When you're drunk af and want a light snack you really can't go wrong with any of the food here . Always get the corn dog or frozen bananas!

There is nostalgia in this space. Jane's has been a family staple since...forever...and I'm over 50 :) Today I got some bad news...and Jane's Corn dogs at Newport Pier was just what I needed to go back to better days and smile. Delicious corn dogs and tart & cold lemonade. Thanks for always being here Jane

This place is a relic from the past and it's positively adorable! I was craving a chocolate covered banana and they have so many fattening treats here! If you want to eat healthy, they have popcorn! I'm sure it's more fun in the summertime. It's super cool and retro.

I crave Jane's chili fries and it always hits the spot so yummy! 10/10. Id try other food on the menu next time I'm in the area

Not worth $5 for a microwave corn dog. Also, the discrimination was sickening. For one, there were no signs saying cash only. And we noticed people prior to and after us paying with card/tap. they clearly have a debit machine that says they take square, both at the register and outside in the door. but after we ordered, after we got our food, for us, the cashier said cash only. We had to go to the ATM outside to get cash out. When asked why the people before us paid with their card, he said "no, for YOU, cash". & continued to ignore our questions for his reasoning. Not sure what his reason was to single us out, but that mixed with the terrible customer service. For food that was not worth it. Would not spend my money here again.

If you don't want to wait for that long line across the street for a ham and cheese croissant, then you should go to Jane's Corndog. The corn dogs and cheese sticks are amazing and always prepared on order.

This place is the bomb! Located at the Newport Beach Pier right next to the chili restaurant. You can park and pay for parking or park somewhere else and walk down. They have a variety of snacks and small foods here: ice cream, frozen banana, corn dogs, hot dogs, fries, etc. The corndogs cost $5 for one and I paid cash. No tax was added while paying cash so that was great. You can find a ketchup and mustard dispenser along side the window with some napkins. They make the corndogs fresh and they're really good! I would definitely come back to try their other treats. They accept card, unsure about apple pay, but cash seems to be the way to go if you want to avoid the tax.

I stumbled upon Jane's Corndogs in Newport Beach in the best way possible. I saw a girl on the pier eating a corn dog that looked way too good to ignore, so I asked her where she got it and that's how I ended up here. I ordered the World Famous Fresh Hand Dipped Corn Dog, and wow... it truly lives up to the name. It was made fresh and hand-dipped right on the spot, then cooked immediately. You can absolutely taste the difference perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and piping hot. Nothing frozen or premade about it. I also ordered the funnel cake with strawberries, which was another huge win. It was freshly made, golden, crispy, and topped generously with strawberries. Sweet, warm, and totally satisfying perfect for sharing, but I honestly didn't want to. The location is super convenient, just a short walking distance from the pier, making it an easy stop while strolling around Newport Beach. The service was amazing friendly, fast, and welcoming. You can tell they care about what they serve and the experience they give. Definitely check it out if you're craving for something sweet or savory.

The chili cheese dog and strawberry funnel cake were great! Perfect place to grab some food and eat on the pier.

Jane's Corndogs has been a staple at Newport Pier for many years now and while it isn't much - it sure serves the crowds of drunken people and tourists. The food is usually okay but prices are a bit high for what you get. The workers are friendly though! If you're not an asshole of course. P.S. They accept card and tap payments now!

This place is not bad is pretty desserts but the value is just fine. Service was fine because self serve as my food was in the freezer. Place is just fine not too shabby but not exactly 5 star. I would say it's a place for a quick late night snack especially since it's near the surrounding bars.

[Parking]: $15 per vehicle for on-site parking just to enter the OC Fair & Event Center. [Admission]: Our party purchased the same-day tickets and paid a $16 per person entry fee. [What to expect]: The market was approximately half food vendors and half arts / crafts / gift vendors. There were solid craft and gift vendors, but not too many art vendors. The food was extremely overpriced ... a simple appetizer = at least $15+ & a filling meal = at least $25. The only real positive? There was a mahjong area that offered free lessons. The performance stage was alright. [Food]: Our party ended up getting only 6 pieces of soup dumplings (aka XLB) from Dumpling Dream for $14 and a cup of gelatea from Boutcha for $7.20 (one of the most affordable and best item to get at the market). [Conclusion]: If I ever come back to 626 Night Market, I would probably stick with the Arcadia location as parking is free and the admission fee is slightly cheaper. I am still having a hard time digesting the fact that getting into the market cost $30+ before even buying any food if I come here alone and I would also need to spend another $25+ just to feel like I had eaten a legit meal. I am good with this one-and-done visit.

The order process was pretty simple -- I responded to their Instagram story and they reached out with follow-up questions, menu options, and pickup details. The pickup was from a home residence in the city of Garden Grove (off of Brookhurst Street and Hazard Avenue), nearby Pho 79 if you're familiar with the area. The exact address is provided with your order! The owner, Aamir, was very friendly and professional when I picked up my food and the burgers were packaged very neatly in separate boxes. I ordered two smash burgers that included three patties each, which cost $15 per burger. They included caramelized onions and jalapenos, which were a delightful surprise. The patties were a little salty, but upon reading the other reviews, I see that the owner pre-marinates the patty meat. The prices were also steep for just the burger, and I thought my order would come with fries on the side, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the food. All in all, I would return for future orders and would love to see them open a brick-and-mortar restaurant someday, ideally in Garden Grove still. 10/10 rating and five stars all around for a seamless ordering experience, delicious food, and timeless customer service.

During this special pop-up event, they were serving two's a tango that features their warm brioche bun along with two halal patties smashed with cheese and carmelized onions on top. The burger itself was massive, with one being more than enough to feed a hungry person. After talking to the owner, he mentioned he pre-marinates his meat, so that could be the reason why the taste was a little salty for us. The sauce is awesome and complimentary, so when ordering, if you don't plan on eating the burger right away, to prevent sogginess, ask for extra on the side. I know some people prefer the meatiness, but I am a sauce type of girl. Overall, the flavors of the burger meshed well! Thank you for adding another place for halal goodness.
