I think the response from the restaurant speaks for itself... further evidence of poor ownership and management. Clearly they're also into not into taking accountability and apologizing when they treat customers poorly but instead doing the whole "fake news" thing and further escalating it. Glad our emergency came up and we didn't support this junk of a business. read more

Good Italian pies. Salad was a little crappy but man those pizzas were perfect. We order here all the time. They got pie making down pat.

Well the turkey sandwiche was good that was 3 to 4 stars but the lasagna was a disappointment all it was a big pile of sauce in which made the container slappy and messy to eat. I wanted it be good. read more

Pretty good sub sandwich, unfortunately heated up. Too much mustard and pickle flavored. Prices are low, but sandwich is NOT large. It's hot in Alpine and there should be, at least, one table inside. Patio and take out only. How about one fan outside? read more

I just stopped in for an Italian hoagie and was pleasantly surprised how tasty and fresh it was. They even lightly toast the hoagie roll to perfection. Def try out their sandwiches!! Next time I'm going to ask if they will make a chicken Parm sub because their chicken Parm looks good. read more

This is our 15th and final attempt at Janos Pizza. Time and time again we have ordered their pizza and other food online and have waited at least 15 minutes past the time they say our food will be ready. When we go to pick it up they have not even started our order and have a "what are you going to do about it" attitude. This has happened every single time we have tried to buy food here. I love this place! From the second time I came in the owner always remembers my name, takes care of, & loves her customers so much! Their pizzas are awesome & my pasta loving kiddos can't get enough of the spaghetti. Turkey Sandwiches are my favorite though (tied if not better than Adrianos!) I have yet to have a bad meal here. YUMMO!!! Just had their pizza for the first time and it is LEGIT. Really good. I don't typically like pizza's red sauce so I always ask for light sauce but theirs is awesome. Really good. Not bitter at all. Really, really good. I will ask for extra sauce for sure. Oh, and their crust is perfect also. read more

This place is amazing! I have not actually gotten their regular pizza, but their gluten free pizza is super tasty and I can't help but order their Antipasto salad every time I go. Their prices are very reasonable and I can't say enough about their customer service. Every time I go they greet me with smiles all around, have my order ready, hot and waiting. I had just received horrible news and walked in with tears in my eyes. The woman stopped what she was doing and seemed to really care about me. Went above and beyond her duty to just take my money and truly cared. Its rare to find a place that not only cares about their product but also cares about their customers. Called at 4:20 pm to get a pizza delivered. I had to call at 6:15 to find out where the pizza was. Finally delivered pizza after two hours wait 6:30 pm; it only takes 5 minutes from their place to mine and it was burnt and cold. Cheese was not stringy. They wouldn't deliver another pizza. And they wanted us to wait till 9 o'clock at night just to get a refund. My boyfriend called them to bring our money right now, not at 9pm. They did finally. read more

Seriously delicious!! Alpine has needed a quick quality pizza place for a long time. The fresh house made salad dressing makes the Greek salad and has amazing flavor. Compliments to the chef. The kids even loves the cheese bread sticks and pizza. They might be new to alpine but you can tell pizza has been a passion for years. WOW..... best spaghetti ever. I suffer from extreme heartburn when I eat any red sauce, so I ordered my spaghetti with the sauce on the side. Janos is the only restaurant that seasons the naked noodles. I could have eaten the noodles without the sauce, i added a tablespoon of the most delicious sauce and savored every bite. This Pizza place is our new favorite. I'm Sicilian so I'm very picky about going out for Italian food. Janos doesn't disappoint. The pizza has a authentic flavor the way Italian food should. We have had the turkey sub that is very flavorful. The wings are to die for. Just spicy enough without burning your mouth just the way I like them. I was surprised how much chicken is on them. Absolutely love Janos the food is amazing I use to get little Ceasars all the time and Yes it cost more than them but totally worth every penny..the owners are so kind and friendly and always chat with myself and my kids..I have had them delivery several times to and the driver is always friendly and kind and my food arrives got and ready to eat ..my choice there is the works pizza and the Calzone is really good my kids love the chicken parm. They have never disappointed me ever I would highly recommend me them to anyone looking for great food. read more
