Stopped here to pickup a malai chicken kabob roll in a naan. You have an option to choose a paratha also. The roll was good. Chicken was flavorful. Naan was a great compliment. Food was ready in 15 min. There are like 5-6 tables for dining. Friendly counter employees. read more

The butcher who wears glasses consistently displays a disrespectful attitude toward women and routinely ignores directions. He is known for belittling female customers, acting as though he is superior to them. We sincerely hope that management takes these concerns seriously and takes appropriate action. Store cashiers have acknowledged awareness of the issue and expressed their own frustration with the ongoing complaints from customers purchasing meat. Please keep in mind that poor service can damage a business far more than the effort it takes to maintain good customer relations. Shoppers have many other options -- don't let repeated issues drive them away. read more

The food here is really good except for one thing, the website. The website is very hard to operate and it is not that attractive.

Ok this place is small but it's not. It's broken up into sections. So there's the grocery store that has a bunch of Indo/ pak items. Fun to browse and try stuff. Cheap prices too. Very clean store. It's not big but it's chocked full of stuff. Mostly prepackaged stuff frozen and shelf. They do have halal meat ... got some skinless chicken, cardamom tea, and snacks. Enter the glass door into the restaurant that has like 5 6 tables. Order at the counter ...at least for take out. There's a section of desserts and a section for ice cream. It's a tiny place but it's got a lot going on. The menu is endless. I ordered 3 pieces of the veggie samosas, the butter chicken, goat something...grilled chicken... garlic naans, rice...everything was so good. Except we received the cheese squares instead of the butter Chicken. But still yummy! read more

This is certainly a great new addition to the Community. I only tried the To-go from here but it was such a nice experience and example of great customer service. What was ordered: - Aloo Samosa - Chicken Boti - Jeera Puri SWOT style review: Food tasted nice and fresh and good quality. Samosas were very nice - fresh and not frozen which is great. There is also option for beef and chicken samosa which would need a bit more heads-up. Chicken boti maybe a bit more heat for me but was really good. Jeera puri was a hit at home and got me extra brownie points. Yay !!! Strength: When I asked about vada pav, they were honest and mentioned that the lady making those had not come in that day. I liked that they prioritized honesty and fresh food over business. The entire ordering experience was amazing. The lady at the front desk (Annie?) is the star. Patiently answered questions, respectful and ensured the order was correct. Also when I went there they were preparing fresh Naan for another customer. That shows the attention to quality. The menu on the screen is limited but I would like that to do whatever they can but offering good taste and quality. Weakness: Nothing in specific, just that it would need more word of mouth. Opportunity: A website with posted menu. I think sky is the limit for them. Business could grow with food delivery apps. It will be interesting to see how they would cater to that crowd and keep up with any demands there. Threat: It's very trying to keep maintaining food quality but with a good plan it's possible. Good location so I do not see them competing with the restaurant part at this time. I look forward to trying out the rest of the menu here. read more

A great store with an awesome restaurant. The store has so many variety of items and looks very organized. While the restaurant side is also very clean and serves delicious food. I highly recommend the lunch menu, its a good deal while also giving a lot of food. The food also tastes fresh and the people who work there are very sweet. I keep on going back to get the paratha, which is oh-so-delicious. My next favorite is the chicken malai boti which is tender, juicy and flavorful. I always get it extra spicy. I had also tried the palak paneer which I think is better than a lot of places but I am not a big fan of too much cumin. The biryani's are tasty and a must-try, and I think maybe actually taste better the next day. I also tried the chicken samosa and the samaosa which were good but not my favorite favorite, but still good. Also had the seekh chicken kabob which has a lot of spices, which I also liked, but I think it can be a bit strong for some. The chicken tikka leg was ok to me. I think you get your money's worth on everything here though. Really glad this cafe is available for good Indo-Pak cuisine. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the card reader which starts off with Leave a Tip and you have to press the button to put yes or no. read more

I love how near it is to my house and I'm a regular either grocery or the restaurant. But somehow yesterday on a Saturday night and the place was full the quality of food declined and very few pieces of chicken in my butter chicken. I hope they improve for the better. Kwality cafe and bazaar is an exceptional addition to the community. I love how close it is to my home and not to mention the food there is amazing. I would really recommend trying their PAPDI CHAAT and BUN KABAB. I have gone back for those two items so many times. also, their fresh made naans are so soft and fluffy. they keep their cafe and bazaar side very clean and it is a pleasant experience to shop and eat here. read more

Ordered Palak Paneer this week. The leaves used to make the dish hadn't been washed and so could taste the dirt in the food. Phoned them to make aware of issue. The lady said the manager would phone later in the week as a follow up but nobody phoned. Won't be ordering from here again. read more
