You will be receiving more of the UVA rays than UVB rays of tanning past. UVB rays also known as “Burning” rays they are making up only 1% of the rays that you are receiving and 99% are UVA. These bulbs also will provide you with a more bronze tan and less of a red look. The beds will initially not seem as hot and your skin will not initially feel that burning feeling, please do not let this deceive you can still burn so go into your initial sessions slow and steady. What is Red Light Therapy What is red light therapy? Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that uses low-wavelength red light to reportedly improve your skin’s appearance, such as reducing wrinkles, scars, redness and acne. It’s also touted to treat other medical conditions. A float tank, also known as a floatation tank, a sensory deprivation tank, or an isolation tank, is a tank filled with approximately 1,000lbs of Epsom salt and water heated to the outer skin temperature. The high salt concentration of the tank makes it easy for you to float on your back with the back of your head partially underwater. Tanks tend to be large so you can stretch fully without touching its roof, floor, or walls.

I purchased the under eye cream and was amazed by the results! I will definitely keep this as part of my skincare routine and be looking into more of their products to help fight the signs of aging. I'm 45 and never had a skin care routine. With this product thankfully it's not to late! Definitely worth the money spent!

Just run. Targeted…read moreby Facebook ad for $39 first time facial.. figured why not. Space is nice however service was not. #1 different pop/r&b music was playing in room on what sounded like a phone. It was graphic and not spa appropriate at all. #2 she didn't wash my face at all. She asked if I had anything on, I said a little makeup, she used an oil based makeup remover but then didn't wash it, just started applying mask product, THEN put headband on my hair pulling mask product onto my hair and placed paper towels on my chest? Weird because this place looks nice and has potential but service was very amateur and cheap. Not sure how effective that product was when my face wasn't even cleaned. She did several quick masks and led treatment. She was nice, she really was. I get this is a hard economy and places like this are very sales heavy with extremely overpriced product. However I've had at least a hundred facials in my life, this was a step above a mall kiosk trying to slather product on. At checkout I was offered half off product.. eye cream was $170 prediscount. I paid my $44 and GTFO as quickly as possible.

As a guest at the Hilton Sedona Resort At Bell Rock, one of the many amenities I was afforded was access to the Eforea Spa At Hilton. "Discover 25,000sqft of wellness and begin your journey to recovery and rejuvenation. The spa offered world-renowned treatments inspired by Sedona's magnetic energy and therapies designed to balance, soothe, and nourish the mind, body, and soul. Compliment your treatment with a dive into their refreshing 25-meter outdoor lap pool, decompress in their whirlpool, or unwind in their soothing eucalyptus steam room and dry sauna." I rarely took advantage of any spa facilities whenever I stayed at a hotel (if available), but if there was a pool (indoors or outdoors), I easily gravitated to that! Was I all for this Hilton spa in Sedona!? PURCHASE Although there was a gift/merchandise shop, there wasn't anything I needed - 'nuff said. EXPERIENCE I briefly explored the indoor gym and hopped onto the treadmill for a light 30-minute job before I made my way to the pool, grabbed a patio lounger, donned my earplugs and swim goggles, and took the plunge in my own lane. This water baby was as happy as a clam as I stroked back and forth, flipped at the walls, and enjoyed the 82° water temperatures (apparently they kept it at this level all of the time!) while the air temperatures started at a balmy mid-80s in the morning. An hour of swimming each morning really got my day going and was ready for the world. Thank goodness for the pool! SERVICE Each day I visited, I was warmly greeted at the front desk by a different lovely young woman who asked to see my room key, had me sign in, and then patiently provided me with a rundown of all the spa had to offer, etc. I swore, each woman's voice was like an ASMR session that put me at ease and nearly to sleep! Once that was all done, I was left to my own devices. Towels were readily available for whatever usage. You had to exit the same way you entered, so I was given cheery goodbyes each time I left - awesome! PARKING (Varied; FREE this instance) I was granted complimentary parking at the hotel based on my Honors status. Otherwise, there was plenty of parking on the hotel's sprawling private lot - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A simple modern-looking facility with a welcoming lobby that then branched off to various areas such as the restrooms, locker rooms, spa area, indoor gym https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=ZAO3AmJYuT3BiycWMY5A3g with a many machines, gift shop, treatment rooms, an outdoor exercise https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=eP2civOR43WgRuD5-QjY-g lot, the pool https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=GbwBHih9fzX_7I_oRYFOgg where you found me, and finally a whirlpool https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=t78_I1txGXS42EbY7vhsmg (I think I covered it all). There was a definite calming soothing motif with a lovely aromatic wisp in the air. Inside, plenty of natural lighting came through the large glass doors and windows while electric ceiling lights filled in the rest; whereas, outside obviously had a ton of natural sunbeams. I didn't notice any TVs while lilting music played in the background. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=tnhL6eSdjCWdF5rs4Uq4FA ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL All of the amenities and niceties available at Eforea Spa At Hilton were lost on me because the outdoor lap pool was the only thing that interested me. Thank goodness this was part of my hotel stay and I swam off all of the beers and bad food while on this trip. I honestly couldn't say anything else about what they offered, whether or not non-hotel guests were able to use it, or if there was even any fees. I saw no children here which was great! Lastly, everyone I came in contact with was the best! I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $0.00 BEFORE any discounts, points usage, and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 4.0 STARS
