Got a Yelp account just to do this review. Great pizza and owners. My husband and I eat here about once a week. It's the best pizza we've had in San Diego County and it's family owned. It's definitely food. But for the price, I could've went to Little Caesars and got the same quality pizza for half the price. I expected something more crafted with better ingredients for $15 a pie. But the flavor was bland, crust was not good. You can get a 20" pie at Luigi's for $5 more don't waste your time here if you want a gas station pizza. read more

1st visit here since moving to the area.. I'm an East coast guy and I gotta be honest, this was some of the worst overpriced pizza I've had in a long time. Also ordered a calzone and we threw it in the trash, was disgusting.. This was an expensive lesson but you never know till you try it. We won't go back. read more

We ordered a small pizza (half pepperoni, half vegetarian), and spaghetti with meatballs. Came in hoping just for a slice, but the price of one slice of pepperoni and one vegetarian was the same price as a small pizza so we got the small instead, way better value. The pizza was delicious! You can definitely taste the love. The dough was really good and there was lots of cheese on it which I lovedddd! As for the spaghetti, it was also very good, a little too much sauce for my liking but good. I should've asked what they put on top because I really don't like cheese on my spaghetti but it was still good, which says a lot because I reallyyy don't like cheese on my spaghetti lol. The meatballs were soooo good, the seasoning was perfect, not too much not too little. It gave the meatballs the perfect taste which complimented the spaghetti very well. I actually didn't order garlic bread but was soooo happy to see they added a little slice. The garlic bread was my favorite part!!! Sooo delicious. A surprise delicious pizza place in Alpine. We were in town at the local airsoft field. We stopped here to get a large pepperoni pizza and Italian sun sandwich. Both were incredibly delicious! While ordering our pizza a customer returned to proclaim this the best pizza and to encourage them to open a spot in the town he was from. The lovely young woman at the counter said, "we hear that often" and I can see why!! Highly recommended for takeout! (There are only a couple of seats outside) read more

Wow, what a great surprise! My beautiful niece dropped by to hang out and watch movies and brought a delicious They Mediterranean pizza: artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and mozzarella. She added roasted chicken as an additional topping. I usually don't go for those kinds of extras but let me tell you, it worked. We watched The Old Guard and scarfed down Jano's molto buono pizza -- perfect accompaniment to a relaxing evening at home. And she said that the staff was super friendly too. read more
