We had the best and amazing experiance with HRC and Dr. Jane Frederick - We are trying for almost 5 years to have a baby but we were unable. Frist Time we was with Loma Linda Dr. John D. Jacobson, MD and we was realy disappointed - the didn't do all the test they should do and we had an assistant instead of Dr. Jacobson - We had an insemination but no luck - stuff was cold - rooms very uncomfortable - and we had the feeling they dont realy care. Than we looked on the Internet and also saw HRC on TV ( littel couple) and we meet Dr. Frederick. Our chances of getting pregnant was 80%. My Husband sperm is to slow. After one cycle of IVF. I am now 25 weeks pregnant after my first trial of IVF with Dr. Frederick. I totally recommend her. Prior to signing up with HRC, I met with 4 other well known REs in OC. I decided to go with Dr. Frederick because of her expertise having been in the industry for over 2 decades, USC trained and the professionalism at HRC. Her assistant Behnaz was amazing. She would respond to my inquiries/emails in less than an hour sometimes within minutes. This would put me at ease re: the hundreds of questions I had re: IVF. I did read all the other reviews on yelp prior to meeting with Dr. Frederick and understand others concerns. However, Dr. Frederick knows what she's doing and got the job done. My case was somewhat complicated and other REs would have cancelled my cycle but Dr. Frederick did not convince me otherwise. If I had to do it again, I would go back to Dr. Frederick. read more

I have been a patient at HRC for 2 years, and just had my graduation day on 8/1/11 at 8 weeks pregnant. Dr. Frederick and staff have been amazing. Dr. Frederick was successful with her recommended protocol on my first IVF attempt with her. I'm 41 years old and we were only able to get 4 eggs and 2 embryos. Many doctors would have cancelled the cycle but she had no issue implanting just the two. One took and we are 10 weeks along. Her staff was always very helpful and responsive. Both the doctor and her primary nurse would return emails/calls very promptly. The only issue I had with customer service was the timeliness of some appointments. I would recommend her and this facility to others. read more

My husband & I completed two IVF cycles with Dr. Frederick and would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of fertility treatments. While our first cycle did not end in a successful pregnancy we did end up with multiple embryos to freeze. We chose to proceed with a second IVF cycle instead of using any of our frozen embryos and are ecstatic to say that we are pregnant! IVF cycles are not only a very large financial commitment but a huge emotional roller coaster; Dr. Frederick and her staff were by our sides through all of our ups and downs. I was pleasantly surprised at how available Dr. Frederick made herself to us - thoroughly answering all questions/concerns even when I had them after hours or on weekends. We are looking forward to welcoming our baby early next year and will definitely be back when we are ready to expand our family further. Seeing any negative reviews about Dr. Frederick and HRC is a bit bothersome to me. It is incredibly important to keep in mind is that just because you go through a fertility treatment it is not a 100% guarantee that you will become pregnant. I had the most AMAZING experience with HRC. Dr Frederick is absolutely wonderful. I saw her at every appointment and she always took time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I got pregnant on my second try. Yesterday was my last day of monitoring at HRC, I am now 9 weeks pregnant. I am a very critical person and I like to give honest and detailed feedback. I primarily worked with Dr. Frederick and her asistant Behnaz. However, we also saw dr. Duran on 2 occasions for insemimation. Overall, I will be going back to HRC when we are ready to start trying again. Inhave referred very close friends to Dr. Frederick and will continue to do so. Pros: IT WORKED!!! We have a beautiful baby boy. Took 2.5 tries with IUI Welcoming environment Gay friendly Dr. Frederick was very explanatory in the plan of action we were going to take. She took her time with us and educated us on our options. She took preventative measures (i had a small pollup on my cervix which she found and removed to prevent possible complications). She was as aggressive with treatment as we were willing to be (i have friends who's fertility dr. will NOT give them drugs (clomid or injectibles) until they try X amount of Times - that can be very costly and inefficient). Behnaz, her assistant, was exceptionally quick to respond to ANY and ALL questions we had (and we had a lot). Literally, when we sent her an email and a personalized response was recieved within anywhere between 5min-1hr. Even on a Sunday!! I start work at 8:00 and she was willing to meet me in the office before operating hrs for ultrasound appointments to help accommodate my work schedule. Like i said we had a lot of questions which Behnaz always answered almost immediately. On attempt 2 and 3, i was monitored very closely I was nervous to see a male dr. But dr. Duran was AWESOME!!! He was kind, very gentle, took his time and voila!! CONS: Lengthy office wait and lack of promptness. On the occasions when i did not go in early, i often experienced a pretty long wait, especially for the initial Consultation. It was not a good first impression, but the treatment made Up for it. They tried to sell us expensive vitamins - we ended up buying from Costco for 1/3 of the cost. Like i said, overall it was a great experience and one that resulted in the beginning of our family. Well first our problem from a male factor and the only option we had is the IVF-ICES, we wait 3 years since the day we knew about this issue to do the prusedure Because of the high cost for these things..and since we gonna spent such an amount of money I just want to make sure to go to good doctor with high success rate! I wish I could say I'm bitter because we've been unsuccessful but this center treats their patients as if they were widgets in a manufacuturing line. We have spent over $40k on 2 cycles. I wish I spent it somewhere else. There has been turnover in staff with no transitions and they mislead patients b/c they are looking for more revenue. It's unfortunate b/c there are certain HRC members that are very helpful. I wish I read the review on HRC (written for the LA office) prior to consulting HRC. We will not be using this facility for full treatment. We had an initial appointment with Dr. Frederick. We were told to show up 30 minutes early, which we gladly obliged. The Dr. returned our punctuality by making us wait 45 minutes past our original appointment time before seeing us. When's e finally met with her she did not ask us any questions about what was important to us or why we were there, rather assumed we had certain problems and instead, she proceeded to "slam dunk" us into getting some basic lab tests done and tried to schedule us for procedures right then and there so we could get pregnant right away. This, after all of ten minutes talking to us. (We spent 10 minutes with her, and much more time with "finance". For the record, this isn't a cost complaint.). She did not explain any of the potential pros or cons regarding the procedure, what our options were, or what the probabilities of success were. Her main concern was some background medical info and getting us scheduled ASAP. I have been to car dealerships that treated me with more respect and professionalism than her. I plan to let the OB who recommended her know she should not recommend her anymore. I don't know anything about her "success rate"; but, I feel like I know when some one is running a hard sell business, instead of an advisory practice to help people. Most people who walk into her office are looking for someone to help them start or grow their family. Many are probably frustrated or borderline desperate. I cannot think of a worse place for people in that position to be than this office. Perhaps you will have a different experience. Perhaps they will see this and change their tactics. I encourage you to follow your gut about the way the office is run before making any serious commitments or to even simple tests. (Total billing for the tests we had was over $1000...but we should "just do them today!"). I felt like I made a co-pay to get the medical equivalent of a timeshare presentation. Not a great feeling. In the end, to sum up, I didn't feel like this is a place I would trust with something as important as this, let alone basic medical procedures. read more

Meeting with Dr. Fredericks was one of the most disappointing and disheartening experiences we have had in the infertility process. To be blunt: it appeared that Dr. Fredericks was more concerned with her practice and her success rate, than with trying to help us. To us, she was: cold, abrupt, and condescending; she appears to have no compassion or "bedside manner" what so ever. Yes, our situation is not ideal for having a child. We knew going into the appointment, many of the topics that would come up. However, my wife and I, although both quite nervous, steeled ourselves to what we might hear, with the hope that there may be some compassion from the doctor. However, the reception we received was far from helpful or hopeful, as far as I'm concerned. My wife is a beautiful, professional, intelligent, capable, thoughtful, strong, and compassionate woman, and within the 10 minutes of conversation Dr. Fredericks was condescending her as if she were an inept child. Truth be told, I don't think we ever had a chance: I feel like Dr. Fredericks judged my wife (based on her appearance) and made up her mind in the first 15 seconds she met us, that she didn't want to help us, but didn't have the courage to say so. Instead she couched the conversation in platitudes and hustled us along to talk to her financial counselor, so she could get back to seeing other patients. Needless to say, we left feeling emotionally crushed and disenfranchised with the whole experience. Infertility has been the most painful life experience my wife and I have experienced as a couple, and having insult added to injury was really tough. Dr. Fredericks may not be the best candidate for couples seeking fertility consultation, and this is especially true if she were to be their first experience with a fertility specialist. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. FREDERICK! I don't ever write reviews but I just don't want other women to experience what I went through with Dr. Frederick. If you don't want to suffer physically and financially, PLEASE READ THIS. After one clomid and IUI treatment that wasn't successful, she recommended that we proceed with bravelle shots and IUI. I trusted her so we did. She put me on bravelle shots that I have to administer by myself everyday for a week. There is NO MONITORING WHATSOEVER! I called 3 times that week to complain about SEVERE HEADACHE and SEVERE CRAMPS. I called and asked whether we should reduce the dosage or stop the shots altogether. Dr. Frederick never called back. Instead, her nurse said to continue with the shots and that the severe headache and cramps are normal side effects. I have never experienced that much pain in my life. I couldn't even hold my daughter, I was in so much pain. After a week of horrible pain and suffering, we went for an ultrasound to get ready for IUI. They said we had to cancel IUI because I produced too many follicles due to the shots!!! When I complained about this treatment, they only said it's their protocol and that's how it works. I talked to my OBGYN and he was completely shocked that for a whole week, I wasn't monitored. And I also talked to another fertility facility where my friend is getting her treatment. THEY WERE SHOCKED TOO! With bravelle shots, all of their patients are monitored every 2/3days and every day as it gets closer to IUI date. The dosage is supposed to be monitored and adjusted accordingly. They believe my severe headache and severe cramps happened due to the OVERDOSE of this medication. They said EACH WOMAN RESPONDS DIFFERENTLY TO THIS MEDICATION so everyone should be monitored closely. SO PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T RISK YOUR BODY AND YOUR MONEY IN THIS FACILITY. There are other great doctors out there to help you get pregnant. read more

I am shocked to read some of the bad reviews on yelp. I am an overweight woman by 45 pounds and saw Dr Frederick between 2010-2011. I never received bad service because of my weight. It was a difficult time in my life dealing with infertility but Dr Frederick was a wonderful and positive support. After a 3 failed attempts I finally was pregnant with my first frozen cycle. I must've been pregnant with twins because I miscarried one shortly after. I was sure I wasn't pregnant although Dr Frederick continued to keep me calm and stayed positive. Even though I was close to losing that pregnancy..that little embryo made it and is now my beautiful 4 year old daughter Brynn. The day I thought I was miscarrying showed me what a truly great doctor she is. She saw me right away and made me not lose hope. Sure I wish I could've had one more child, but perhaps that just wasn't in the cards for me. I am blessed I have my little miracle. Thank you Dr Frederick! You are wonderful! read more

I felt that this doctor had no emotion towards my situation and that this was just another day and another patient struggling to get pregnant. I felt I had no say in what our next steps were and everything was very rushed. The fact that she had the vitamins and medications on a laminated brochure made me feel like I was sitting in a sales persons office, not a doctors. It amazed me how she could offer a solution for our entire fertility future without running tests to see what the issue was. I absolutely do not recommend Dr.Frederick. Dealing with secondary infertility is breaking my heart and ruining my life, to Dr. Frederick and staff, my struggles are simply a paycheck. At our consultation, I was told to be there 30 minutes prior to the appointment and to have sent all my paperwork ( of past cycles and Clomid treatments) over the day before. I wasn't seen by Dr. Frederick until 1 hour and fifteen minutes after I had arrived. We sat down and she had never looked over my paperwork, had no clue that I had previously done Clomid and knew nothing about my personal situation. She seemed far more concerned with me liking her facebook page and ordering vitamins. I left both confused, frustrated, but at the same time hopeful that I might have a baby soon. After the long wait, a previous warning from my friend and a strange consultation, I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. I wanted a baby so bad that I wanted to try anything that would make that possible. So we pay for all the tests, ultrasounds and lab work. Dr Frederick puts me on Clomid, again. Which I had been on before and had several ( 4-6) follicles every time. Unbeknowest to me, still no one had looked at my last medial records. Fast forward to the day of my Clomid check and day before my iui... Surprise I had 6 follicles. The nurse told me that my cycle was going to be canceled..... Never once had anyone told me that there was a possibility of a canceled cycle. Not once!!! My consultant kim then took me to another room and said, " we had a feeling this would happen before we started the Clomid!!" Ummmmmm what?!?!?! Why would they have used Clomid, why would they have doubled to dose if they " had a feeling" this would happen?!?!! Why had no one looked at the papers I was told needed to be sent to them. My heart was broken and they are at fault. Never once was I treated like an individual. Never once did I feel like they were compassionate to my situation. I feel set up. We spent $1000, right before christmas, to simply have ultrasounds done and an iui cycle canceled. Something that never should have happened, had someone actually taken the time to look over my charts. read more

I was hesitant to write this because I don't want to share negativity, but my husband encouraged me for the purpose of helping other couples that are going through the same trials. We were seeing a fertility doctor for over a year, but unfortunately due to a move had to look for another. We ended up at Dr. Frederick's office. Just like other people have stated we were asked to show up a half hour early and did so, but unfortunately the Dr. didn't see us for another 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment. Some sort of acknowledgment of our time would have been nice, but nothing was said. As we sat at her desk, I felt like I truly was a number and dollar signs. She doesn't show any sort of empathy and was quick to tell us what we needed to do and not our overall options. She spent more time showing us the lamented sheet of the multi vitamins they sell more then what our options were. We were quickly escorted to their billing department to talk about payments. Unfortunately I should have ran there, but we were so desperate to start our family and not continue the search that I agreed to do some work up appointments. I have had this specific test done twice before, performed by the fertility doctor previously. Although the procedure wasn't comfortable it was bearable. I went to Dr. Frederick's Office for this same procedure and was surprised to see it was not her doing it, but a nurse. The procedure was more painful then I had ever experienced and overall the entire experience was absolutely awful. I walked out of that office knowing I would never return again. If you are going through your own infertility journey please do yourself a favor and keep looking for another doctor. The next doctor we visited was absolutely amazing and we are overjoyed to be expecting. I completed two IVF cycles with Jane Frederick and wouldn't go to anyone else. She and her staff are so caring and were very thorough in all of my appointments. Although I got pregnant with the first IVF cycle, I lost the baby after a car accident. Everyone was so caring when I was going through such a difficult time. It made me feel like they really care about their patients, which is ultimately what convinced me to try it again. The second time was a success also and I have now been released into the care of a regular OB. I had a GREAT experience with Dr. Fredrick at HRC!!!!!!! I was referred to Dr. Fredrick over 3 years ago from my neighbor who also had great success with her (she has a beautiful boy due to the (IVF) assistance of Dr. Fredrick. My husband & I tried to have a baby on our own for years (we tried EVERYTHING from acupuncture, herbs, read every book, ovulation monitors, I took my temp every morning, clomid,etc etc) and then we came to terms that we may need some advanced fertility support and decided to make an appointment with Dr. Fredrick. She reviewed all of my blood work and due to my hormone imbalance (pcos) and my husbands sperm motility she suggested we start with a less a mild form of fertility treatment called an IUI. She worked closely with us and we did two IUIS that did not work. (Yes, it was an emotional roller coaster, yes we all hoped that would work.) My other girlfriend had one IUI with Dr. Fredrick & she now has a beautiful 2 year old daughter. IUI's work for some, but not for all. I think it is a great option to try first if Dr. Fredrick recommends it because it can be successful and if it works for you, fantastic if not you know IVF is still an option. For us, we decided against trying another IUI and wanted to go straight to IVF. So the process began...... We started the IVF process and after one transfer of 2 embryos, I am now BLESSED with the best gift in the world, my 3.5 year old son. I know that without Dr. Fredrick he may of never came into our lives and I am forever grateful for Dr. Fredrick and her help in achieving our baby dreams! She was emotionally supportive throughout our whole process yet realistic and never gave us false hopes, she is not GOD, she can not give you 100% guarantee that she will get you pregnant, but I do know she will DO everything she can and wants nothing more than to see her patients succeed with her fertility help.------ So fast forward 3.5 years later, we have decided to add to our family. We set up another appointment with Dr. Fredrick. We had our consultation and we started the process again. This time we decided to opt for the genetic testing on our frozen embryos (we had 12 left over from the first IVF) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take this option. We found out our results of the genetic testing the day of transfer (they do this after they thaw out the viable embryos the night before) They watch the growth of the embryos very closely and when the time is right, they will do the genetic testing on them. I had some dysfunctional embryos in that batch that more than likely would of not ended up in pregnancy and the genetic testing definitely helped find the best embryos for transfer. She picked the two superstars and here I AM NOW 3.5 MONTHS PREGNANT WITH TWO BABY GIRLS THANK YOU TO DR. FREDRICK!!! Once again I will ALWAYS be thankful Dr. Fredrick came into our lives. I am now going to be a mother of 3 because of her help. I would give her all the stars in the world if I could because 5 is just not enough. For those of you that are complaining about the vitamin thing, she is ONLY suggesting them, you can take whatever vitamins you want. I personally decided to take them and I love them, I for one know my babies and are getting what they need because they were formulated by a Doctor. I may stay on these forever, my hair, skin and nails look better than ever too. Bonus :) If you do decide to go with Dr. Fredrick know she is will do EVERYTHING she can to help you achieve your baby dreams! Listen to the instructions she gives you and do what she says. I would also recommend seeing Dr. Daniel Lee in Irvine for acupuncture before, during and after treatment. His success rate is VERY high in helping with IVF assistance. I have undergone successful ivf treatment with Dr. Jane Frederick. I would like to share my success story. I have a history of 4 miscarriages which were due to most likely poor egg quality/quanitity. I also had a difficult time getting pregnant. My husband and I went through a very difficult 2-3 years of trying to have a baby. I did not believe in ivf. I wanted it to be "natural". However, after the last miscarriage my husband and I decided to give it try. We got pregnant with ivf on our first try! We now have a healthy, beautiful and amazing 4 month old boy. Yay!! We first went to see Dr. Frederick at HRC in September of 2009 after over 2 years of trying to conceive on our own and suffering 2 miscarriages. Dr. F was very encouraging and after testing both myself and my husband, helped us determine the best route for us to go. Our first round of IUI was unsuccessful, but we were able to quickly move to an IVF cycle that was successful, and we welcomed our daughter into the world last August. We just "graduated" from HRC again, as I am currently pregnant with our 2nd baby from a frozen embryo harvested during our first round of IVF. We have had nothing but a great experience with Dr. F and the nurses and staff at HRC. They are all beyond friendly and anxious to help with anything we needed. Dr. F's right hand woman, Janet, is also incredible. I could email her with anything - from the smallest question, to booking appointments, etc and she always responded quickly. I was shocked to see so many bad reviews. My husband and I have had such a wonderful experience with this office. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Haylie the front desk receptionist especially. Our very first visit Dr. Frederick started to talk IVF. We explained that my husband and I could not afford it and wanted to at least TRY another route. She understood and agreed to try timed intercourse with fertility meds and then an IUI cycle. Both unsuccessful. When she asked if we were ready to try IVF we explained that we just could not afford it. Their financing department worked with us and some of the fertility meds were donated to us by her office because i have zero fertility coverage through my insurance. The office really worked with us. I've never had a problem reaching her staff and always got prompt responses from her nurses Behnaz and Priscilla. I do agree that to see the doctor there is sometimes a wait. Anywhere between 30-45 mins past your appt time. I usually had my ultrasounds done by her tech Clara who is very friendly. But when we got closer to the IVF cycle Dr. Frederick started to do my ultrasounds and consult with us herself. My husband and I are expecting in July. I would most definitely recommend this office to anyone trying to conceive. read more

I am an actual patient of HRC of Laguna Hills, for approximately 5yrs. My doctor was Dr. Frederick. Im not paid to leave to a comment, just noticed all the bad reviews, and if you're a person/couple who isn't mentally, emotionally, and financially prepared, then perhaps I can see why you would leave a bad review. I know when my DH and I first started it was a strain on our relationship, we were not educated on the totality of the situation. Looking back now, perhaps talking to the doc could have lightened up the strain. I did 3 fresh IVF cycles and 2 frozen cycles, of which I got pregnant on 2 of the fresh and currently pregnant from a frozen. So as you can see I did have some failed cycles. I've estimated about 80k for all my infertility expenses as I was an out of pocket or cash patient. As i mentioned before with the financial strain, if you're not prepared, and in a money woes, you cannot blame the company. If you look at statistics, it IS NOT A 100% GUARANTEE!!!!!! and if were talking about personal statistics, it will vary from person to person depending on your diagnosis. Yes, after a failed cycle, i did look back and ask myself what "could have" i done with that money. But if you're fully prepared (as we were), the could haves dont weigh heavilly. It was just the luck of the draw. As for the comments, Amy complained about long waits, today, yes today, was the longest I ever waited to be called on. And that was an hour. Normally, my wait is and has been maybe 15mins. Im sure if you were not at your appts on time, that perhaps you could wait longer. As for the office being large, I disagree, the waiting room is avg size, patient rooms, avg amount. there are meeting rooms to talk with nurses, there are surgically and recovery rooms. and an area to draw blood. Not large at all. Also for the insensitivity of Doctors/Nursing staff, again completely disagree, Doc called me on numerouse occasions, even to see how i was doing, always went over and beyond the call of duty. Even sent us movie tickets to get our mind off of things. (i mean really who does that???) Nursing staff, yes, you do talk to your assigned nurse often, but never impersonal. As for Amy's misdiagnosis, I cant help but wonder what her current diagnosis is, and if she has gotten pregnant as of yet. PEOPLE, THE DOCTORS ARE NOT SUPER HUMAN!!! TO ERR IS HUMAN!!!, if you're looking for perfection, then go else where. Again, IMO, i think this person was not prepared for the totality of the situation (not getting pregnant), and is taking it out on the company. I have read that statistically it takes 3 fresh cycles to get pregnant, whether that is accurate or not, but read it in the ivf magazine that they sell at bookstores. Also, you want more info, um, ya the internet, dont think she was telling the whole truth. As for Mads review, never dealt or know Dr. Potter, so cant make a statement to that. And as for T.T. review. I would say they were bitter/unprepared, as for the turnover in staff, in the 5yrs, I had a change in nurse one time. Also, as for being a money hungry company, I disagree. People if you don't talk to your doctor about these things, how can they help you??? I was given a discount because I couldnt afford (of which we normally have the funds in savings and didnt want to finance) to pay up front. i recieved donated meds (which is a big portion), and/or was given alternative meds that were cheaper, but did the same thing. IF YOU DONT DISCUSS WITH YOUR DOCTOR YOUr CONCERNS THEN HOW CAN THEY HELP?? I always donated my extra meds at the end of cycles, to help people save a bit here and there. Overall, you may be thinking ya she had 3 successful treatments, of course im gonna give a good review. what is that 60% success (im horrible at math)? $80,000 later. Im 35 now, in good health, my diagnosis was tubal. I have had 5 m/c's. HRC was not recommended to me, I picked them out of a magazine ad, that was just staring at me. Was the best call I ever made. I do recommend to friends who are dealing with infertility. Some who are also bitter with unsuccessful treatments as well. I have been well educated with my body, fertility, infertility, etc etc, so alot of ppl do come to me. As I mentioned before, if you are not prepared mentally, emotionally (because it is hard, theres alot of ups/downs, stress), or financially, then I think you need to deal with these beforehand, you cant blame the facility or its staff. Again, if you don't talk to your doctor about issues and/or concerns, then how do you expect them to help? I never felt at any time as a number or a lost soul with them. I just want to share my experience I had with HRC.My doctor was Jane Frederick who was pretty good.Even though we had to try IVF four times, I'm finally pregnant with twins. though I had two miscarriages the support I got from HRC was very good. I would recommend them for anyone who is looking for help. read more

Dr. Frederick and her staff helped my daughter and son-in-law produce my FIRST grandchild! I couldn't be happier. I was able to attend a couple of appointments, and found Dr. Frederick and her staff to be friendly, courteous, supportive and wonderful! and I know my daughter felt the same way. Yes, they have a lot of patients, but that also makes them experienced. We have had the greatest help with Dr. Frederick and Debbie, who both were supportive of our choices, very personal through the good and bad times and they were successful in making our dream come true. They are open and honest about chances, up front with everything that can happen and will try everything they can to make a cycle successful. While the waiting at an appointment can be long, we were always able to reach them by phone or email when we had questions or worries in between. They were also most helpful with our (less than great) insurance, dealing with them on the phone and spending time to get us the best priced medication possible. After spending much time online and reading stories from other doctors and clinics, I would always recommend HRC. read more

HRC Fertility doctors, coordinators, and office staff are second to none. My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with everyone we were introduced to and felt as though the experience was very personal. It is truly unlike any other doctor's office I have ever been to. With the expertise of Dr. Frederick and staff my husband and I became pregnant within 6 weeks of our first consultation. After a year and a half of trying to conceive we could not be more thrilled with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this office, Dr. Frederick and staff with my utmost praise and confidence. Dr. Fredrick helped give us our miracle baby. She was always positive and realistic during our fertility journey. She was supportive and attentive and truly cared about giving us the gift of parenthood. We were able to conceive (via IVF) after we did genetic testing on our embryos. We were only able to genetically test because of Dr. Fredricks willingness to work with us financially. We are very thankful for her help and support. We also loved the staff and how they were always available to answer any questions. I think about her often when I look at my son. I am truly grateful for her help in making me a mother! read more

Thank you to Dr. Frederick and staff at HRC Laguna Hills. We are currently 10 weeks pregnant with our first child after our first IVF try and with only 2 embryos surviving to transfer when transfer day came. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me. They helped me out financially and with some meds. They were always extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. Priscilla even answered my call on a Saturday night when I was freaking out. I never felt pressured to do IVF, Dr. Frederick let me go at my own pace and always gave me all my options and would explain to me why something we would try did not work. Dr. Frederick and her staff were always patient, and kind. I cant say enough good things about them. I will definitely be returning when we are ready to give our baby a sibling.
