This place is amazing. Staff was awesome and very helpful. You can buy a sampler with chips of all their house sauces which I highly recommend. All unique and diverse in taste, and delicious! I ordered the Carne Tampiquena, and a bowl of the Mole De Olla soup. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Rich in flavor, and very filling. In the menu they list what part of Mexico the dish hails from. My wife got the enchilada plate. The Poblano Cream and Mole sauces were table favorites. Absolutely AMAZING food! The owners and staff are so friendly and very kind. The atmosphere is delightful and the chips and salsa they bring out are delicious! The chips come out hot and thick and the salsa has a little kick but not too much (I don't like spice but these chips are wonderful) the enfrijoladas are my favorite but I know others who love the enmoladas. Truthfully everything on their menu looks delicious. The sopapillas (for dessert) are a must!!! The goats milk caramel sauce is phenomenal. Have order take out several times, and every time there is missing item's from the chips to the beans, and when you tell the owner that there is missing stuff, he acts like you have lied , I said sure I really want to waste my time going back in asking for the missing stuff. Start with the chip and sauce sampler to taste each of their wonderful and authentic sauces. Homemade corn tortillas are perfect to sop up any leftover sauce. This was possibly one of the worst experiences in eating Mexican food. Although the wait staff was friendly, the food wasn't. Way overpriced, compared to other Mexican restaurants we've been to. I ordered a taco, enchilada combo and they charged $18.95. I couldn't tell what kind of cheese they used to top the enchilada- it looked like cottage cheese but it didn't taste like it. My wife's chili relleno did not look like others she's had at other restaurants. Didn't taste like one either. The Cadillac margarita was ok, $10.50, but my wife's house margarita had very little to no taste at all. Needless to say, she didn't finish either her meal nor her drink. I won't come back and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to others. read more

This place is the real deal...authentic amazing food. I had Enchilada Verdes with chicken....served with delicious black beans and rice. The salsa sampler was awesome. So great to be able to try all of the flavors and see what you like best. Carne Asada Torta was really good as well. Fresh bread and very tender meat. We will return again and again here. I went in with high expectations since I had heard such great reviews from this new restaurant. I was disappointed. The margarita was good, the service was excellent, the food tasted good. However, the Chile relleno was the only item on my plate that was warm. Everything else was room temperature at best. The restaurant was not busy and neither was my server. So, my opinion, the food should be hot. I also feel it was over priced, $18.95 for a plate that was mostly rice and beans with one average enchilada and one chile. I won't be going back. read more

This place is worth the drive out to Monument. I had a tostada and the ensalada loco. Both were extremely delicious. The salad dressing for the salad was incredible. Came for lunch. Lovely decor inside. Very attentive and professional staff. The menu has authentic items, with translation and explanation of the region in Mexico where each is from. We stopped by to get PHO 28 on a foggy night and saw that this place went in its place in the Safeway shopping center, what first was sadness turned to Joy as I found my new favorite Monument restaurant. Jarritos loco is legit REAL Mexican; hand made corn tortillas fresh off the grill, crazy good (free)salsa and chips still fresh and warm, and the tacos filled with slow cooked meats that are to die for. Fantastic service! Angel was our waiter- very attentive, made great recommendations that didn't disappoint! Definitely get a Harito (tequila cocktail that will make you want to forget margaritas for good). The mole sauce was incredible, as was their spicy, creamy green sauce. Enchiladas were fantastic, had the chicken soup (not spicy) and the beef soup (spicy) and both were amazing.
