I saw that they offer a non-spicy tonkotsu and a spicy karai ramen, which looked like a spicy tonkotsu, but it had ground pork instead of chashu. I asked to see if I could sub the ground pork for chashu but was told they don't do that. Instead I got the regular tonkotsu and asked for spice on the side, which came as a spice rack. My bf got the shoyu ramen. We both agreed we wished the noodles were a little different (they're a little smaller/thinner than we were expecting), but the flavor of the broth was good, I liked the bamboo and black fungus, and the soft boiled egg was DELISH. I'd be curious to try the spicy karai next time. And I know this is so silly/weird to say, but their water was so good, it needed its own shout-out! I probably drank more water than I had all day in one sitting (and that's on top of all the ramen broth I was drinking!). Honestly, I usually hate drinking water, but it was so good here that I GUZZLED it, and my bf and I both liked it so much, we chugged whatever was left in our cups down before going home! Ambiance is warm, casual, plenty of half booth seats. Service was super attentive (my water glass never got less than half full), and the check and leftover boxes came quickly, as soon as we needed them. I was impressed with how on top of it they were! I'm so used to having to wait a long time or wave someone down for a to-go box or the check, but that was definitely not the case here. Overall, would be interested in trying again! And my bf and I joked about asking for a cup of water to go next time haha.

Noodlehead has quickly become one of my go-to spots. I've…read morevisited three times now and have enjoyed everything I've tried. My clear favorite is the Pho Dip Sandwich. The broth has excellent flavor with just the right touch of spice, the beef is tender, and the soft bread soaks it all up perfectly. It's messy in the best way possible. The Thai Smash Burger is also excellent -- bold, well-balanced flavors that really stand out. I've enjoyed the drunken noodles as well (great heat and savory depth), and the cucumber salad makes a refreshing side that balances the richer dishes. Location & Vibe: Noodlehead is tucked into the Millcreek development. Depending on traffic and timing, it can be either super convenient or a bit tricky. For me, it's a perfect stop on the way home from work. The service deserves special mention. Every time I've gone, the same guy has been working. He's genuinely friendly, efficient, and seems to be holding down the fort solo. You can tell he takes pride in what he's doing. Overall, Noodlehead delivers solid, flavorful Asian-fusion food with friendly service. I'll definitely be back.

It was incredibly loud in their area because there was a bunch of pots and pans banging. When we got our order, more disappointment. They were super sweet and chewy, probably under cooked. The pastrami was like jerky! My normally bottomless pit partner didn't even want to finish them. We threw away more than half just because it was so bad.

We ordered the $18 lunch special with tonkotsu ramen, and I got the seaweed salad. Everything was soooo yummy. I also tried the Mangosakitini and a mojito. The mango drink had fresh mango at the bottom and was really good. Drinks were around $12-14. The restaurant itself was cozy with great lighting and an excellent use of space. It felt comfortable without being crowded, and they also offer outdoor dining. We even got a noodle refill for just $4, which honestly sealed the deal. Best place ever. Service was friendly, and we are definitely coming back for date night!

The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and explaining the menu with patience. The food was mostly excellent. The limited-time Dragon Ball Z ramen was outstanding and one of the best dishes we tried. The JINYA ramen had a flavorful base but could have used a bit more seasoning. Thankfully, the table seasonings made it easy to adjust to our taste. The gyoza were delicious, and the fried chicken portion was surprisingly generous. The takoyaki had great flavor and was among the best we've had in Utah, although we would have liked a little more octopus and slightly less batter. The strawberry and mango lemonades were refreshing but didn't have much fruit flavor, so they were the weakest part of the meal. Prices felt fair for the quality and generous portions we received. Overall, this is a place we would happily visit again and would recommend to anyone looking for good ramen, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
