I only noticed it when I inhaled half the weed in the bowl. I never found the chip, maybe I inhaled or swallowed it? I went to the store to show them and get a replacement pipe, but the staff wouldn't replace it. They said heat makes glass pipes break. They didn't care if the broken glass ended up in my body. 30+ years experience with glass pipes and never had one break. It is obviously a thin, poorly made pipe. Even the bottom is bad, the flat part is just a dot, so the pipe tips over whenever I set it down. I paid about $25 for the defective pipe and got no customer service to stand behind what they sell there. The staff is too young and unknowledgeable.They also sold me some cleaner for $10. that is simply Acetone, you know, nail polish remover. Don't go there!!

The worker literally kicked him out the door and then followed him out to the parking lot and started trying to beat him with the store sign that's in front of the building. He broke my friend's car fob in the process. Luckily my friend was not hurt. This is the way he was treated for wanting to get a trade for a faulty product. By the way, my friend is a real chill dude that would not start anything. I don't know what's up with this worker but beware.

I have been coming to this shop since it opened. I came here today and asked if I could still use a…read morecard to buy a vape (was previously told at a gas station that there was a new law saying vapes could only be purchased with cash) The man working there said that yes, I could use my card. I handed him my card, he looked it over for a very long time then said to me "Actually I can't take this, I need cash". So I told him, "Okay thanks anyway" and started to leave. Then he said, "Okay fine, I'll do it for you this one time." I said, "Thank you so much." While he processed my card, he continued to berate me about how he's going to get a huge fine for this and that I need to be more prepared next time and bring cash. I actually left the store in tears over how he spoke to me. I was happy to just leave and not buy anything, but he insisted on taking my card.
