dealt with this company a few times over the years but not in the last 10 years. i just went in to ask about coming to my house to perform some upgrades to a PC and my laptop (which per their website they do at $110. per hr.) I was told they only serve businesses in that fashion, when I told them what was on their website they disagreed, said I was wrong, I told them I had no problem paying the hourly to my home and back (they never even asked where I lived), was told nope, they dont do that and wont do that. Horrible treatment by staff and Jason himself when I questioned it. So a day later I go back to the website to double check, and low and behold, whats it say "we will come out to your HOME or business to fix any problem you have with you computers" Its pretty sad when a computer repair facility along with its owner, doesnt know what they have on their on website. read more

I will keep this short. I bought several printers a computer and some other services at 3 times what I could have bought the same items at best buy without question because his company sold me on service. Today I was informed that without a comercial service plan I could no longer receive service. I asked to speak to Jason and after asking several times Jason did get on the phone and told me there has been a change in policy. I did tell him I would write a review based on our conversation Jason hung up on me. While I was writing my Google review Jason Lee called me from his cell phone and told me he was canceling any service I currently have and to FUCK OFF. Have been using Jason's services for 6 years now. I have always been struck by his total honesty. If you don't need a new computer, then he will tell you, "you don't need a new computer." And he will explain thoroughly what you need to do. His ability to size up a problem in minutes (in my case I had two different anti-viruses fighting each other and locking up Windows) is amazing. I strongly recommend anyone in need of a new computer AVOID purchasing it from Jason's Computer Services. The techs, including the owner, are poorly trained in customer service, thus, they deal with questions and concerns, at least those they haven't encountered before, in a highly unprofessional manner, from being dismissive and argumentative to belligerent and verbally abusive, accusing the customer of being "wrong," rather than admit they don't know the answer to the problem but will look into it and get back to the customer as soon as possible. The most helpful IT service you can receive is by calling the customer service line of the company who made your computer, in my case Apple, where the techs are sophisticated highly trained mature professionals! read more

I have used Jasons computer service. A few times over the years but recently they seem to be getting​ poor attitudes towards anyone who questions their services. There​ are alot of matureing ​customer coming in asking questions.​​​​​​ A very dear ​friend of mine recieved horribly treatment by the receptionst, the tech and even Jason himself when she came in to pick up her computer. She took her computer in to see if they could fix it or extract the information off of it. She was told apon arrival that there was nothing they could do to fix it but they could retrive her info. They still pushed a digonostic. When she questioned the digonostic after being told there​ was nothing they could do she was met with alot of skirting around the question answers. When she went to pick up her computer she was belittled by Jason himself with a snarky condesending attitude. If that ​​wasnt enough the receptionist mocked her with a smug grin acrossed her face as the tec walked about the store making rude gestures and giggles as Jason landed each of his "points" or hits apon this women who just wanted clarification on why work was being done on a computer already being deamed as unusable. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ After about 10mins of Jason telling her what sge had said apon arrival. My friend tried to step in to stand up forherself. She was intrupted by Jason saying "if you want a refund you will listen to me" if that wasnt enough to send some one over the edge. My friend listen again to the same "points" again to then be told to ask the receptionist for a refund....​​​​​​​​​​​The icing on the cake was Jasons comment "shes not worth a check give her cash" Jason computer service lost at least 5 customers with this experiance. I suggest not useing jasons computer service this type of treatment is unacceptable in my books. read more

Unquestionably the worst customer service I have ever received. One year ago my wife purchased a computer from Jasons with all the bells and whistle's they had to offer for a total of over $1700. The one year period for renewal of the anti virus and back up is coming up and we we called about it. When we called back to sign up for another year we were told that the person we had spoken to worked from home and was done for the day. (2:15pm). We asked to have them give us a call tomorrow and they refused; just said we would have to call back ourselves. I felt that leaving a message was not too much to ask and told them the their customer service left a lot to be desired. Apparently that upset this person who then contacted Jason who said we were being disconnected and to never come back to their store or do any business with them. it seemms to me that a business that relies on keeping people happy with their high prices should do everything they can to keep customers. I would recommend to anyone who reads this to everything in their power to take care of their computer needs ANYWHERE else than here. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. read more

I was very impressed by the prompt and professional service provided by Jason's Computer. They diagnosed my problem (a failed hard drive) and were able to install a new drive and recover data from a backup disk within a day. They took plenty of time to go over the new system with me and reinstall applications for me. Their customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.0 read more

Excellent service! I brought my desktop tower in because it absolutely would not start. I had upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 but it never really worked well...very frustrating experience with Microsoft tech support. Excellent service! The staff was courteous, professional, thorough, and competent. I brought in my computer in a state of frustration after having experienced major malfunction of my computer at a time when I was engaged in trying to complete some time-bound projects.
