Then backtrack to a walkway to restrooms, still no Jane signed except on the street. Be sure to ask for bottled water as true to form 3rd street has that fish taste water which bleeds over to their ice tea. Food was nice, table and chairs are excessively loud when pulling out chairs. Maybe a 3 out of 5. Not somewhere I would rush back to. read more

Great spot. Recommend eating outside as the inside was too Smokey and loud from the kitchen. Big portions for the Waldorf salad: grapes, avocado, greens. I added grilled chicken and it was plentiful. A hidden little gem, Janes Café is excellent for lunch, brunch, or breakfast. We had our first breakfast there, which was on the third, and the food was excellent. There is sitting both outside and indoors. We sat outside by the fountain at a lovely table. We enjoyed the Nutella crepes and the waffle with berries. For a pleasant breakfast, it's a comfortable spot. When it's peak season, parking may be scarce, but be patient. read more

On recommendation by a close friend, we stopped by for Sunday brunch before enjoying the beach. It was busy and bustling with people upon our arrival. Friendly hostess seated us right away. We were seated outside on their patio and had excellent service throughout our meal. I ordered a cucumber mint mojito and my hubs had a Bloody Mary. My drink was delicious, he did not enjoy his. Our food was very good! I ordered the crabby cake Benedict and he had the club sandwich. I appreciated being able to choose my bread choice for the Benedict. I chose rye bread. Super expensive for breakfast. We went for a family breakfast and they must have hosed down the cobblestone patio before we got there. It was very wet and dirty. My shoes we stained and the kids shoes were all wet. Not a very nice experience. One of the bathrooms were not working and the other could have used a cleaning. Very nice spot for breakfast or lunch. Pretty although the day that we were there this time, we sat inside due to the weather. I had the amazing sandwich with egg bacon avocado tomato and a sauce on a very good bread. The taste was great and it was very filling. We wife had the breakfast burrito. It was good but was a bit under seasoned. It would haven been better to have had a bit more seasoning in the burrito rather than depend on adding hot sauce. They served fries with it. We went to Jane's on 3rd today for Sunday Brunch and it was incredible! Our outdoor table was next to a beautiful fountain and the entire place was charming. I had the Lobster avocado smash eggs Benedict which was phenomenal. It had large chunks of lobster, fresh avocado and delicious hollandaise sauce on toast. The service was friendly and efficient. Janes's on third is a delicious spot for brunch! The fountain and alley way make you feel like you are in Europe! The tables are covered and is pleasant even on a hot day. I quite enjoyed the eggs with bacon. The French toast hands down was the best item, light, fluffy, and savory with the walnuts. The burbon vanilla waffle was a bit bland in flavor after the French toast. My croissant also did not taste fresh. The coffee is spot on as well. Popped into the place just before the brunch crowd hit on a Sunday AM. Weather was perfect so the outside was pleasant and comfortable. We started with Bloody Mary drinks. I believe it was a premade mix. Nothing we couldn't doctor up. Service was lackluster but the food was good. Server seemed rushed and not overly friendly. I had asked for potatoes "extra crispy" and he noted it. Then when my husband ordered them the same way his response was "ok guys, I don't have a deep fryer. Their baked potatoes". We went for brunch and we were a big party with 4 kids. We had a reservation but still had to wait a bit to be seated. At first we were told the table they had for us for 10, but we were a party of 12... was told we could wait for another area that was about to open up. The place is super cute and they have a VERY big outdoor area. The menu is extensive and has breakfast, brunch, and lunch options. I got the avocado toast but I felt like it was missing something. My daughters shared the breakfast quesadilla and I stole a bite; it was delicious and they enjoyed it. My husband ordered the burrito and he throughly enjoyed it. We ordered chocolate chip pancakes for the table and they were really good. Not too sweet which was a nice change of pace. The servers were attentive. We actually ate here on 2 different occasions because it was so good. On our first visit I got The Cabo ($19) and my wife got The Farmers Market Omelette ($17). On our second visit I got the Corn and Chipotle Chicken BLT Salad ($21) and my wife got the True Comfort with chicken salad ($20). Both meals were really good. What I liked in particular about the salad I got was the flavor of the chicken. So often you get chicken in a salad and it's very bland. Not this one. It had great flavor and went very well with the salad. I'm not a huge salad guy but this was good. The Cabo was really good as well. The chorizo had good flavor and it all tasted great. This place can get busy so you do have to watch the time. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge because you're parking on the street. Service wise it was good. No problems at all. The patio is nice with a fountain in the middle so that makes for a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Naples. It's also right in the middle of lots of shopping so you can't go wrong. read more

I had eaten here twice in the early spring, and fallen in love with it. And then I ate there again this week. First, what the heck have they done with their prices? They are outrageously, jaw droppingly expensive. And I'll pay that if it's worth it. I ordered the "janwich", a blackened mahi-mahi sandwich. The fish looked like a frozen fillet that had been microwaved too long. It was tough and dry and definitely was not blackened. The bread that the sandwich was served on was dry and hard, and had no condiments of any kind. So I hope you're picturing a dry gray piece of fish, on a hard piece of bread. But they do add some tomatoes. The Tomatoes were almost white they were so under ripe. It also included some avocado slices, which were fine. This inedible mess costs $31. I ate the avocado, and choked down a few bites of the fish. One of the worst meals I have ever been served. read more

I came here for a friend's birthday brunch this weekend and we were seated on the back patio. The overall ambiance screams French bistro with more outdoor seating than indoor. It was VERY hot, even with fans blowing and a pavilion covering us. This would be a perfect spot on a cool day. As everything in Naples tends to be, the prices are Naples prices! The alcoholic drinks range from $18+ and the non alcoholic drinks are $6+. The menu items are roughly $15-25 which is not too bad! I wouldn't say the food or drinks are SO GOOD that I would come back, but my waffle, breakfast sandwich and iced caramel macchiato were great! I was especially impressed with the coffee, as I seem to be constantly disappointed with coffee at brunch spots. They didn't put too much syrup and it had a great coffee taste, not like watered down milk. The Brie cheese on my sandwich was super thick, making this a hard sandwich to tackle and the bacon had some soggy spots, but I did like all of the flavors this sandwich brought: avocado, Brie, Aioli, tomato, bacon, and fried egg. The breakfast potatoes were well seasoned and cooked! The service was great! Our server came and checked on us often and was patient with us, as we talked for at least 2 hours. Gratuity is added to the bill for big parties automatically which was fine by us. It's 20% automatically! read more

Today was our second time at Jane's and it was just as good as the first. We ended up ordering the same thing we got last time because it was so yummy. The ambiance is so great with the outdoor garden seating, the service is so good - everyone who works there is just incredibly nice, and it's a perfect casual quick lunch/brunch spot. Honorable mention to the GIANT mimosas that come with little rubber duckies - it's the cutest thing ever (and the strawberry orange mimosa is actually so good). My fav is the Fried Egg BLT with Smoked Jalapeño Aioli with Home Fries - I ask for extra of the aioli on the side and highly recommend. We also get the Berry Blintz which are light and yummy (without powdered sugar though bc of the corn), and Alex always gets the chocolate chip pancakes and is a fan.
