The store is clearly marked and has a good selection of everything dance from shoes to uniforms. Prices are high but I think they are in line with other specialty dance shops . I roamed around for awhile looking for what I needed before a salesperson offered assistance. She was knowledgeable and helpful once I got some help. Store was clean and easy to get around. Displays were nice. Plenty of parking.

I came in here of hope to sell my baby's clothes, and they were infants girls clothes I had a whole box full, and I filled out the sell form and asked for an eta and they told me later that afternoon, so I waited in the parking lot and the stores nearby, I waited three hours just to be told they can not buy any of my items bc the were not taking infants clothing at the time. Mind you my daughter who I was holding, still an infant, was obviously selling my infants clothing, there was no indication of them saying they weren't taking any infants clothes and they failed to inform me as well. Next time please inform your customers before they wait hours on a very hot day in the parking lot before you tell them you aren't even gonna buy the clothes. Nothing about this experience was kind. Horrible experience, won't be coming back.

Hallmark products are regular price. All sales are final. The store and products are nice but the service leaves a lot to be desired. They were pushy about the bath bombs that I had no desire to look at or buy. I don't need a lecture about being able to use the Hallmark rewards coupon as the products I was buying were not on sale. The Hallmark rewards cannot be used on non-Hallmark products or sale prices anyway. It has always been that way. I think I will stick to buying Hallmark cards online or at Walgreens or the Dollar Store. Service is friendlier.

They hardly had any clothing for the 6-12 month range at this location. The cute outfits that I did find were for big girls 18-36 months. On the upside, they seem to be 20-30% cheaper than Gymboree and have a good selection of boy clothes (bummer, I have a girl). The clerks were also friendly and the store was kept in good order unlike the zoo Babies R Us can be sometimes. I'll be back, hopefully I just caught them on an "off " day and planning to restock.

When I tell you these ladies allowed me to sit as they checked their stores for items that would work for me. They treated me as if I was some millionaire and they were my personal shoppers. Although we didn't find a complete outfit we did find a blouse. Jenny helped me save some much money I walked out of there and only spent $13.41. That's it. Not even $20 and these ladies treated me as if I spent thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this store, this location and these sales associates.

An excellent deal for denim items and shorts ! Customer Service has been fabulous at this location ! The sales floor associates are cheerful and helpful. I love the selection of styles here for teenagers. The trouble I experienced happened at checkout when a gentleman informed me " we have a new system and may not be able to find your Rewards account". A new system should not create a problem for a hardworking paying customer. I was offered the option to create a duplicate account. Which is ridiculous. I declined. Previously I signed up as a Rewards member. My phone number and email address are on file. I provided a QR code and my account that I have access to on the Mobile App. This still did not suffice. I was I unable to use my $5 coupon towards the purchase and did not receive points for my purchase. I was advised to contact Customer Service. Despite this inconvenience, I enjoyed shopping with my daughter, and hope not to encounter an experience like this again.
