I contacted customer care only to have the representative argue with me telling me the package was in tact because USPS doesn't deliver damaged packages. I was able to speak to a supervisor who stated they would resend the missing items. About 5 days later, I received a package with 3 pairs of pajamas, including one pair that I didn't need. I called customer service again only to be argued with again that the distribution center sent everything that was missing. I spoke to a supervisor that stated they would look into it and call me back. They never called back. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received. The reps rush you off the phone and do not care about understanding what the complaint actually is or helping to resolve it. I will no longer buy from Children's Place and I hope no one else does either.
