It is a very pretty little boutique, that not only offers women's clothes, but also for kids and of course accessories. That's what I ended up getting, a nice new makeup bag that I needed, and some hair accessories. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

We were gone for three weeks. I requested a return label for a store credit. Lauren Nicole received the package 1 day over the 30 day return limit and rejected the return. I sent a letter explaining the situation they refused to give me a credit. I had to pay to ship the dress to them and then additional 17.00 for them to ship it back.. I will never wear this dress. It was the first time I ordered from this company. Very disappointed in their customer service. Don't order from this company if your item doesn't work out they only issue store credits. NO refunds.

Lucky for me, that shop was Forema and they have not succumbed to the Park Avenue tax (which only exists in my head and not with the state or city) so there were affordable options! There are plenty of racks of clothes and gifts but what called to me was the jewelry. Each piece was unique and there was something for everyone. Though it leans pretty boho chic, I imagine even the preppiest of sorority girls (Rollins) would find something to fawn over. I ended up buying a few necklaces, each priced at under $20, and a few tiny rings. Though the necklaces aren't real gold or silver, I see similar designs at stores nearby (and online) for ridiculously inflated prices. One necklace I wore even into the shower eventually lost its gold sheen and turned a dark silver, but I actually dig the look and am still happy with it. Overall, I'm thankful for a place on the avenue that caters to a broader economic audience at least.

The place had a decent amount of people there, and by the look and sound of it, most of them were tourists, specifically tourists from overseas. I personally did not think the deals and selection were all that special, but maybe if you're coming from Europe or Asia it's unbelievable, I don't know. I just wasn't seeing the value here. Overall, three stars from me. No great shopping deals as far as I'm concerned, but a pleasant place to walk around nonetheless.

I like that they have a selection of items from different countries and different time periods. There was a Llama Poncho that was handmade in the '40s on the same rack as other items ranging from the 20s to the 80s, so cool to see history through clothing! It's a small shop, so it only needs one worker at a time. She did a good job engaging with everyone and answering any questions. The items are vintage and many are one of a kind, so expect boutique prices!

Either way, I decided to try on an item after being chased down by an associate to "start a room" - while I was holding an item. Never heard her do that to the pencil sized blondes in the rest of the store. Oh well. I'm heavily tattooed, I guess I'm a thief. I shrugged that off, however, the "customer service" of that act fell short. I tried on the item while the rest of the women in the store were fawned over and payed attention to as they boasted their alteration program. When I exited the dressing room, and when I gave the item back to the associate and told her it was too small I got a VERY condescending "sorry!" Nothing more. From there, I just decided to exit and not even try to shop for another item, I had really liked a jacket and a sweater. Never even got a light mention of the other store from looking at these reviews. But why should a girl be sequestered to another store just because you're a bigger size? It's very classist and downright weird. I am deeply saddened and frustrated after leaving this place. Not a girls girl place. At all.
