I tried out Jason's and had the worse experience of my life! i normally go to a another garage but they were booked up. i needed specific things done to my car. important safety things were needed to be fixed in order to keep driving my vehicle. i brought it to jasons they did an inspection gave me a price. when i got my vehicle back i noticed my car was doing the same ole thing it was before i brought it in. remind you i needed a tire rod my left tire was about to fall off i have 3 children and a fiance who was just diagnosed with cancer so we are having to travel back and forth from maine to boston. They sent me on my way still driving my car unsafe. I brought it back to them and all they had to say was we are sorry but the person who inspected an fixed your car is no longer employed here guess he wasnt doing his job. ok i get that but what about me who just paid them 658 dollars to the fix the problems needing to be fixed!!! oh nothing, they told me we will give you a free oil change next time!!! this place is awful i didn't have the 658 dollars to just throw away!!!! you're a business you're supposed to make your customers happy and help them. I was having an issue with my car not staying running. Come to find out my chip key was bad and my security system needed to be reprogrammed. I had a metal ring around the key hole which was preventing the reprogramming from happening. It took some time to figure out but Jason was very nice and he talked me through every step of the process. He even had someone drive my car to the Honda dealership and wait for it to be fixed because they can't reprogram Honda's at his shop. He knew I needed my car back as soon as possible and he worked as fast as he could to solve the issue for me. He worked with me on the price. He was more than fair and he offers some really great services which you can't always get all in one place. I have used Jason's several times on the recommendation of another customer. The first thing that stood out to me was Jason (himself) who spoke to me directly and addressed all of my questions/concerns. Never once did I feel rushed. He patiently (and casually) spoke with me. Now the service... They were (and are) very professional and thorough. Their techs and management are extremely accommodating and polite. They brought me in the work bay and physically showed me what the issue was and what they were doing to repair it. Matt (Tech) even replaced a burned out cab clearance light bulb w/o even charging me. He also corrected several other minor items he noticed (again, no charge). This kind of "old school" customer service is extremely rare nowadays. Their labor rates are a fraction of dealer rates but their attention to detail and work quality is unmatched. Very expensive. Will never go back got charged $150 for him to change a fuse!! To take a fuse out and put one in takes 30 seconds and a fuse cost $2. How he came up with $150 I have no clue. He told me less over the phone when my husband got there to pick up the vehicle and pay he had upped the price. That's NOT okay! But clearly we had no choice but pay if we wanted our vehicle back. When confronted he became rude and tried to defend himself saying that was a good price HAH! Then continued to ignore my husband when he tried to say anything. Guess it's my fault though I should have went to a more reputable place though I could have fixed that myself. I would have fixed it myself if he didn't just do it and expect me to pay. FYI: Most shops you bring your vehicle there and they look it over and tell what's wrong with it you see if you can swing it or not if you can you have it fixed if you can't you tow/drive it back home or you can even call around to see whose the cheapest to fix it or you can fix it yourself. Clearly all these other reviews are fake! Friends of this shop from a friendly community member to another AVOID this shop at all costs! Or else he will drain your pockets empty. The worst commercial tire shop experience ever. Brought them two tires one needed valve stem the other needed replacement. Was called and quoted $330 for a single tire I made one phone call to central tire and was quoted $205 I called them back and said I would provide tire ( trying to give local shop busdiness instead of just picking tires back up and bringing to central tire) dropped off tire at 830 called at 1 was told someone would get back to me shortly. After no call I called back at 3 and asked if was going to done before 5 was told they were waiting for wheel weights I explained I need back for snow storm coming and if they couldn't do I would bring some where else. Was told to come get my tires. So after having tire for 6 1/2 hours I had to pick up and bring to central tire where they mounted on the spot in less than 10 mins. It's to bad because they are close to our shop and we have 10 commercial trucks that could of been serviced there. On a positive note they didn't charge me for dismounting tire or fixing valve stem just told to never come back. I don't know of any other shop that has to order wheel weights especially when there suppose to be a commercial truck tire shop. read more
