The worst pedicure, manicure I've had and I've had many. Should have been tipped off when the place was pretty empty on a Friday and 90 degrees. The pedicure was rushed and the massage with lotion lasted a few minutes. The manicure was the worst. Did not clip hang nails, had to ask him to do it and even then only clipped a few. He never put on lotion, all places I've been to have massaged it into hands and arms. He put on one coat of polish but not on the sides of my nails and no top coat. They were the same price as all other salons. I only went there because I was in the area and wanted to try them. Won't do that again! read more

50$ (and 10$ tip) for a basic gel pedicure that took 20 mins is ridiculous. My daughter and I just got done with pedicures there. They didn't offer us a menu so we could pick what we wanted. They rushed through and I end up paying 120$ (after tip) for two terrible pedicures. I know that seems to be the going cost of a pedicure... but at least put some effort into it. Of course we won't be going back. That was super disappointing. read more

I went in for a mani pedi and they cut my toe open, and didn't even give me a scrub or massage for my pedi. He cut them and painted. No hot towel they say they give you "always" my mani was horrible the guy filed my nails all the way down to meat and they are all slanted. I went in and the lady was as helpful as she could be but the guy screamed at me from across the salon. She then said I was "lying" about my experience all while I showed her the bad work. They gave me a 25$ refund on a 100$ service. Save your money and go somewhere else. If I could give them negative stars I would. read more

My best friend and I went for pedicures on a Saturday afternoon. The girl who did my friend constantly nipped and cut her. I don't know if she was in a hurry or didn't have any experience. Regardless, it wasn't pleasant. We picked the more expensive pedicure and the worst part is we were in and out of there in 30 minutes. The "relaxing" massage lasted about 30 seconds. I understand people want to go home at the end of the day but we paid a lot of money for a very disappointing service! I would not recommend this place! read more

Great location, clean, everyone is very nice there. Made mine and my friend's appointments for 10:30 AM. They took us right away and got us seated and put our feet in water but then we waited over an hour for them to start on us. Other than that inconvenience they did a beautiful job. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. We went in Easter weekend and my mom now has an infection and puss coming out of the toe after getting a pedicure done here. They were super rough on this toe in particular as well causing a lot of pain but just carried on. Don't waste your money here unless you want a puss filled toenail. read more

I have given this shop many chances. I make an appointment and always wait. Last week I made an appointment for my 88 year old mother and myself. Finally 30 minutes late they started on my mom. 45 minutes late would have been my turn. I kindly declined. my water was cool when I sat down so you can imagine how cold it was 45 minutes later. it was very clear they had taken in walk ins 10 minutes before us. one gentleman apologized saying we did not realized they all needed extra work. My mom and I both decided to walk in and ask about getting a manicure & pedicure together. She's visiting from out of state and wanted something festive for the 4th of July. We were sat immediately and they started on our pedicures. They were so friendly and did such an amazing job. They took their time massaging & polishing our toes. Our manicures went by fast as well.
