However after leaving we were called and told that the delivery would take as long as 4 months. I called and requested that they refund 70% of the purchase price as a 30% deposit would be sufficient. The salesman, David, was very kind and understanding, but said the decision would have to come from the owner. The owner called me the next day, and I explained that the quoted time frame was changed and that there was no need to hold all the funds for 4 months, she said NO. After going back and forth she agreed to a refund, but said that I would be charged 3%. After more BS I said forget it, and called my credit card for a refund (which they obliged given that there was no delivery of the jewelry, and wouldn't be any for months). The lack of perspective and horrible customer service received by the owner tells me all I need to know about this business, which is to stay away. Her attitude, and constant sell sell sell at all cost attitude not only cost her a sale, but also a great customer. How you treat your customers is important, and looking at their horrible YELP reviews, I feel that I dodged a bullet. So why 2 stars instead on 1, because the salesman was kind, courteous and respectful. They should take a lesson from hin on how to treat customers, better yet they should let him run the business!

Each time we met with one of this family owned company (4 times in person, 1 over the phone) we were given helpful advice that was never pushy or demanding. My SO even felt that we could have backed out at the last minute, because this family wanted us to be happy with our purchase more than making a purchase. When we finally received our rings, we ended up with hugs from Lily because we were so happy with the design and she was happy for us. This is a family company that's been here since I was a kid. Adrienne had just opened the shop for about 30 minutes and we happened to walk in and were the only customers at that time. Adrienne was very happy to help us as she offered her assistance before we even asked for help. We looked around at all their clothing, jewelry, magnets, coasters, puzzles, hair clips, games, and so much more. We already shop at the Kahala, Pearlridge & Ala Moana stores so we're well aware of their merch. Daughter & I grabbed a bunch of clothes to try on as they have these little private makeshift dressing rooms available. The store is so inviting as they have so many cute and colorful merch to select from. Even if you're not there for the clothes, they have a bunch of trinkets and cards that you'll find something to your liking to purchase. The prices are fairly reasonable for what they have. There were these cute hair clips with floral designs on a wood base attached to the plastic hair clips that was really cute. It sold for $22. It'll make a nice gift for almost any gal with long hair. There's street parking in front but I'm sure you can park in the big parking structure or huge lot across the street. We did and we didn't have any problems on our return.
