Owner accepted it without saying anything . after the massage was done and getting ready to dress up the owner who gave me massage forced me to give her tip i said i dont have cash with me and i didnt bring my card with me its in my car and she was trying to argue about the tip i said i called yesterday for the price of the massage and someone on the phone said $70 for 1hr massage thats it and the laat time i was here all i paid was $70 for an hour. She was like no no hold on let me take a picture of you. I said ill give you atleast $5 since i have cash in my car. She insisted that i might escape and told me ok go get your money and give me your phone so i will hold it . she might think that i would escape. I said no! she was bickering with me, she gave up and said ok leave your shirt or your shoes i was like no wtf. She was literally holding me inside her business store until i give tip. I told her will you come out with me so i can give you the tip? Then she finally agrees. She forcefully open the passenger side door (which i didnt tell her to do that) to check if i have alot of cash in my wallet and saw $50 she yelled : that! Give me that $50 i said no why would i? We were arguing in my car for maybe 3mins And later on she shut my passenger side door and walked away retreating with $5 . They are clearly violating standard business practice. Tip is not mandatory. She might do something bad if i comeback again or ban me. Lol aint no way no more massages. people are greedy with the tip thing. I dont even expect tip or ask tip when i do doordash ubereats. People nowadays only live with just begging for tips

In my case, the door was indeed locked and I waited for almost 35 mins in hot weather but no one cared to show-up around or open the door. I knocked on the door a few times, tried to call their number but no one helped. I'm super disappointed in their service and will likely never take it again! I will also strongly un-recommend it in my friend circle, if "un-recommend" is a term!

She has a therapy dog which is a sweet gentle giant. Sarah, who handles the administration portion is always helpful, prompt to return emails and phone calls, extremely efficient with managing insurance paperwork, and greets you with a huge warm smile when you walk in the door. Cheryl is a fantastic therapist. She has had extensive training (which is why I chose her) and very competent. She is a great masseuse with strong hands and isn't afraid to get into the deep tissue if that's what you need. She is very knowledgeable about the body, muscles, tissue, etc. and will massage you as needed (sorry freaks, no Happy Endings here). I love her sense of humor, and she has a great laugh. If talking isn't your thing she will let you fall asleep too! I've fallen asleep many times. She's hard to get an appointment with because she is booked in advance, so be flexible when calling to request an appointment. She takes medical insurance which is a bonus. At this point, there's only the receptionist, the therapist and myself in the whole office, so of course I assume she is my massager therapist for that appointment. (she was) 15 minutes later she comes out and apologizes for not realizing that my appointment started 15 minutes ago. She thought it started a half hour later than it did. Ok fine, it happens. After the appointment, the therapist doesn't give me any guidance on how often I should be coming in (it was for a medical condition), and the receptionist does NOT offer to schedule my next appointment. Confused, I say I'll call to make my next appointment. I finally get around to calling a week and a half later, and I make an appointment for the following Tuesday at 10am. I receive a follow up call the Friday before to confirm, which I do. I call again on Tuesday, because I didn't put it on my calendar for some reason. The receptionist basically tells me "what appointment?" Now I know I scheduled SOMETHING with a therapist by the name of Kyle, but she shows absolutely NOTHING on her calendar for that week, or even last week (I asked in case I had the week wrong). She then tells me that Kyle has an opening the next day at the same time (10-11am). I tell her I'll take it. I show up at 9:45am the next day and I sit there. She says hello, but doesn't ask me about my appointment or anything. 5 minutes later Kyle walks in. (I know it's him because she calls him by name). He goes into the office and starts doing whatever it was he was doing. At 10am he walks out, and into a massage room, again fiddling with something. Not a word to me about the appointment or anything. Not an "I'll be right with you" or anything. At this point another client walks in and sits down. at 10:07 (still 7 minutes past the appointment time) Kyle walks out of the massage room, and calls the other client in! Ummm......what?!! I ask the receptionist "who I am scheduled with? I thought it was with Kyle?" To which she replies "from 11-12." Say what? And you couldn't have told me this earlier? Did you think I just really wanted to wait in your lovely waiting room for over an hour? I tell her I can't do that appointment time, so just cancel it. She says "ok. sorry." Seriously. That's all you've got to say to me? Never ever going there again. I get that mistakes happen, but the Customer Service STILL has to be there. I expect to be greeted by the receptionist, and asked my name so she can verify my appointment. I expect that if you have a client scheduled at 10am, and you're NOT ready at that time, that you go to the client and say at the very least "I'll be with you in a few minutes." I expect that if someone comes in for a medical appointment, that the therapist at the very least tells the client the best treatment of that condition, such as "we should probably see you 2-3 times a week for a few weeks and see if you see any improvement." and I certainly expect the receptionist to at least ASK me if I'd like to schedule my next appointment before I leave their office, because let's face it, how many people are going to proactively call YOU to schedule something? If you want my business, you should probably be scheduling my next appointment right after my current appointment.
