Seeing the grand opening flags for a food place always make me happy. I've been looking forward to this new ramen place ever since the sign went up. The best part is that it is right next to a smiths! You can stop by for groceries after having a yummy bowl of ramen. It's a very cute ramen shop with a modern twist. During their grand opening they had a special of buy one get one. I ordered the spicy duck ramen and the tonkotsu ramen. Both were really good. The spicy duck ramen broth is a miso broth base. It was super flavorful and does have a spicy kick to it. My experience with any of the spicy ramen is that I usually need to add a little bit more pepper, but this wasn't the case. The toppings that came with it was yummy. The egg perfectly soft boiled and seasoned. The noodles was cooked nicely with a good chew. The duck was tender and flavorful. The tonkotsu ramen was a different experience. The broth is your standard bone broth packed with flavor. The chasiu pork was yummy, tender and pack with flavor. Egg - yummy! Highly recommend this being the first ramen to try if you're new to ramen. The staff here are very friendly. If you don't know what to order they will recommend it thing to you. That's how I got to try the duck spicy ramen. I'm definitely coming back to try more stuff.

Second time here and honestly this is one of the better ramen places here. The menu is limited but that's a good sign because the care they put into the menu items is obvious. Compared to another new ramen spot this one blows it out of the water with the balance of flavor, noodles, meat, and the crunch from veggies without having to pay for extra toppings. Service is quick and friendly. The restaurant was extremely warm though which made it uncomfortable while eating hot soup. The chicken karage was juicy with lots of plump pieces. Parking is plentiful due to the fact it's in a strip mall and there's plenty of seating.

Sadly updating this order after we waited 40 mins for our food and watched several tables and to go orders be filled (who had arrived & ordered long after we had). They had a single server for 6+ tables at a time and there was an overall stressed/rushed vibe to the experience.

I tried this cute ramen place out with a friend. The restaurant was clean and decorated well, it had a fun vibe. We went at 5 pm on a Tuesday so it wasn't crowded at all. We had a very nice waitress and got our food quickly. We tried the gyoza, steamed pork buns, black garlic bomb and rich rich ramen. I loved how pretty the ramen bowls were and they came with plenty of ramen noodles. I wish the broth was hotter, temperature wise, and more flavorful. The guide and pork bun were delicious and had great flavor!

Personal experience: I absolutely loved the inside decor such a beautiful environment! I would totally recommend this place for a date or a friend meet up! I would like to add that the prices here are pretty reasonable but just in my order alone I did spent around $27 not including Tip! So, if you're looking for a cheaper ramen place then I would recommend something else! Food: I LOVED the ramen noodles! I did get the volcano Miso and the spice in it was like no other! The noodles were well cooked but the broth could have been a little better but would TOTALLY recommend this place . I did have a small plate of Takoyaki and of course they nailed it fresh when they came out just how I like them. Service: Was pretty good! I wouldn't complain! They took my order pretty fast and did get my order in under 15mins! I did get my small plate faster than my ramen so of course I was pretty satisfied! The customer service was a 5star!

I went to the grand opening with some friends. I didn't know much about the restaurant so I viewed the menu online and saw spring rolls and poke bowls so I figured I'd be okay since I eat gluten free. Well.... Don't go here if you don't eat gluten. They don't actually have poke bowls at this location (their website doesn't show this location's menu yet so that was just a hope on my part). And I ordered the spring rolls and they're what I would call egg rolls. My friend said the Japanese word for that item translates to spring roll so I understand the confusion. My friend then asked them if they had anything gluten free and this was what they made me. Salted rice with egg and shrimp and onion. I just feel like $15 was a lot for this. I left feeling frustrated. Giving it five stars though because my friends were all very happy with their ramen and udon. Just definitely not a place for gluten free people!

I came through this restaurant shortly with a small group just to check it out. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, as some of our party was running behind. We tried a few appetizers, some ramen and a few other dishes. I think that each of them were pretty good and I would definitely recommend checking them out. Their menu is straightforward, but everything we had tasted great and you couldn't make a bad choice. I really liked the black garlic ramen the best. The interior was very clean and decorated well. I will definitely stop by again, when I'm in the area.

I ordered ahead and the online platform was simple and easy to navigate. The timing was great, as the food was ready upon pickup and plenty hot by the time I got it home. The picture isn't amazing but the flavor was delicious. The noodles were plump and there was a nice portion of chicken as well. I added teriyaki sauce which paired nicely with the original flavor and complimented the noodles quite well. *chef's kiss* I will be ordering from them again!

I first got this noodles from them when I got sick. Now I've been craving it once a week. My go to is always the spicy Tonkatsu Noodles, Fried Chicken Karage, and the Takoyaki. Plus the servers are always kind! The place is very clean as well and they have very nice decor!

Surprisingly good ramen and really REALLY good gyoza. The only reason I'm not giving it 5/5 is because the ramen wasn't as spicy as I prefer. I would definitely eat here again and best ramen I had in the Salt Lake City area

I saw that they offer a non-spicy tonkotsu and a spicy karai ramen, which looked like a spicy tonkotsu, but it had ground pork instead of chashu. I asked to see if I could sub the ground pork for chashu but was told they don't do that. Instead I got the regular tonkotsu and asked for spice on the side, which came as a spice rack. My bf got the shoyu ramen. We both agreed we wished the noodles were a little different (they're a little smaller/thinner than we were expecting), but the flavor of the broth was good, I liked the bamboo and black fungus, and the soft boiled egg was DELISH. I'd be curious to try the spicy karai next time. And I know this is so silly/weird to say, but their water was so good, it needed its own shout-out! I probably drank more water than I had all day in one sitting (and that's on top of all the ramen broth I was drinking!). Honestly, I usually hate drinking water, but it was so good here that I GUZZLED it, and my bf and I both liked it so much, we chugged whatever was left in our cups down before going home! Ambiance is warm, casual, plenty of half booth seats. Service was super attentive (my water glass never got less than half full), and the check and leftover boxes came quickly, as soon as we needed them. I was impressed with how on top of it they were! I'm so used to having to wait a long time or wave someone down for a to-go box or the check, but that was definitely not the case here. Overall, would be interested in trying again! And my bf and I joked about asking for a cup of water to go next time haha.

We parked in the lot by Barnes & Noble and walked over. The interior of the restaurant was super cute, and I loved the tall ceiling. There was plenty of seating and I liked the open kitchen. I've always enjoyed watching kitchen staff work their magic while preparing our dishes. We were greeted and seated promptly. I already had an idea of what I wanted to order, and so did my husband. We were here strictly for the ramen, but there are also rice bowls and sushi if ramen isn't your thing. I went with the mega pork ramen and added black garlic oil, while my husband went with the tan tan men. While we waited, we watched as several other parties also arrived for a late dinner. Even though there was only one server, she was quite efficient. It didn't take very long for our food to arrive, and we were eager to dig in. We asked for chili powder on the side, which our server was a little confused about, but finally understood and brought us some in a little dish. I was a little surprised they didn't have the powder at each table like at other ramen restaurants I've been to. I immediately noticed the layer of oil (not the black garlic oil, the red oil) on top of both of our ramen. It was thicker than I would have liked, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and mixed it in with the rest of the broth. The flavor of the broth was fine. It was decent if this was your first experience with ramen, but as someone who has had plenty of top tier ramen spots in the Bay Area and Sacramento, the broth wasn't memorable. Honestly, the layer of oil was also what threw the balance off. The noodles were bouncy and chewy, and the meat was tender. My favorite cut was the pulled pork chashu. The egg was yolky but not as seasoned as a proper ajitama should have been. My husband had similar remarks about his tan tan men, but at least we agreed that both of our bowls, while not spectacular, were consistent and cohesive as dishes. Ramen Legend, to us, seemed like the kind of spot that attracts patrons due to its centralized location, but it was definitely not the best ramen I've had.
