They stated that something was wrong with it and it was only good for a 90 minute massage. We each had an hour massage. I was like: well either take it or don't but I'm outta here. The gal called her boss on the phone and she accepted the certificate but made a notation on the certificate (the remaining balance) that it was only good for a 90 minute massage. In my case, the door was indeed locked and I waited for almost 35 mins in hot weather but no one cared to show-up around or open the door. The counter tops weren't clean in the rooms either. I don't know why but Liz used three kleenix tissues around the donut hole on the sheet...hopefully that still means that she cleans the whole sheet in between clients. I felt awkward as Liz kept sniffling and itching during my massage. She ended the massage at exactly 50 minutes though her music was interrupted by her phone calls and cut out twice. I was ok with it since I wanted to be done with it. At the front desk, she provided a styrofoam cup of water for me. She just kept working and staring at the computer though instead of asking how the massage was, how I was, or anything commentary. They do have a sign for $35 for a 50-minute massage (which is fantastic price), but I won't be going back.

The woman came in to give me massage, I told her I wanted it hard and asked if she could shiatsu and she said yes. She could not do hard and was very awkward while walking on my back. After about 20 minutes she asked me to turn over, which seemed very soon but when I did, she was a different woman, in a night gown like thing so I thanked her, got dressed and got out of there. It was a bummer because there really are very good massages available at many of these hole in the wall places. Especially if they do not greet you in a mini skirt so for a bit, I had hope. For me, this was not one of them.
