I have absolutely loved this place and i've spent a ton of money there. I always had a great experience but today as I was walking through the parking lot to find a huge line outside the door, I was told not to smoke my cigarette in the parking lot. It was the Security guard that did it and I really don't appreciate it. Being told out in the free air, in a free country ,On public property and in a open and freely publicly accessible space and in America no less. I absolutely will never accept anyone thinking they can do that especially the little security guy. He was rude, and should probably stay in his own lane unless securities actually needed. After that experience, I probably won't be going back. I will be sharing with my friends about that experience too because It's Not like you're the only dispensary in the valley. 1 read more

I'm not one to write reviews at all but this experience got to me and people need to know. Every time I have been to this dispensary I have had a good experience but I just had the worst experience there from one of the bud tenders. So here it is.... I visit AZ often from out of town, and I had an associate of theirs previously tell me I could use my MMJ card from Florida for medicinal here in AZ...which I thought was really cool but never really looked into it. So fast forward a few months later went in with it to make a purchase and the budtender (I'm not sure of her name yet, but contacted management already) and she told me "That they wouldn't accept my Florida MMJ card and that nobody ever told me that." So I then explained the budtender "I wasn't worried about it, but it just sucks because I can't get the right dosage of edibles, and the cost is WAY more, but thats just what I was told...no big deal." So then she asked "well who did you speak to?" And I looked around and said "I'm not really sure her name but she isn't here right now." Which she then asked "what did she look like?" And I replied "well all I know is that she was black." And she responded with the "really dude?" Presuming that I was racist or something. Half of my family is black, so it was pretty offensive for her to imply that to me. So then I asked "Are you like the owner or something?" (Because of the way she was treating me thats the only thing that made sense) and she stated "I started the place 3 years ago" which I followed up with "so you're the owner?" And she just said "I started this place 3 years ago and nobody told you that." Angrily and annoyed now she stated "well do you want something?" So at this point I was contemplating leaving... Which I pulled my phone out to look at the menu of what I had chosen and she said angrily "You can't be on your phone in here" So I said "oh okay, uhh my bad I forgot what I had picked" and put my phone it back in my pocket..." Again she said "well do you still want something?" So at this point I put my hands up in confusion and said "I don't even know anymore this was really really weird, and I don't even know whats going on right now, but I think I'm good on this one" She then pointed at me and the door and angrily and said "have a nice day, have a nice day, have a nice day, have a nice day" pointing and yelling across the store so everyone could hear I had just had an awesome conversation with the security, the reception, and a lady at a booth in the corner displaying vape products. Both the security and reception were extremely confused on why I was leaving. Ask them. When I had left the establishment and was in my vehicle already driving away I asked the security guard for her name and if she was the owner and she stormed out and kept yelling at me angrily "have a nice day" and pointing me off. Again! I've never had a bad experience at this shop with any of the other associates, and we usually have AMAZING conversations when I fly into town. She was probably just having a bad day or something but I'm not the one for that nonsense. I'm not a liar, and I'm not a racist. I don't care how bad your day is, you don't act like this when your customers are just there to buy products and leave. I'd love to speak to the real owner about this. The store is really nice apart from this situation. She lost your business money and will do it again. She needs to apologize, or She needs to be fired, but you can't treat customers like that. read more

Since Story took over, this place has gotten really bad. Firstly, the place is way too small. Today, there were roughly 30 people waiting for service. The wait time was over 20 minutes. There is no place to sit or accommodation for those who have a hard time standing. They tried to help, but the line thought it unfair to let an old man have an advantage. If I could rate this Dispo less than 1 I would. This was my second visit and We had a very unpleasant experience in their parking lot with an underage minor who was speeding through the parking lot. The security guard at the door was rude and antagonist towards us for advising the girl to slow down. The service from the blue haired cashier was what saved our experience, he was very sweet and funny. He also mentioned we weren't the first ones to complain about the security guard. They need friendly more accommodating staff. read more

Dissapointed -- 27% taxed on your product. What? And this is on twenty something percent THC, what they call high content, LMFAO. High content in SoCal or Denver is 38 to 42 percentile category. What is happening with this dispo?? Never any timeless deals any more, charging full price and the products here are lacking. Constant turn over with new products and brands, I will be taking my business elsewhere until they match the other dispos in AZ with the timeless deals and variety of strains. An employee told me Copperstate bought out Timeless and that no other dispo in AZ is doing deals for this brand. Please, if the management is reading this, visit timelessvapes.com and there is your proof and reasoning why I will not return. Nice staff before but DO NOT LIE. I see 3,000 of my points for the carts because I am not paying full price but I sparingly use them, very disappointed and frustrated with my last visit. Like I said I will check on the website until they change and call asking if they have more than just two strains, if not I will be shopping at any other dispo... *medical patient* Oasis has been one of my go to dispensary's since they opened because they're down the street from me. Today though the security guard at the door didn't go by the one-to-one rule because "I feel bad for them", and then proceeded to let the recreational patient to berate me and other medical patients about how it's his right to be there just like us and he should be allowed to go first. No I have a reason to be there and have to pay a fee, you just want to; and this is why they have a security guard to stop stuff like this and he didn't. The wait to get in is unreasonable. They are way too slow. Been waiting almost a half hour. They have you wait to check in at a different place than you enter across the parking lot. Then they give you some sort of weird pager? That has a really annoying beep..... It is just overall a poor customer experience service. Other customers thought the idea of waiting in the parking lot was a foolish one as well. Please work on being more timely and professional. This place is a logistical nightmare. If you plan to go here, PLEASE make sure that you suspend ANY AND EVERY activity that you have for at least 2-3 hours. Medical, recreational, online, phone order does not matter to them. You are simply another $50 and you'll wait your turn and if you don't like it you can leave. It is absolutely absurd that I am asked to wait 30, 45 or sometimes (no shit) 50 minutes just to buy weed. "Well just order online!" you say! Well I tried that. Believe it or not: even if you order an online medical order you STILL are required to wait in the "drunk tank" (what we call their new waiting room) behind EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER even to go pick up your online order. So yes, that means even if you order online you are STILL required to check in at the separate building, sit behind every single person while you get a little vibrating restaurant thing that tells u when the next 2 people are aloud to shop -- even if you have an online order literally sitting on a countertop. "Well but that defeats the entire purpose of buying online though!" you say! Well, highly educated stoner, I agree with you. I know that it may seem simple. But it's not. The technology is just not there yet. There's just NO POSSIBLE WAY that they could implement something as groundbreaking as a SEPARATE LINE FOR MED/REC/ONLINE. It literally would never work, so don't even try it. Maybe one day society will be able to overcome these obstacles -- but evidently not in 2021. It's a damn shame too because they have good brand names if you like concentrates (GS, Abundant, Aeriz). Their house flower might as well be spice tho unless you buy the "Diamond" tier, which I'm pretty sure is Aeriz anyway. Bottom line: I popped my head into the drunk tank today and saw 30 homeless looking people staggering around, realized that I didn't have an hour to stand around waiting to buy a weeks worth of weed, and went to Harvest where there was no line. read more

Three times now I've gotten home & found an incorrect item in my bag. I should not have to check & make sure the clerk is giving me what they say they're giving me. 50% of the time the THC content quoted by the clerk is NOT what's on the container. If I pay for premium grade, I expect the clerk to tell me when bud is not high potency. Stop covering information like THC content with the stupid labels. I can only assume they do this so we won't know. Not too hard to put it somewhere it won't block info. I'm sure they know this but have dark reason for hiding it. 60% of the dispensaries I've patronized have a current menu that list, at the very least, THC content of selections. Many also include the terpenes. Not only is this information hard to find at this location, it's usually unavailable. At this place, they slap your hand if you touch the displays to see the THC content. Very sophomoric. If I'm going to pay outrageous prices (double street value) I expect the same service I would get at a liquor store. They can tell you the alcohol content as well as what's in it. Charge at least $10 gram and still short CUSTOMER of medicine? WTF Before yesterday Oasis Glendale was 1 of the 3 dispensaries that were my favorites. That is based on the consistency of the medicine & friendly & knowledgeable Bud tenders. I was in there on 04/08/21 & purchased 14 grams of Alien OG from Gold or Platinum shelf's.( $120 something ) for 4 pre weighed eights. Went home check out evening news & dinner then went out on patio to try the Alien OG. It turned to be very nice. Nice taste & very smooth at helping to relieve my chronic pain. Anyway I smoked the 1st pre-weighed 8th Thurs evening & all day Friday. Friday evening I brought another of the eights out back. I noticed that the label that was supposed to show product not tampered with was not on securely & when I opened container it did not appear to be 3.5 grams of flower that was supposed to be in container. I opened & weighed them on 2 different digital scales I have. The contents of all 3 of those containers weighed 3.0 grams each for a TOTAL SHORTAGE of 1.5 Grams of the 14 Grams I PAID For. I have spent a lot of money @ Oasis (67th Ave. & Bell Rd) several of the Bud tenders recognize me when I come in. When I went to discuss this situation with manager I had 840 points accumulated in my account. Even the Manager on duty today (Conner)stated he recognized me when he came out side to discuss the situation this morning. I tried to lay out situation clearly but could tell half way thru my explanation was falling on deaf ears. I asked Mr Conner if he was calling me a liar, to which he did very good job dancing around the question. I could tell we were just going to go round in circles so asked if I could go in and redeem my "loyalty points" that I currently had on account because this will probably be my last visit to Oasis Dispensary as I'm disabled and can't afford to be SHORTED 1.5 grams every 14 grams I buy, can YOU? read more
