I've been to a lot of printing places but I would have to say this place has the best quality in printing. Colors were on point and were perfect for my baby shower invitations. As a buy local advocate, it's very important to me to find a local print shop to cater to my business needs. I have to admit, I've used companies like Vistaprint in the past to print my business cards and while its price is competitive, my business cards looked generic. I have to say Warren is the best! Let me break down my long story short. I came to his print shop for my portfolio book. The class has required a series of design to print for final. I was running late to print one week before it's due. I came to Warren, and he went over the printing details and requirements with me to make sure he can do the best print work for my final and on time. I received my stuff from him, I was so touched and happy, he helped me to make it on time before my final and to finish printing everything I had on the list. For example, portfolio book, resume, cover letters, thank you letters, postcard cards, etc. I don't know how much I can describe him as a best I've never seen. With Action Litho I get both, along with great customer care (notice I did not say customer service). Warren with Action Litho goes the extra MILES to make sure that you are satisfied. During the first project they we worked on with them, after the project was completed, I asked if they'd previously worked with our designer (which they hadn't). I needed to get new business cards and contacted several printing services in Hayward area, however Action Litho was probably had the best service, quick turnaround, and price as well. Warren was my initial point of contact, and he was very courteous and professional. His response was quick via email and over the phone. I've sent him an email of the several photos and design samples of the card. We communicated several times, agreed on final design and the cards were ready following day which was less than 24hrs. He even went further to improve on my initial design without charging me any fee. I wish all businesses follow his model which is to network i.e. remain or maintain 'relationship' with customers by treating them well and going little further to make them feel that they got a great deal and service. Warren is AMAZING!!! Lets see where do I start? I came to Warren with only a couple days notice of me needing some postcards of a huge event that was being put on. I spoke Warren and he was great, he told me to send the PDF file over and he would get them done right away. A few hours later, Warren called back to let me know that the PDF file I made on Photoshop was not close to being pixelated enough for the size of postcards I was requesting (Yes it was my 1st time using Photoshop, my fault :p ) However Warren was great, he offered to redo them at no charge!!
