On top of that, I was missing a crab rangoon. When I tried to resolve it through DoorDash, they only offered a partial refund, so I called the restaurant directly. The employee I spoke with was argumentative from the start. When I explained that the roll was cold, soggy, and tasted like bad fish, he had excuse after excuse for why it was that way. The reality is that the food was not edible, and I had to spend more money to get something else to eat. As for the missing crab rangoon, he insisted that he personally packed my order and knew it was in the bag. He repeatedly told me he put it in there and suggested the DoorDash driver must have taken it. I told him I didn't care who put it in the bag--the point is that it wasn't in my order when it arrived. Instead of trying to help or make it right, he argued with me and basically accused someone else of stealing it. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service and refusing to take concerns seriously are what earned this review. I won't be ordering from here again.
