Yummy!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] the service is nice and friendly. I'm partial to the appetizers.

Hey so this place is good. Ramen was good, edamame was good, udon was good. $17 for a bowl of ramen is kind of wild, so I won't be able to eat here nearly as much as I'd like, but it was good. The broth was rich and hot. The chashu was tender. The noodles were perfect. My wife enjoyed the udon. We'll be back, but not nearly as often as we'd like just due to the price.

We love Japan. We miss it all the time and the food here was so good and reminded us of our time there. The staff were so kind and the food was amazing. Good portion for the cost. Great flavor and texture. We left very happy.

Tosh's Ramen is delicious! Sure, there were a few hiccups like our appetizer coming out mid-meal and some other issues that the sever took care of, but the flavor of the food is beyond anything else. The shiitake mushrooms that come in the Karai Ramen are to die for! I always get extra mushrooms because they're so good. The Tokyo Wings are also delicious and crispy--be sure to ask for extra sauce. There was one server working the whole restaurant, and it was rather busy so he did a good job! The ambiance is open and has a good vibe. I will deftly be back again!

Personal experience: so, please keep in mind that during dinner rush it does get SUPER busy and they have these crazy wait times! So keep that in mind while coming here but the wait is SO worth it! The inside looked well designed and I love the interior. Food: I absolutely love their ramen and broth and would recommend this place! I didn't like how they don't have eggs included but overall I absolutely loved it:) Service: I loved the service I had here but the wait here was kinda crazy and the wait time for the food was crazy as well but would still come here again!

Three stars only because the service was friendly, other than that the food was ok, there was nothing special about the broth, the rice is the better option between the ramen and rice. I'm writing specifically for the mango sticky rice I hope they can improve, I was hoping it was like Tuk Tuk, but it was basically like a soup..the mangoes were frozen on top and seems to have defrosted directly on top of the rice as they were still frozen and cold....the sticky rice was drenched and watered down in coconut syrup? It's disappointing because when asked about whether the sticky rice was white or purple, she replied it was purple as if stating the obvious..so there's that for what you will

Wonderful. Spectacular. Haha I really liked this ramen place. I got it to go which is why it's even more surprising that it tasted so good. Ramen to go is a huge hit or miss but this was definitely a hit. They were great taking my order and it was on time. Inside also looked like it was conducive for solo eating. My only critique is I normally like a thicker slice of pork chasu. It totally depends on the style of ramen but otherwise, no complaints.

Came here on a whim when I searched "ramen near me" and this place did NOT disappoint! The service was amazing, they were so quick and friendly. The RAMEN was sooo good. I got the spicy pork ramen and my my my it was delish. I did have some heartburn after but worth it ??? I will be back!

I don't think so... but I always bring my own. Crazy that some people still think it's bad for you.. glutamate is now considered a "health food", wish more restaurants would offer it.

Sat towards the sushi bar against the wall, so kinda tight with everyone walking through but they had to make space where they could. Reasoning for 4 stars. Server was prompt. I ordered a ramen because I had seen Guy Fieri's visit here. I got the Mabo Men and it was so good! The executive roll fab. The drive and awkward parking situation up there was worth it for this place. Nice pick Guy Fieri

Lots of traditional sushi, and some specialty ones too. If you're reading this on a Wednesday or a Saturday, the fish was probably caught and flown in today. There all kinds of lovely sake, beers and wine to choose from. I love the katsu curry ramen on a cold winter's night. Served with a crisp panko chicken cutlet, soft boiled egg, bean sprouts, green onion. Savory and flavorful. My husband has tried both and prefers the mabo men - shoyu ramen, with spicy ground pork, bean sprouts, and baby bok choy. Really great service, casual and chill vibe. The owner, Mike Fukumitsu and his wife are very kind and personable people. Chef Mike is v experienced with Japanese cuisine. He had an apprenticeship in Japan, and formerly was chef at Kyoto restaurant before he and his wife took ownership of Kobe Japanese Cuisine restaurant. Kobe's a great local restaurant, always filled with regulars. I've noticed that Mike pretty much knows all their names. :)

The broth has excellent flavor with just the right touch of spice, the beef is tender, and the soft bread soaks it all up perfectly. It's messy in the best way possible. The Thai Smash Burger is also excellent -- bold, well-balanced flavors that really stand out. I've enjoyed the drunken noodles as well (great heat and savory depth), and the cucumber salad makes a refreshing side that balances the richer dishes. Location & Vibe: Noodlehead is tucked into the Millcreek development. Depending on traffic and timing, it can be either super convenient or a bit tricky. For me, it's a perfect stop on the way home from work. The service deserves special mention. Every time I've gone, the same guy has been working. He's genuinely friendly, efficient, and seems to be holding down the fort solo. You can tell he takes pride in what he's doing. Overall, Noodlehead delivers solid, flavorful Asian-fusion food with friendly service. I'll definitely be back.

What an incredible dish. The slight spice and abundant flavor in every bite makes me want to go back just for that. The Panang Curry was tasty and well done but it did have a slightly overpowering taste - we deemed this to be from the fish sauce. Still recommend, but not quite as smooth as other Panang Curry we have frequented. The Khao Ka Moo and Yum Woon Sen provided some variety in the typical Thai Dishes and they were phenomenal as I attempted to broaden my Thai cuisine palate. The variety of food choices gave off an authentic experience when paired with the traditional Southeast Asian decor found around the walls and ceiling. I sat near a wood panel divider that separated us from the front door and it provided exceptional separation from the happenings at the front of the store despite us being rather closing to the register and door. The service was slower than expected but the house was packed and our original server was sent home after a burn from the kitchen so they were understaffed on an absolutely crazy Valentines Day night.
