I recently visited One Beauty Salon and had a highly disappointing experience. First and foremost,…read morethe salon's hygiene standards were severely lacking. I requested a pillow for my back and as you can see in the pictures. I got a stained, disgusting pillow that I had to use for the entire treatment. On top of that, cotton swab I used kept leaving fibers behind on my face, in my mouth; it's just all so gross! The salon was not transparent about their pricing. I got a gift card for Mother's Day, and instead of regular facial, I wanted to go with Hydrafacial instead. The website quoted $175 online, but when I was done, I was told that the prices have increased, and they charged me $200 instead of honoring the price they had online. Mind you not, I still tipped 20% on the service. Finally, they did not have a relaxing experience. The room is right behind their store (Shiseido). The tech kept the figure white light on the entire team, used her iPad to play calming music, and I felt like I was in a football stadium the whole time. She didn't even cover my eyes, and had the light beaming on my face the entire time. The treatment was painful, and that's something that wasn't conveyed before either. Overall I loved Olivia because of the massage she gave me in the end. But overall; the salon did not follow through with what they promised on their website. The treatments and services advertised were vastly different in quality from what was delivered. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a reliable and hygienic facial experience. RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED & EXTREMELY GHETTO!!

My lash tech was very nice however, she took a few pause breaks in between my session. At the end of my session my lashes didn't come out the way I expected. I didn't complain. Following into the next morning half my lashes shredded off, as if I didn't have my lashes done the day before. I contacted the shop via text to alert that I wanted the remaining lashes removed. I was told that at no charge I can have the lashes replaced and or if I would like to have them removed they would be happy to help. Here we are Labor Day weekend I have no lashes at all! Out of all the years of getting lash extensions I never experienced a disappointment of poor service. Lash extensions last between 3-4 weeks tops, not 5 days!

Jenna at the front desk is beyond pleasant and everyone else in the salon and spa are equally nice. I met the owner when I was leaving and he was so kind and sweet. They had to keep the salon open after their closing time and they didn't once come to bother Lisa to hurry it up.
