Today was our second time at Jane's and it was just as good as the first. We ended up ordering the same thing we got last time because it was so yummy. The ambiance is so great with the outdoor garden seating, the service is so good - everyone who works there is just incredibly nice, and it's a perfect casual quick lunch/brunch spot. Honorable mention to the GIANT mimosas that come with little rubber duckies - it's the cutest thing ever (and the strawberry orange mimosa is actually so good). My fav is the Fried Egg BLT with Smoked Jalapeño Aioli with Home Fries - I ask for extra of the aioli on the side and highly recommend. We also get the Berry Blintz which are light and yummy (without powdered sugar though bc of the corn), and Alex always gets the chocolate chip pancakes and is a fan. I went to the rest room to wash my hands, there was I guy who was obviously an employee using the urinal, he finished and walk out of the restroom without doing what I was "washing hands"!!! Made reservations here for Easter brunch. It was our first time going to Jane's. My MIL had the bourbon vanilla waffles, I had the French toast, my husband had the Wall Street bagel platter, one of my girls had the French omelette and my other daughter had the red strawberry Nutella crepes. The food and service were all spot on. The ambience is pleasant and relaxing. I was looking forward to a mimosa but decided not to get one when I saw that the price was $19. That was more than my meal and definitely more than I have paid at other restaurants. That was a bit disappointing. Also, they have fans on the floor in the outdoor seating area and they point up and blow your hair around quite a bit making for a bit of a challenge while eating so bring a hair tie. We will definitely be back but I will enjoy a mimosa at home before coming. read more

Food excellent atmosphere leaves much to be desired. I've requested Jane's on 3rd for years however recently they have opened the back patio. Don't be tricked into sitting there. The is a beautiful wall separating you from the dumpsters jut at beyond that wall. Don't get stuck eating one $25 breakfast amidst the trash pickup especially the recycling that can deafen you. I got the Dr. Seuss omelet and my husband got the "Cabo" It was OK. The potatoes had spicy seasoning on them and were just ok. Their rye bread was delicious. It was a rye swirl type of bread that tasted like it came from a bakery **bonus points here** but for the toast to be your highlight isn't worthy of me going back. There was really nothing that wowed me about the food or the service. One person took your order (waiter), another delivered it, and then once I was done the waiter as well as other staff walked by several times while there was empty plates sitting off on the side (easy for them to pick up) while I enjoyed my latte. They were beautiful and delicious except for the serving size. I swear they haves gotten smaller in recent years. Our first breakfast in Naples and it did not disappoint. Easy free street parking on a Saturday morning! Cute area of Naples. We chose to sit indoors since we aren't used to the humidity living in the high desert out west. Outside was hoppin and there was a nice courtyard in front of the restaurant and also out back! They can seat a lot of people even with distancing in place. Nobody was inside but us! Guess everyone else doesn't mind getting sweaty early in the day. I saw a lemonade special on the specials board and went with it. I usually get water but I've been consuming an immeasurable amount of calories on vacation the last almost two weeks so why not add to it in drink form. When my lemonade came out it LOOKED special. it was strawberry orange lemonade and Filled with fruit of the same. One drink and wow, the best lemonade ever. It was worth the high price tag 7.50$ Hubby tried to be good and get oatmeal and a coffee. I ordered the plain scramble, which was eggs, cheddar, applewood smoked bacon. I added avocado. Chose fruit as a side. Food came out fast and looked great. Tasted as it looked. Super fresh tasting. I've had very good luck this whole trip with my breakfasts, and this was top 3. My only complaint is my fruit bowl had less yummy fruits than my lemonade! (A few raspberries and melons) Our waiter provided excellent service and also answered all the questions Chris G was throwing at him about the area. Everyone we encountered here was friendly. Phenomenally beautiful courtyard setting with lovely fountain and koi pond, but boring breakfast food at elevated prices. Tough bacon with little taste. Undertoasted breads. Chewy, tasteless French Toast. The Cabo eggs dish is good but the chicken in it is dry and not very tasty. Unexciting coffee. Surly waiters who don't bother clearing plates or refilling cups. They are riding on the wonderful setting with a kitchen that's not very good, while charging high prices. read more

Good spot to get breakfast or lunch. I love the outside seating area. It's very open, airy and full of plants which makes it very relaxing. They didn't have any outdoor seating available so we sat inside. The a/c wasn't working great as well as issues with the kitchen exhaust so it was a little smoky inside. If you have a choice, choose to sit outdoors. The menu has a lot to chose from including vegan and vegetarian options. We ordered the French toast w/sausage and the ABC Omelette along with cafe latte's. The food was good. The lattes were great! Service was good. This is my first time ever writing a bad restaurant review. I went to Jane's about a month ago on 4/18 for lunch with my friends. The first thing I noticed was that the menu prices were very different than the menu prices of the Jane's Cafe website. Everything was ridiculously overpriced but I just tried to order the cheapest thing I could find. The waitress brought some glasses of water to our table. My friends and I all sipped from our waters and were immediately disgusted. This water tasted toxic, almost like gasoline. I really want to emphasize that I am not a dramatic person whatsoever... this water just genuinely tasted like it would kill me. My friends and I assumed that the taste might've been from the cups or something, so I explained the situation to the waitress and kindly asked if she could possibly bring us new waters in glass cups rather than plastic. She seemed annoyed but said she could do that for us. Then a few minutes later she comes back with waters in the same kind of cups from before, and the water tastes the exact same (literally toxic). I thought maybe she misunderstood what I said, so I explain the situation to her and said that the water tasted like it was unsafe to drink. She offered to bring us water bottles but failed to mention that the bottles would cost $6 each. It was just so bizarre to me that this restaurant would serve gasoline-flavored water and then charge you for water bottles. Then, when I got my overpriced sandwich, the potato salad that I had gotten as a side was literally frozen. I was already so annoyed at this point and our waitress was obviously not helpful, so I just decided to deal with it. Please do not give this place your money. This establishment lies about menu prices, serves frozen food, and unapologetically gives their customers toxic water. read more

As soon as we sat down, the server was attentive to our needs and refilled my coffee a couple of times without me prompting. What a gem of a place in downtown Naples. It's like sitting in a Little European courtyard with a fountain and wrought iron fencing. Came for an early moms day breakfast and was not disappointed. You can order breakfast and lunch all day. Pina colada French toast was a special item this weekend. They had me at pina colada. And it was delicious! Brioche bread with a custard center and loaded with fresh pineapple. Omg! Yumm! $18 bucks is a little pricey but it was tasty. Hubs ordered a lobster roll and a half watermelon salad. The salad Was citrusy garlicky fresh watermelon with arugula. He liked the combo of flavors very much! The lobster roll has a two part review. Lobster salad was great. Not heavy on the mayo, could taste the lobster as you should! His only complaint was the roll it came on. It was as if they defrosted it in the microwave and made it a bit rubbery. Probably just a mistake since everything else was delicious. $28 for that roll is in the high side! All in all we will come back for sure and try other things. I'd leave the kids at home. This is a mom and dad only outing. Too expensive for their palates. Unless you have fancy kids. Then by all means, bring 'em. read more

Very professional and attentive-10/10 Building: the AC was broken so we had to sit outside. The fans were compensatory but the AC would have been nice. I appreciate that the chairs were well-padded and the shading was adequate. No need for sun glasses. Someone described the men's bathroom as gross. The outdoor seating area is very pretty as you can tell from other people's photos. A place where you could take cute brunch photos if you found the space to pose.
