Once I arrived to drop off my computer in Glendale MD, that (btw it not business but house). The man asked me to pay a $49 deposit. After one week that my computer away for me I receive a call from them telling me they will start diagnoses my laptop and let me know the total amount. I requested to cancel the service because I received a flat amount of $150 And I requested to come by to pick up the laptop. I haven't get my computer diagnostic or any file or document show diagnostic on my computer I haven't got any paperwork. I still haven't received my $49 deposit back None of their numbers answer my calls They try to get away from here without give the deposit back. They totally scammers.
