There are healthy options and truly delicious options as well. The Chinese-style fried chicken is the delicious high-protein option -- it comes with a yummy white pepper 5-spice salt that you can sprinkle on the chicken for extra flavor--not needed but highly recommended) this dish is a stand-out one! I ordered the half portion and it was a lot of food for one person (I still finished it!). Fung Shing shines the brightest by having fair prices AND high quality food. They serve oolong tea for free at the start and there is also nice AC and a calm environment--the staff are always so friendly and attentive and they go above and beyond to accommodate customers if they have special dietary requests/restrictions. Other recommended dishes (a healthy option) is the steamed fish with ginger and scallion--it's a delicious white fish, seasoned perfectly and has a light and tasty sauce. I've tried the Hong-Kong style Cantonese noodles as well and it is a true staple of the restaurant--the best I've had. I've been to China and Hong Kong several times, eaten at all the best Cantonese places and the Fung Shing version is my personal favorite!
