Absolutely the Worst Customer Service and Subpar Products I wish I had listened to the reviews from others. This company has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only were they unhelpful, but they were also rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, their products are subpar. Please save yourself time and money and go with a more reputable company. Take it from a Luxuary Homebuilder. don't buy these tubs no one can repair them. customer service will give you the run around and do everything they can to not write a service order. tub is new less than a year old they won't honor their warranty. They will give you every reason to raise your blood pressure then comment how they won't work with you because they made you so upset after 7 weeks off trying to get a tub repairs. read more

We purchased a home that had a whirlpool tub made by Jason International. It is about 12 years old, from what I can determine. The tub itself is nice, but the switch that runs the pump has failed. I had to call customer service several times to talk to someone. I left messages in the mean-time, but they did not return my calls. They do not have repair parts for these tubs, so we can no longer used the pump. So we now have a $9000 bath tub. That's pretty expensive for something that doesn't have any features. They don't seem to even care about customer support and don't carry parts for more than a few years. Stick with a reputable brand. read more

I decided to share my experience We searched long for a Tub that would provide us with a wonderful bath experience. We discovered Jason's Micro-Silk and were excited - videos are so welcoming and lovely - heartwarming family business - so I thought. Unfortunately, we could not locate a showroom in our area and had to purchase one online. What we did do, was sit in another similar tub, which supported a 40.5 base seating area to know what dimensions we required. When we contacted Decor Brothers - The nearest establishment that offeres Jasons... They stated the Tub we selected offered a 40 13/16" seating area - great, we thought. When it arrived to us today, we found this not to be True. As I sat in the local tub, it was most comfortable... Jason's tub - my knees are bent and cannot enjoy the Tub - it's unforuately unusable to us. I reached out to Decor Brothers... no returns allowed - no help at all under the circumstances. I reached out to Jason's Head Quarters and spoke with Angie and Sandy - they stated, all had to go through Decor brothers... and even if they did take it back, it would be a 35% restocking fee... We were simply mis-informed... Sandy asked if I read the specks... I did it with Tobin at Decor Brothers and was assured the seating area was 40 13/16. I strongly feel the oversight should not fall on us, but the establishment that missguided us - or Jason's, who should better train themselves, and those that represent and sell their products - either appear to know them thouroughly. We are now left with an expensive tub (currently a $7,700.00 tub) that we cannot use. It is more than the loss of money - it is the lack of care, or integrity by both companies involved - profits trump customer care. We were an excited customer who put our faith in these companies to honor, offer support and back the product... to then only be dismissed... We even extended ourselves... and offered to return the Tub and pay the return shipping cost - even though it was not our error... to then try with a different tub and to get more precise details from someone who knows best. Still, no help all... I asked to speak to a higher up - There is only Sandy and Angie - Sandy stated they are owned by shareholders - no ones else in the company to speak with - I guess the Jacuzzi Family doesn't care to be part of their team/company any longer - what a legacy... This is by far the worse mistake we have made with trusting in a business - Suggestion... to look elsewhere for your tub needs. Update: I wrote to Paulo of the Jacuzzi family - I was hopeful to get a solid reply from the family I originally felt inspired by. He wasn't moved to offer support - I felt his reply was scripted and uncaring. I gifted this tub to a friend, who is going to install a drop in with Mirco-Bubbles that I can purchase locally - This company has better customer rating reviews. read more

I challenged jason international to convince me that the drain plug that came with my 72 inch jetted tub was not junk. Jason international did not reply. Their reaction has convinced that it is junk. I regret buying this tub, as I expect that more junk parts will be revealed soon enough. My recommendation =Do not buy. read more

I have a Jason tub with jets. Two of the jets broke. Jason sent me new jets. However, I cannot get the remaining pieces from the broken jets out. I contacted Jason and Jason could not tell me how to get the remaining pieces out. I cannot put the new jets in without removing the remaining pieces from the broken jets. I asked Jason for the name of someone who services Jason tubs. Jason informed me that they do not have any service people within 100 miles of my location, and I am well under 100 miles from San Jose. I am now left with a Jason tub for which I paid thousands of dollars and which is now a piece of junk because a plastic part broke and cannot be replaced. How absurd. I will never buy a Jason product again. What a monumental mistake. read more

We had a GREAT experience with Jason Customer Service. We have a 15+ year old Jason Tub and the control pad had failed many years ago. I called and talked with Angie who worked her magic and sent us a new under tub system. I was not qualified to do the new plumbing work - the new blower unit is much smaller than the old one - so we had the actual hook up professionally completed. I was able to cut a new access hole with a Dremel tool for the replacement control pad (a definite upgrade), but I could not get it to turn on! Turns out I did not know how to program the new pad. I called again, this time talking to Sandy, who patiently worked with us to program the new controller for our tub - our replacement parts did not include those instructions. Now all is like new! We had an excellent experience with Jason and CANNOT agree with the other 1 star reviews. Those reviews I see are old. I recommend you try Jason yourselves rather than believe those outdated reviews. I will definitely deal with them again if there is a problem in the future. read more

I purchased a corner MK550 Jason tub. When the contractor tried to install it, he noticed a leak in the fiberglass. I called Jason International immediateley and sent them photos of the leak. They did send someone to fix the tub, but it took 4-5 days and completely delayed my remodel of my bathroom and caused much additioanl work for my contractor. I requested a portion of the purhcase price back and Jason International refused after repeated requests (I even spoke to one of the owners on the telephone), so I will never buy one of their products again. I don't recommend that you do either. I paid for a brand new tub and ended up with a refurbished one, so I was not pleased. read more

We purchased a LX533MW for our remodel. At first our appliance vendor was saying delivery would be after our need date. We reached out to Jason on their FB page and received immediate responses by Paulo (VP of Sales) and their customer service. Tub arrived within a week and met the install date. The customer service is outstanding and we love the product and would recommend it to others. The Jason line far exceeds the other tubs on the market. They are a company that takes great pride in their products and taking care of their customers. read more

I called about a part that they no longer make, and they had absolutely ZERO help in trying to help fix my Jacuzzi tub. No suggestions, fix recommendations, other departments to talk to- just, nope we don't sell that part anymore. It was like talking to wet paint. So I guess if a $10 part on your tub breaks, you're expected to get a new tub. That's cool. read more

We purchased a Carrera CR527P Jason tub. I do NOT recommend Jason products. Tub was cheaply made and not worth half of what we paid. When we spoke with "customer service" they were extremely rude and could have cared less about the problems we were having with the tub. I highly recommend going with another brand. Most have better products and better customer service. read more
