Pretty much just guessing and without proper diagnosing. If I come to you as a paying customer I expect you to do your job and tell me what the EXACT issue is, not just assume its the most expensive components of the computer without doing proper troubleshooting. Typically with something like this you would start with changing out the RAM and seeing if anything changes. Both CPU and Motherboard were still under warranty so I replaced those parts and brought them to him to install. He then claimed one of my ram sticks were bad ( which I believe to be the issue all along). For whatever reason he wiped out both of my hard drives on my computer. Without even informing me. One of which had 2 tb of storage. Completely unacceptable. When I brought him the last part I stated to him that I needed windows installed. ( If he was actually legit he would have known that windows was already installed on the M2 drive). Esentially I paid $300.00 and supplied parts for something minor (bad ram). At no point was he clear or communicated the EXACT issue, cost, or anything. I explained to him even if his rate was 75hr he did not spend 4 hours to install 2 parts wipe out my drive and install windows, but he was adamant that this was $300.00 of work. I called him after getting home and hooking up the computer to ask why my hard drives were erased, he played dumb and claimed that he informed me that they would be (Also a lie) and to unplug and plug them back up. I do not find him to be honest or do good business, and I urge people to take their business elsewhere.

And you get 90 day warranty. The price is the 110$ less than the cost is would be at apple. So 89$ was the cost which I wasn't exactly happy about but the job was done well and without a long appointment or super long wait. For 10$ more I purchased a screen protector. In short get a screen protector folks. I would recommend the spot if you are in the area. Great attitude, quick work.

They replaced the glass screen, well done. The problem is that now the home button does not work to wake up the phone, and the double-tap on the home button for "reachability" feature does not work. Reachability is when you double tap the home button and it brings the apps in the upper part of the screen down to where you can reach them with your thumb...not so much anymore. Both features worked correctly before Ton's "repair". I brought the phone back to Tony who took it apart, blew on the inside (I guess to remove microscopic bits of dust) and reassembled it. Still doesn't work. When I challenged him and asked for my money back, he basically told me to bug off. OK, now that I have bugged off, I'm writing this review to suggest that you find another place to get your phone repaired (unless you also want Chinese food). The Apple store doesn't have the egg rolls, but they will probably do the repair correctly. Tony, I'll still accept a refund.

They told me they still don't have the claim available. I asked them how long it usually takes for claims to come in. The employee told me an hour....sir it's been two hours. I've been trying to fix my phone for three days now and all they do is give you the run around probably until you don't show your face anymore. Seems like they have too many claims to handle for 2-3 employees. Mind you I pay monthly for insurance so I expect way better service and quicker service. I just need a replacement because that's what the employee told me they do for broken mics. I just want to fix my phone so I can upgrade my phone and get out of yalls hair. Employees are nice but seem lost and misinformed. Customer service needs a lot of work.
