible for wanting to get pregnant while overweight, for all the "horrible dangers" I was inflicting on my future child. I actually commented during the appointment that she was making me feel like I'd be an "unfit mother" (I actually used stronger words than that) just because of 40 extra pounds and she confirmed that she did believe that, saying "well you'd be endangering yourself AND your child!" Now just to clarify, I was completely prepared to hear that I needed to lose weight. It was her tone and judgment that was completely unbelievable to me. Infertility is difficult enough without having to pay a small fortune to this "expert" who sets herself up to judge the weakest areas of your life with no kindness and even less compassion. And it wasn't just me. My husband was STUNNED at the tone of voice she took with me, much less her words. We wondered later if she was just in a hurry to get rid of us because when we were driving out of the parking garage (I was sobbing at that point) my husband had to stop our car to let her rush in front of us. Maybe she was having a bad day or something, but I was having a bad year of struggling with Infertility. If I had seen a doctor treat a patient the way Dr. Jane Frederick treated me that day on a television show, I wouldn't believe it, because I would say it was just too unbelievable, but what they say is true. Truth is stranger than fiction. I truly believe Dr. Frederick doesn't have much respect or sensitivity for overweight women trying to seek help getting pregnant. read more

I'm baffled by all the negative reviews on Yelp, as I have nothing but 100% positivity to say about my experience with Dr. Frederick at HRC. I did start with Dr. Potter and switched to Dr. Frederick as she was a better match for my personality on all levels - time spent with me, sensitivity, ability to really listen to my concerns, etc. Yes certain times of day are busy at their office, because there are patients both seeing the doctor and getting labs drawn. But considering how many appointments that I've had there, I never had to wait very long, and if I ever did - I was grateful because it just meant I had her undivided attention and never ever felt rushed. I cannot tell you how many couples I would see walk out of there with a gift (given to patients on their last visit, with a successful pregnancy). So many people leave that office happy, grateful, in tears of joy - it's really motivating to wait in the waiting area because you can either talk to others about their success stories or just see it as they walk out. I worked with Dr. Frederick for two cycles - one was a complete/fresh cycle with both IVF and PGD and the other was a frozen transfer. I was extremely grateful to get pregnant on both attempts with her expertise. The first we transferred two, were pregnant with one, and due to extreme/unbelievable stress in my life around 9-10 weeks I miscarried. She was 100% there for me emotionally and in person the day of the miscarriage. Then about 2-3 months later we planned for a frozen transfer. We transferred two and I am currently pregnant with fraternal twins, and am 27 weeks. Everything is going really well. She still checks in on me to see how the babies are doing/growing. I think some good advice would be to "allow" yourself to be open to her regarding your emotional concerns, potential uphill battles, questions (I had endless questions) and just take the time to really be yourself. Dr. Frederick is the best doctor that I've ever had - the most personal, sincere, available (she gave me her email, cell and text numbers for any time of the day, and would promptly reply), and caring doctor. Going through IVF (and PGD) is an EXTREMELY emotional experience, and if you do not allow yourself to be connected with your doctor then it might add an extra level of stress. Dr. Frederick has been doing this a very long time and I felt 100% confident in her abilities and decision making. And she wasn't opposed to my opinion, either, for example when there was one medication that I didn't want to take - she said ok and didn't make me feel badly about that decision. During my last appointment with her, when it was time to transition from her care to my OBs care, I cried my eyeballs out telling her how grateful we were for allowing us to have a family, and to her commitment to help us through this experience every step of the way. She changed our lives and our family forever and I will forever be extremely grateful for Dr. Frederick, the embryologist and the nurses that cared for our family with such concern and compassion and sincerity. read more

Dr. Potter was fantastic! After having a horrible experience at a previous fertility center where they told me and my husband that we would have to use a sperm donor, we decided to get a second opinion. We met with dr. Potter and he said that was ridiculous and that we would just have to do a procedure called Tese to extract the sperm. His coordinator Stephanie was amazing and handled everything perfectly with scheduling us in and coordinating with the eurologist that came in to do the procedure. Everything went smoothly and we told Dr. potter that we really wanted boy/girl twins. Well guess what? It worked on our very first try. He put in two embryos and both took. On a negative note I will say that we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to see the doctor at every visit but the end result was worth it. We had a great experience with Dr. Frederick and her staff. Dr. Frederick is honest and very caring. There is a reason her nurses call her "Apple Pie" because she is just that warm and sweet. Each time we saw her we felt like we were her only patients. Her staff are exactly the same way. Her results for successful pregnancies speak for themselves. The prices at HRC are what they are, but they are pretty much in line and competitive with other fertility clinics in the area. I would recommend her again and again. read more

I have a pretty unique infertility diagnosis and my experience with HRC and Dr. Frederick is so positive! I have PCOS and because of my hormone imbalance, I never have grown my eggs or ovulated on my own. After trying Clomid unsuccessfully with my OB, I came to HRC, anxious about whether or not I would ever be able to conceive. Dr. Frederick was very straightforward, but I appreciated that as I wanted to be realistic. After your initial consultation, you have to do a bunch of tests on certain days of your cycle, and then once I had another cycle we could begin treatment. Thankfully (since I don't get periods on my own), I had been on the pill--which, as odd as it sounds, they actually use to kick start treatment. We tried an IUI but it was cancelled because I wasn't growing any eggs on a higher dose of Clomid. The same day we cancelled it, I had a meeting with the IVF coordinator and got a schedule to start that immediately. It was a whirlwind, but I was so happy they were willing and able to do everything as fast as they could as I was just eager to understand my body. The nurses at the surgery center are great and they do egg retrievals day in and day out, so they made me feel really comfortable. Our first IVF transfer didn't work, so for the second transfer they sent me to a fertility acupuncturist (Dr. Lee). I wish I had gone to Dr. Lee before my first transfer as he helped me warm and circulate my body properly for the embryo to implant. With his help, and a few added treatments from HRC, we are successfully due with a baby boy in January! Dr. Frederick was wonderful. You spend most of your time with the different coordinators, but she was SO responsive if I ever had an emergency question via email. And if I ever had too many questions, she would schedule a phone call to help answer them all and calm my anxieties. When we did our ultrasounds to see the baby, she was so excited and celebratory, explaining everything. The coordinators were great too and always encouraged me to stay positive. We don't have any remaining embryos, but I will definitely be going back to HRC for our next IVF down the road! read more

We received a list of recommended fertility clinics from a couple of friends who had gone through the IVF process, one of which gave us the information for HRC Fertility. We called the Laguna Hills office and were connected with Mariann, who was very helpful, personable, and positive. Mariann was empathetic to our situation and helped schedule a consultation with Dr. Becht in a timely manner. We are very pleased that we opted to work with Dr. Becht and her coordinator, Dorothy. Our experience with Dr. Becht was nothing less than amazing. While we realize some people prefer to work with older doctors, Dr. Becht demonstrated precisely why that concept is counter-intuitive when it comes to an extensive process such as IVF. She is up to date on her research, will cite recent studies in response to your questions, and uses results-backed methods (rather than simply using methods because of how they have been done in the past). Dr. Becht handled all of our ultrasound scans herself, as well as the retrieval and transfer process. She was willing to change her schedule to accommodate our retrieval timeline to ensure optimal results. Her personalized approach set the bar really high for a medical office, and we have never received such individualized care elsewhere. She is a hard worker and the results show for it. Our coordinator Dorothy was a blessing to work with. She was always genuine, helpful, was great at drawing blood, would follow up promptly with our results, and would check in to see how I was responding to the medication. Dorothy would help us with scheduling, follow up in a timely manner on emails or phone calls, and was always there to provide us with hope along the way. Dorothy always went the extra mile and was truly everything you could ever ask for in a coordinator! We will miss seeing her on a weekly basis. Jenna, the financial coordinator, was great at laying out the costs for us and helped us deal with our insurance company, which is never an easy task. Furthermore, she was rooting for us each step of our journey. From what we were able to tell, the embryology lab at HRC is top-notch. The lead embryologist, Charlotte, is one of the best in the world at what she does. When you go to appointments, you will see that people literally travel from all over the world to receive care from this facility, and it shows why - Charlotte and her team care greatly about each patients' case, and do extensive PGS testing on your little "embabies." Overall, we highly recommend HRC Fertility and Dr. Becht's team to anyone who needs to go through this process to start a family. IVF is the most physical and emotional challenge you will likely face with your significant other, but when you have a team like this on your side it helps make the process easier. Thankfully, we were successful in our first round of IVF and are expecting our first baby soon! read more

I am a not surprised to see the polar opposite reviews here for Dr. Frederick and her staff. Having just gone through the process with her twice in three years, I hope to offer an objective opinion. First off, Dr. Fredrick is a straight shooter. So if you don't want the truth, she's not the doctor for you. That being said, I always found her to be super supportive, encouraging and kind. She is the perfect mix of honest and kind. I have referred several friends to her. The ones who wanted their hands held the whole way, were not happy. She doesn't sugar coat anything, but she does clearly care deeply for her patients and provides the best care. I found she was available via Skype, or email or phone whenever we needed her. Yes, her staff does many of the minor procedures, but that is to fit your schedule. She made it clear we could see her if we wanted to wait for the appointment. She does this to save YOU time and work around your calendar. In regards to her staff, it's hit or miss. Some coordinators are great and some are horrible there. All I can say is - if you are unhappy, request to change immediately! I think it's important to advocate for yourself in this process. If you do, you'll walk away happy. read more

I couldn't disagree more with the negative reviews here, HRC was incredible to work with. Their staff was helpful, informative, and very compassionate. We saw Dr. Frederick and she couldn't have been better to work with. She always spent as much time with us as we needed and answered all of our questions fully. As for costs, they are fully explained at the beginning of the process prior to spending any money. We knew exactly what the costs were and there were no hidden fees or attempts to rack up charges. Wow, my husband and I had a totally different experience than all of the reviewers. We had a great experience at HRC and with Dr. Potter and his nurse Lori specifically. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I saw the doctor (not just a nurse) at most of my visits and was able to e-mail or call with any questions between visits with very quick responses. There was a nurse there that I had to work with one visit who was not so great, but that was the only bad visit I had. My protocol was adjusted several times and labs were gone over with me thoroughly. We were definitely not treated like "widgets." The service was very personal. We spent several years looking for a doctor who we liked and was successful and on a new friend's recommendation, gave Dr. Potter a try. She had success with him and we did as well. We're expecting a baby in November and in a few years when we are ready to try again, will definitely be going back to HRC! read more

I definitely don't agree with some of other reviews! HRC is a wonderful fertility treatment center! I was blown away at the care and attention they give to each patient and was extremely happy with my time there. Everyone who worked there (including the front office staff), were superb!!! I saw Dr. Fredrerick and her Nurse Janet the majority of the time and they were both extremely responsive to my needs. I also saw Nurse Practitioner Cindy a few times and also was pleased with all her help. From the first consultation, I felt very comfortable in their hands and they were very encouraging along the way. Luckily, we had positive results and got pregnant within 2 cycles of IUI...Dr. Frederick did a wonderful job of monitoring my progress and making changes to my treatment whenever necessary. The ONLY negative thing I can possibly say is that I did wait a bit for a couple of appointments, but I've never been to a doctor where I didn't have to wait...and comparing to other doctors I've been to, their wait was pretty short. In all, I was extremely happy with HRC and would go back in a second if we decide to conceive again. read more

I did not have a good experience with Huntington Reproductive when I was a patient a few years ago. I hope for their current patients that they have changed. The office is very large and you end up waiting for a long time for your appointment. The majority of the staff and doctor was not sensitive to their patients' needs. The service was not personal at all. You rarely see the doctor personally, but are shuffled through to nurses. Plus, I was misdiagnosed with PCOS, a condition that I did not have. I felt that I was pushed into IVF more quickly than I should have been...and the only time that the doctor called me personally was when I requested to have my records sent to a new doctor. The worst part was when I asked for more information about the condition was the doctor actually told me to "Read the notebook we gave you" read more

I am pregnant right now and I have Dr. Frederick to thank. She was amazing, every step of the way, and I would consider myself a high maintenance patient. I am 39 with an EXTREMELY love AMH level of 0.2. That's point two, not two point zero. She took into account all of my medical history and tailored my protocol and when we did the transfer (I'm a day 3 success story!) to me. It worked! I am 11 weeks pregnant. Not only is she great medically, but her bedside manner is superb. I always felt better after talking to her and, like I said I had a high level of anxiety and emotion. There is a lot riding on IVF even during the best circumstances. I've read some of the bad review on here and there is no way they could be accurate. I am so very thankful that I was referred to Dr. Frederick and her team! I live in the bay area but wanted to work with the best doctor possible so I flew to newport for all my appointments. I'm sorry other people had such a bad experience at HRC, but I can say that we had a great experience. I went to one of the free seminars and decided to give them a chance, so I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Frederick. She took her time to talk to us and explain all the possible treatment options. We decided to go ahead with our first IVF Cycle. Dr. Frederick, her staff and her nurse Janet were very compassionate and helpful, they walked us through the whole process and answered every question I had, either through phone, or email. Dr. Frederick was very reassuring from the beginning and got me pregnant at the first IVF cycle. She performed every ultrasound from the beginning and was very caring. I love Dr. Frederick, her staff, and the environment at HRC. I will go back for my FET, and add another miracle to our family. read more

**DO NOT GO HERE** Let me start off by saying that this facility has some of the worst customer service. This is by far the worst experience I've had at a medical office. My wife and I went in for a consultation, really what I like to call a "botched" consultation. Dr. Fredrick wasn't even prepared to see us. My wife spent quite a bit of time filling out these "required " forms the night before. The day of the appointment we show up and pay a co-pay (which is another issue). When we get in to see Dr Fredrick she DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE FILE IN FRONT OF HER, NOR WAS IT COMPLETE. SHE WAS NEVER GIVEN THE PAPERWORK AND FOR THAT MATTER IM NOT EVEN SURE THEY GOT IT!! She was trying to fill things in during the consult. Of course, following the so called consultation, they want you to see a financial coordinator to make sure they get there money. We didn't want to meet with a financial coordinator, but they force you to! So after that debacle we then get a bill for the visit. Which is complete BS. We are now dealing with them on this dispute. They stated it wasn't covered by insurance. Something they had the knowledge of and failed to tell us that day. Please beware and do your homework. Something so sensitive and special should go about with care. read more

I am sad to see some bad reviews on Dr Frederick. I have nothing but a great experience. I started my infertility treatment over at Kaiser and was shuffled from Doctor to doctor with no information or education on my infertility. I guess I fall into "unexplained" category. It was stressful and I really felt like I had no support at Kaiser. After 2 cycles I was done. Fast forward to a year later. I saw something online for a free seminar Dr. F was doing at a local hospital. My husband and I attended and were very impressed. Dr F has so much experience and she is up-to-date on all of the latest technology. We decided to move forward. We met with Dr. F at our consultation. Came up with a plan that I was very comfortable with. The best part, she assigned us a coordinator, Jaime, that was in constant contact with me throughout my IVF cycle. She was wonderful. So very responsive and thorough. We just had our first cycle of IVF and so far so good! I can honestly say that I felt taken care of every step of the way. I wish all of you good luck in your journey and hope you have just as great of an experience with HRC! read more

Today we graduated from our first IVF from HRC Fertility at Newport Beach with Dr. Frederick. We are expecting a baby boy and we are super happy. I arrived to HRC due to yelp so I want to leave my experience and help others to take the right decision. Regarding HRC, the installations are in very good conditions, clean and I always felt safe; the staff is friendly (some more than others, but if I have to rate I will give them 5 stars), from the ladies of reception, to the ones in the back room to take your blood, to the great team the day of the retrieval who made me feel calm (my anesthesiologist was so friendly) and to the blond nurse practitioner who is the sweetest doctor/practitioner I have ever have (thanks for your words). We couldn't be happier of choosing HRC. Dr. Frederick is an amazing doctor! During our first appointment back in January, she was honest, calm and explained our options. After taking the decision of doing IVF, we were immediately connected to a coordinator who told us that she was going to be the one helping the next months and that we were only going to see Dr. Frederick the day of the retrieval and transfer, nevertheless that she would always respond to our questions via email. My first thought was not the best "I was only going to see the doctor twice?", but I have to say SHE WAS ALWAYS THERE!!! Any single question I had, Dr. Frederick was there, available and responding almost right away to my emails! I will always be thankful, a million times for her availability to me and to my husband. 5 days ago, I got a bad food poisoning over the weekend and she responded to all my emails, one after the other on Saturday and Sunday. SHE IS JUST THE BEST!! She definitely knows what she is doing and she cares. Someone I can't forget, was Claudia Ascencio, my coordinator; without her I would had been crying and losing my mind. Claudia was the best support I could had asked for, extremely professional but so personal in a way, that I can't thank life enough for putting her as my coordinator. I miss her so much as she transferred to another location but I will never forget what she did for me, and how she stood there by myside all the time. We are leaving HRC with a baby boy in the oven, a great experience due to all the personal, the best professional care of Dr. Frederick and a friend for life, Claudia. I have to say I was sad to read some of the reviews already posted.. I have been a patient of HRC and more specifically Dr. Jane Fredrick on and off for about 4 years. Yes, this entire process is full of hormones, testing, waiting, more waiting and sometimes not the results you want or deserve. In my personal experience with this office I found all the nurses were extremely helpful and I never felt lost in the process. The support I received from not only Dr. Fredrick but her nurse Janet was exceptional and without that there is NO WAY i would have made it through the process. We tried IUI many times without sucess. We eventually moved on to IVF and were very excited. In addition, we had perfect timing because they were just starting a clinical trial and we were able to participate. We have had a lot of ups and downs through this whole process. They were there every step of the way and I would highly recommend. Fertility being an especially sensitive issue I feel like a person needs to go in with both eyes wide open. The odds are stacked against us, and it is important to be your advocate and find the doctor that is the right fit for you. I have no doubts even though the process was long, and sometimes very frustrating that I wouldn't change a thing. Happy to report after years of trial and error... we are now expecting. She was confident, knowledgeable, and had good patient rapport skills. I was very anxious and worried, and she was reassuring. I cannot thank her enough. I can honestly say that unlike the unhappy people posting on here, I've been completely satisfied with this facility, nurses and Dr. Frederick. Every time I've visited they've been very personable friendly and are always in a positive mood, I've received numerous follow up phone calls to ask how I'm doing. I went to Dr Frederick when I tried to conceive my first child who is now 4 yrs old, I wasn't successful the first try and was frustrated but that's just life. I tried again and thus have a beautiful daughter, after some time and planning I returned to this facility due the personal relationships that I've built with my nurses and Dr Frederick to try once again and of course it didn't take the first time, however the second try and with only 1 vial left SUCESS!! I'm currently 2 months along and we are very excited. By the way all 4 tries were IUI and both successful on the second time around. You see, with everything in life there are ups and downs and discouraging moments regardless of cost, timing, or who is involved.... For those of you that did not conceive I'm sorry, however you can't post blame on folks trying to help your dreams come true when you have a disappointing hurdle along the way. My husband and I are pregnant after one round of ICSI!

We are pregnant with our 2nd baby with HRC. We have had 2 successful IVF treatments. They are amazing. Dr. Fredicks always gave me personal attention. I had her email and was able to talk to her if I had any questions. The nurses called or emailed me back immediately. The office staff is very friendly always asking me how my son is doing and never forgot to ask about our 3 dogs. I felt very welcome and special and we are expecting our second! read more
