The food also comes out pretty quickly, which is always a plus. There were a couple of frustrations with this visit, though. They had flyers on the tables advertising their new Dino Ramen, and the flyer stated that you could get free ice cream with any Dino Ramen OR any other bowl of ramen. When we went to get the free ice cream, we were told the offer was only valid with the Dino Ramen and that the "any bowl of ramen" offer was only available at their other location. That was pretty confusing considering the flyer was sitting right on our table at this location. If the promotion is different depending on the location, they really need to make that clear on the flyer or not have those flyers out. Service was okay. The food came out quickly, but there wasn't much checking in afterward. We had to go out of our way to ask for things like refills or anything else we needed. Despite those issues, I really enjoy the ramen here, especially the Spicy Tonkotsu and hand pulled noodles, so I'll keep coming back. I just hope they improve the communication around their promotions and become a little more attentive with service.

For the price I regret getting it the entire time I was thinking I could make this way better at home. The spicy tonkotsu ramen was pretty good the pork was tender but VERYYY FATTY. The shoyu ramen was around the same with the pork but the soup wasn't that good. The service was good had no issue. The place seemed pretty clean and had decent decor.

Noodlehead has quickly become one of my go-to spots. I've…read morevisited three times now and have enjoyed everything I've tried. My clear favorite is the Pho Dip Sandwich. The broth has excellent flavor with just the right touch of spice, the beef is tender, and the soft bread soaks it all up perfectly. It's messy in the best way possible. The Thai Smash Burger is also excellent -- bold, well-balanced flavors that really stand out. I've enjoyed the drunken noodles as well (great heat and savory depth), and the cucumber salad makes a refreshing side that balances the richer dishes. Location & Vibe: Noodlehead is tucked into the Millcreek development. Depending on traffic and timing, it can be either super convenient or a bit tricky. For me, it's a perfect stop on the way home from work. The service deserves special mention. Every time I've gone, the same guy has been working. He's genuinely friendly, efficient, and seems to be holding down the fort solo. You can tell he takes pride in what he's doing. Overall, Noodlehead delivers solid, flavorful Asian-fusion food with friendly service. I'll definitely be back.

It was incredibly loud in their area because there was a bunch of pots and pans banging. When we got our order, more disappointment. They were super sweet and chewy, probably under cooked. The pastrami was like jerky! My normally bottomless pit partner didn't even want to finish them. We threw away more than half just because it was so bad.

Our server, Finnegan, was LOVELY & took great care of us! They were great about making sure every single person in the restaurant felt attended to & They were clearly very knowledgeable about the menu items. For appetizers - We got the chicken skin wrapped Gyoza & the salmon bites. Both appetizers were great! The salmon pop bites were ESPECIALLY delicious with lemon juice squeezed on top, so I'm glad they provided a lemon wedge with them. For entrées - We got the Bacon Chashu ramen & the chicken tonkotsu curry ramen. Both of them were really good! The curry one was a bit much for my partners liking, but I found the flavor really delicious & super fun to try. For dessert - The mango pudding was delicious! We were pretty full, but it ended up being really refreshing & nice to end on a sweet yet light note. If you're trying to be more calorie or diet conscious, our server mentioned that it was less than 100 cal & 10g of protein for this dessert option, which was great to know & was the tipping point for us ordering it. We would definitely order that item one again (or try another dessert option). I believe most of the items we got were on the seasonal menu so if you're seeing this review months in advance, keep that in mind. I lived in Japan for most of my childhood so I'm always looking for good Japanese food spots! I'm not Japanese myself so I won't speak to the authenticity completely but I did find the food to be delicious, great quality, inspired, but still having some more typical/great go to options. 11/10, we'll be back again!
