Yay !!! Finally a good visit. This was our third trip to this Jason's. Each time that we went, the food was not a problem and in fact, it was very good. The first time, the person taking our order seemed to just not like us. The first and second time, there were dirty tables everywhere and no one was clearing. The last time, last Friday, everything was perfect. As I said , the food is always good. I, for one, want to feel like a business wants me as a patron and I want to dine in a clean, orderly setting. So not sure what happened but I ordered through the drive thru and was literally waiting 10 minutes for someone to "take my money" and I saw my salads wrapped and ready to go on the counter. After again 10 minutes and numerous young adults making eye contact I finally flagged one down and exasperated she opened the window. I inquired if they were going to take my money and give me my food and Ari attempted to explain the lady in front of me had paid and didn't collect her food so they didn't want to open the window to speak to me. . Mind you I was waiting 10 minutes and no one was in line when I pulled into parking lot and no one was in front of me... WTH. No apology and I'm still confused. There are maybe 5 other families here so it's not busy, but the staff haven't picked up a single plate from these tables. There's smelly food at every single booth. Went there several months ago. Ice cream machine was out of order then. I thought probably because of Covid at that time that they had the ice cream machine turned off. Went again today. The salad bar only option was now only one trip allowed with inflation and the ice cream machine was again out of order. I bet the machine was out of order was because inflation. My wife finished her salad and wanted more the manager told her she had to bring her dirty plate up to where they were prepping meals and he would give her another plate. "Disgusting ". I work as a Deputy Constable in a neighboring county, and was sitting on 183A toll road behind a work convoy when I called your store. Sometimes in law enforcement when working night shift many places are closed, and finding a variety of available food can be a challenge. Prior to today, I had never eaten or ordered food from Jason's Deli. I called your store and Gabriel answered. Very helpful and very courteous guy. I told him I wanted to order a classic tuna sandwich on white bread. He told me that normally they stopped delivering food or sandwiches at 6p.m., however he was getting off work in 10 minutes, and that he would bring it to me anyway. I told him I appreciated that, and went ahead and placed my order. He also gave me a discount for working in law enforcement, which I greatly appreciated also. I gave him a description of my vehicle, and told him that I was right across the frontage road from his store sitting on the edge of the toll road sitting behind a work convoy. Moments later, he showed up, parked on the shoulder and brought the sandwich over to my patrol vehicle. Even when I offered him a cash tip, he refused, which also surprised me. A fabulous sandwich, and a great experience. It's not everyday that you find such exceptional, high-level customer service AND find business that proudly supports law enforcement. I normally don't write reviews, but this experience clearly justifies doing just that, and showing my appreciation and gratitude for such a great employee like Gabriel. Had lunch for the first time at Jasons Deli.... Pot Roast melt, Lobster chowder... It was a good sandwich with lots of beef and a great flavor and a good chowder. For dessert I tried the Strawberry Short Cake Again , Very good. The prices are fair. I hope my next visit is just as good ! read more

I wanted to like this location, but this may have been the last visit to this location. The food took way too long, 30 minutes. Not sure why as there were no orders before us. It did get busy as soon as we finished placing our orders, which would explain the delay. What cannot be explained is how 3-4 orders placed after ours were out and almost completed by the guests by the time we recieved ours. We had one sandwich, kids meal, and soup. I give it 3-stars for being a Jasons Deli - food is good & fresh. I give it 1-star for customer service at this location. Their menu states the 24oz drinks are $1.99 each, but they charged me $2.24 each. I was buying a lot of drinks, so it added up. The guy at the drive-thru was totally unhelpful in the matter. I asked if he could do the right thing & adhere to the menu pricing - & he said the menu was incorrect. I told him good customer service is sticking to advertised prices & correcting the mistaken menu later. He said he would inform the manager about the menu, but he still had to charge the $2.24 price. What made it worse was he laughed at me when I told him to just cancel the lunch order. I guess they don't care about doing the right thing or keeping customers coming back. What he' doesn't realize (since typically youngin's don't think about the big picture) is that we get company lunches quite often, but I guess not anymore from here if they're going to treat their customers like this. read more

Everything costs more!!!! A business's favorite saying.. We went to Jason Deli recently and had not been in awhile. Saw the menu and was like.. Dang! They took the rising costs to heart. crazy and somewhat funny... Ok... Lol. I ordered the salad bar and the guy taking my order in a raised 'cocky' voice said "YOU ONLY GET ONE PASS"!!!! Update** June 12, 2019. Failure #2. I did not respond to the managers response on purpose. I'm not looking for special compensation etc, the establishment must do it right, every time, every customer. The amount of food to build the sandwich here is significantly less than ANY Jason's deli I've ever been to. Either training is an issue, or management is cutting costs. Either way, bridge burned. Food is good, service at the drive thru is good, but don't reccomend dining in. Its crowded, and most times there aren't enough tables to accommodate all the customers. Biggest complaint, asked for extra butter at the drive thru and they were going to charge 49 cents per tiny container of butter!! Literally like 1 tablespoon of butter for 49 cents! So you give away bread and ice cream, but 49 cents for butter!! We bought two potatoes, so it's not like we ordered a salad and wanted to stock the fridge with free butter from Jason's Deli!! Haven't eaten here in years, and never been very impressed. Went there today because we had a gift card given to us. Had a California Club sandwich . Was basically a very thick bun with one piece of Turkey a little lettuce two mini bacon pieces and a teaspoon of Avocado, oh and a lot of mayo. This was a very poor sandwich and I Mostly could taste mayo and bun. Wife had broccoli cheese soup, which was average. Won't eat here again. read more

It was good and creamy with some chunks of tomato. For the sandwich, I had the salmon. It comes on a bagel with guac and tomato. The sandwich comes with chips, and you can have chips and salsa or guac. Overall, good place for a quick meal. read more

Very good but sometimes the mac and cheese is soupy. But I love the free soft-serve ice cream. I recommend it for a family lunch.

My family enjoyed our lunch, but the highlight of our trip was Caleb the dining room attendant. He was so upbeat, asked every table if they enjoyed their meal, grabbed ice cream, was staying busying cleaning, and kept smiling with his voice. He is a gem. read more

Had the worst experience at this location....me and my husband came in for dinner and sat here for 30 min to find out they lost our ticket and weren't even making our food. So after complaining they took our order again and 20 min later still waiting on our orders. They are more worried about taking care of the people in the drive tru then they are about the people eating inside. If you want to dine in a meat locker or go out to eat in 100 degree temperature in a heavy sweat suit then Jason's is your place. They consistently keep the temperature uncomfortably low. People in sweat shirts (in July/August) abound. Tonight a customer went out to get their baby a fleece creeper. Last time a lady in shorts went out and came back with a towel. To wrap around her legs!! The manager gave some laughing excuse that it was "a big room". Previously I was told the temperature had to be so low because the workers in the food line were hot. I need to give Jason's Deli a HUGE Shout Out. I had started a large group order for work a few weeks ago. I didn't realize that the store doesn't see the order until you close the order early or until 10:15 on the day of the event. So at 10:15 they scramble and get around 30 individual lunch orders with separate credit cards and delivered to us by 11:30. In the future, we will close out the order the day before or call and let you know this is coming. Great job! read more
