Needless to say when my daughter was graduating from high school, I wanted to gift her her first Hawaiian bracelet. The first place that I thought of was Paul Armbruster Goldsmith. We went in for a fitting to measure her wrist, and he custom designed a beautiful bracelet to her specifications. He was able to complete the bracelet on time so I had it before her graduation. When she got it for her graduation, she was absolutely thrilled! You can't beat his quality.

Elson put my mind as ease as I did not trust leaving my jewelry with anyone (let alone mailing in my rings to the jeweler in the mainland), but from the moment I called, I felt comfortable visiting the store. The customer service was exceptional and my rings were done within an hour. In my opinion, my rings sparkled brighter than when I first got them. I could not stop staring at them. Elson even educated me on how to keep up with keeping my rings nice and polish. I'll definitely be back and recommending Elson to anyone asking for jewelry services.

Ample parking. It is right next to where Toys R Us used to be, and to get to the parking you will need to turn in at the light by Big City Diner. The new store is a definite upgrade to the old location! It was a little confusing for me to find as you can't see Elson's from the parking lot. You will have to walk out through a pathway to get to Pali Momi Street and walk to where the store faces the street. You will need to get buzzed in for security reasons. They have a small jewelry selection available that is ready to purchase, but it seems they do a lot of custom work. I primarily come here for repairs! I've replaced missing pave diamonds and just had a repair done today for a bracelet I had where a pear shaped diamond fell out. I unfortunately did not have the diamond, but they had a similar natural diamond on hand and were able to repair it in about 20 minutes! Repair cost was about $100 less than I was quoted to mail it back to the jewelry company that I purchased it from in the mainland. Saved money and got it back right away. I will always come here for jewelry repair needs!

He walked me through the customization process if I also wanted to do a custom ring in the future and also wrote down the ring size I looked at and other size chain I was considering so I have something to refer to. They told me that they would figure it out and let me know why the appraisal didn't come back, but no one ever got back to me so then I called and reminded them and now it's months later and still, nobody got back to me, I'm super disappointed because that's not the way you treat a good customer. It's not the only piece that I have bought from them. I don't think I'll be spending my money at that store anymore.
